终于等到了20号这天，天气并不是很暖和，而且还飘着雨点，我如约来到学校，看到女儿带着喜悦和激动的心情向我走来时，我向女儿点了点头，陪她来到操场坐好，在这几分钟短暂的时间里，我茫然了，一时不知道说什么，显得有点语无伦次。女儿在我面前不停的喝着水，翻看着她的稿子，说道，“爸爸，我好紧张，”我转身安慰道“没什么，大胆点，发挥出自己的水平，不要辜负老师，同学和我的期望。学了知识不运用，如同耕地不播种！”我用眼角的余光看出了女儿脸色微红，表现有点惶惶不安，可是我知道她当时是多么的无助，毕竟是一个人上台演讲，况且面对千百双眼睛的观望和评判是需要多么大的勇气！女儿去吧，父亲相信你一定成功。
终于轮到女儿上场了，当她站起身来离开我的那一瞬间，我好想和她击个掌，祝她成功，可是我按耐不住内心的激动情绪，终究没有站起来，看到女儿拿着话筒走上讲台时，整个学校响起了雷鸣般的掌声，顷刻间鸦雀无声，女儿理了理情绪从容的开讲了，那一刻开始，我就像犯了罪的犯人等待女儿的审判一样不敢抬头，认真聆听着女儿不太洪亮的声音，每一句对父亲的认识，对父亲的理解，对父亲的包容，对父亲的看法和感恩，文字里没有半点做作，没有半点夸大，没有半点隐瞒和欺骗，听见女儿用哽咽的声音诉说着一段段父女情节时，终于我就没能控制住自己内心坚强的防线，泪水犹如洪水决堤，夺眶而出，没想到父亲在女儿心里竟然是这样的伟大，而我却浑然不知！！
在我觉得，我作为一个父亲除了要做到应该履行的责任的同时，还要爱憎分明，要让孩子学会怎样做人，怎样看事，怎样正确的处理事情，尤为现在你们正处在这个叛逆的时期，或许父母的良苦用心、处心积虑的教育方式不被你们理解和认同，改变了对父母的看法甚至背道而驰，但是请你们理解自己父母的艰辛、能力和家庭境况，城里的孩子有得天独厚的优越条件，多半孩子都是富二代，可农村的孩子要是学会攀比吃穿玩乐的话，只有把本就贫瘠家庭搞成负二代！只要你们读书成绩努力了，就算是对父母最好的报答。
女儿的演讲在沉寂的气氛中结束，掌声又再次响彻了整个校园，回到我身边时，我看出了女儿如释重负，心情显得格外平静，我们半天没有说出一句话，此刻我才为我有如此懂事，逐渐成熟的女儿感到荣幸和骄傲自豪。良久，女儿问我:“老爸，演讲的怎么样？”我说很不错，至少热烈的掌声和欢呼声认同了你的成功。感恩的事迹层曲不同，两个小时的激烈比赛也圆满划上句号，尽管当天没有评出名次，但我觉得并不重要，父亲并不要求你非要得到第一，至少你袒露了自己内心的真实想法，虽没有华丽的语言，优秀的锦段，却也可以感人肺腑，让人回味无穷[强]。
回家的路上，女儿的声音再次萦绕在我耳畔，豆大的雨点打在我冰冷的脸上时，泪水和雨水再次悄然滑落，湿透衣襟。
都说男儿有泪不轻弹，可只是未到伤心处啊！男人也是人，不是铁石铸就的心肠，也会被真情所感动，但是我不想让我女儿看见老爸脆弱的一面，父亲就像一座山，就算不高大挺拔，但也会绿树长青，我会不断用知识和能力充实自己的内涵，证明不愧为儿女的靠山，成为妻子儿女的坚实后盾。
特朗普时代的半岛变量 篇6
美国大选前一周，韩国前外长金星焕对我说，如果特朗普当选美国总统，对韩国将是难以想象的“灾难”。
“灾难”就这样来了。作为盟友，未来韩国或许只能想办法忍受特朗普治下的美国，而自己可能要掏更多的防卫费，安全感也会骤降。
此外，观察韩美关系，一个必须提及的主要变量是朝鲜。有观点认为，鉴于特朗普一直是个做买卖的生意人，他在朝鲜没有利益，也就没有“交易”的必要。但是，这种分析可靠吗？
韩美的各自肚肠
韩国媒体认为，面对特朗普政府即将带来的外交安保风浪，韩国还没有完全做好准备，代行总统权力制度的局限暴露无遗。韩国仍将有数月处于政治领导和外交安保领导“真空期”，这期间，国家将缺乏有效应对和协商的能力。
