八年级英语教学工作总结

本学期,我担任八年级四班的英语教学工作,班上学生50人。作为从事中学英语教学的我,虽了解到了一些教学教法,但在实际的教育教学中,我深深感觉到教中学英语之难之累,真是“苦在其身,乐在其心”!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对本学期的教学工作做一总结。
英语是中学生的一门主课,无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它,但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥,学起来吃力,甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因,是学生对英语学习的接触面小,说练机会少,以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。
第一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念学生是学习的主体。我对《英语课程标准》进行了研读,了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。
老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知,代替学生观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
第二、使学生明白学习目的。要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。如果我们不懂英语,怎么去了解世界?如果我们不会说英语,也听不懂他们说什么,就无法与他们交流,沟通,更谈不上有商业交易了。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学习真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机。
结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具,如:单词卡片、实物(图片)、头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。第三、努力建立融洽的师生关系。相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的大姐和好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。
第四、严谨治学,保持良好的教态。教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。教师的一言一行,无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识和觉悟程度水平,做到爱岗敬业,学而不厌,诲人不倦,为人师表,治学严谨,还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好,学生就喜欢,他们听课的兴趣就高,接受知识也快。反之,学生就不喜欢,甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生,看问题开始 有可独立的见解,对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时,我利用语言的轻重,语调的高低,和一定的动作表情,尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时,我的表情变得自然亲切,使促使感到老师对他们的信任,这样学生就增添了勇气,就能大胆地回答问题。
第五、积极创造语言情景。教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验,注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练,强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动,为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学习氛围。教材图文并茂,安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容,使英语学习变得容易而有趣。教材围绕着实用的话题,逐步开展教学内容和实践活动,符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中,使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学习中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲,从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力,在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。
总之,一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多,收到的回报也不少:领导的信任,使我精力充沛;同事的帮助,使我干劲十足;学生的渴求,使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足,不断改进教学方法,在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动、游戏来辅助课堂教学,激活课堂。积极开发和有效利用课程资源,更好的为英语教学服务,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

实施新课程改革以来,我反复学习有关的教育教学理论,深刻领会新课标精神,认真反思自身教学实际,研究学生,探究教法,树立起以学生的终身发展为目的的教学思想,树立起以教师为主导,学生为主体的新的教学理念,在教学实践中积极探索焕发语文课堂活力,有助于学生能力提高与发展的语文课堂教学的新思路、新模式,探索以启发思维训练方法为主的自读课文阅读方法、以感知――探究――反思――延伸为主线的重点篇目学习法、以合作――探究――创造――创新为核心的语文活动课等,激发了学生学习语文的积极性,收到了较好的教学效果。当然在两个班的教学方法也不尽相同,毕竟学生基础不一样,而最终虽然我同样认真对待两个班的教学,但是取得的成效并不尽如人意,这是我接下来需要努力的一大重点。
二、用生动灵活的教学方式,焕发课堂活力。
试教学课堂围绕知识目标而展开,储存继承前人积累下来的经验和体验,但忽视了学生创新的动机、兴趣、情感、意志,如何激活所需的先前经验,萌动学生的求知欲望就成为课改中面临的新的挑战。新课标要求我们建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,激活学生好奇心,探究欲,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,我仔细研究教育心理,准确把握八年级学生的心理特征和思维特点,积极探索有利于激发兴趣、激活思维、激励探讨的课堂教学方法。例如在处理每单元的重点篇目时,我始终采用整体感知――合作探究――反思质疑――拓展延伸的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学。这样教学,课堂上感受到的是一种亲切、和谐、活跃的气氛。教师已成为学生的亲密朋友,教室也转变成为学生的学堂,学生再也不是僵化呆板、默默无闻的模范听众。他们的个性得到充分的展现与培养:或质疑问难,或浮想联翩,或组间交流,或挑战权威。师生互动,生生互动,组组互动,环境互动,在有限的时间内,每一位学生都得到了较为充分的锻炼和表现的机会。教室中再没有阴暗冰冷的“死角”,课堂上充满着流动的阳光,平等、和谐与交流共存,发现、挑战与沉思同在。活跃的思维,频动的闪光点,让学生成为课堂上真正的主人。教师的授课既源于教材,又不唯教材。师生的情感与个性融在其中,现实的生活进入课堂,学生在互动中求知,在活动中探索,既轻松地掌握了知识,又潜移默化地培养了能力。学生的整体素质有了质的提高,语文课堂真正焕发出它应有的活力。但是由于个人经验不足,在课堂教学轻松、氛围活跃的同时,也出现了部分学生乘机作乱,不遵守课堂纪律,所以开学伊始,我将针对这一情况作出调整,力求在新学期有所改善。
三、用自主与探究解放学生,提高学习效率。
新课标对语文课程的基本要求,也就是语文学科工具性与人文性特点的集中体现。教学中,一改过去课堂上过于注重知识传授,内容上过于注重书本知识,结构上过于强调学科本位,实施中过于强调接受学习,死记硬背,机械训练等状况,仔细研究教材内容,精心设计教学环节,将学生从原有的课堂圈子中“解放”出来,调动学生学习的积极性,使他们能够在自主探究与交流的过程中,不断挑战自我,扩展创造性思维。比如,在文言文教学中,翻译我要求学生理解记忆,而不是死记硬背。
四、以阅读教学为教学重点,达到相应的学习目标。
1.融入自己的生活体验,感悟课文的思想内涵,进而了解社会人生;继续了解叙事性作品的文体特征,品味含意丰富的语句。2.加强了朗读,注意课文中的联想与想像,了解直接抒情与间接抒情的表达方式,学习抒情性语言。
3.在理解课文内容、熟悉科学文艺作品特点的同时,引导学生树立起环保意识。
4.学生了解了民生和民间文化。不仅感觉到自身日常生活中蕴含的无穷乐趣,还体会到了多种表达方式综合运用产生的艺术效果。5.在优美的古文中漫步,在大致读懂课文的