同盟弱化是韩国最担心的问题，好在特朗普的就职演讲让韩国稍感安心。
虽然美国多次强调“加强同盟”，但军费支出问题或将成为韩美双方避不开的摩擦点。美国国防部长詹姆斯?马蒂斯已公开就防卫费问题表态，要求盟国“承担义务”。
在接受新华社记者专访时，韩国世宗研究所朝鲜统一战略研究室室长郑成长说，虽然特朗普希望韩国增加防卫费用分担比例，但韩国国内反对的呼声很高。若特朗普政府?猿终庖灰?求，会造成韩美关系部分恶化、驻韩美军部分裁减。目前韩美防卫费两国各占50%，韩国民众可以接受的分担比例预计约为60%，如果超出这个比例，会导致民众对美国的反感情绪上升。
韩国国防部及防卫事业厅1月15日发布消息称，2006年至2016年10月，韩国采购美国武器共计36.036万亿韩元（约合人民币2115.9亿元），接近韩国2016年军费总额。韩国对韩美军事同盟的贡献程度在美国所有盟友关系中位居前列。如果特朗普政府要求韩国分担更多军费，韩方将通过外交渠道，以数据作为论据，澄清韩国的付出并不少。
不过，郑成长说，军费分担问题并不会造成韩美同盟明显弱化以及驻韩美军的大量撤退。如果美军继续以裁减驻韩美军相威胁，驻韩美军预计最多减少10%～15%。
那么，韩美同盟会强化吗？分析认为，影响这一问题的主要变量是朝鲜。如果朝鲜执意发射洲际弹道导弹，美国会加速其反导体系部署。
朝美舆论战
朝鲜最高领导人金正恩在元旦致辞中说，“将随时随地进行洲际弹道导弹试射。”
特朗普在推特上回应，“那不可能发生”，向朝鲜发出了明确信号。
韩国军方认为，朝鲜是想作为“事实上的有核国家”，与特朗普政府进行核裁军谈判。有分析认为，美国若与朝鲜对话，就会被认为是默认朝鲜拥核，但是，由于朝美之间存在深深的不信任，双方很难单独对话。
白宫官网上说，为应对朝鲜的导弹“攻击”，美军要开发最尖端的反导体系。
1月11日美国CNN报道说，美国国防部为监视朝鲜远程导弹的发射，部署了“海基X波段雷达”。这是美国对金正恩新年致辞的首次军事回应。
“海基X波段雷达”的最大探测距离为4800公里，不仅能从日本冲绳附近探测到朝鲜半岛全域，其有效探测距离远远大于600～800公里（最大探测距离不到1000公里）的“萨德”系统的雷达。
特朗普对朝三条路
特朗普政府目前对朝政策尚不明晰，一般认为，其思路大致是通过强化韩美同盟和军事部署，来加强对朝鲜施压制裁。未来，特朗普政府的对朝政策或采取三种路数。
第一条路，通过第三方向朝鲜施压。
美国国务卿雷克斯?韦恩?蒂勒森将朝鲜称为“存在极大威胁的敌人”，并喊话要与中国采取“新的磋商方式”，“朝核问题是能够决定美中关系得以巩固还是弱化的关键要素”。
第二条路，利用同盟施压。
美国国防部长詹姆斯?马蒂斯称，美国将以美日韩同盟的基本框架应对朝鲜的威胁。韩国方面在努力向特朗普政府强调朝鲜的威胁。
郑成长认为，美国并没有掌握朝鲜武器部署位置的具体情报，加上朝鲜拥有移动式导弹发射台，因此从现实角度讲，美国对朝鲜进行外科手术式打击的可能性甚小。
第三条路，坐下来谈。
特朗普批评奥巴马“没有战略”，认为所谓战略就是要“出其不意”。对特朗普来说，没有所谓“板上钉钉”和“按道理出牌”之说。
特朗普在竞选期间对朝发出的信号相当混乱，有分析称，这暗示特朗普并不排除与金正恩展开对话。
但是，对于互不信任已经根深蒂固的美国和朝鲜而言，双方直接对话谈何容易！

蒂勒森转达了特朗普总统对习近平主席的问候，表示特朗普总统高度重视同习主席的通话联系，期待着尽早举行两国元首会晤，并有机会对中国进行访问，为美中关系未来50年的发展确定方向。
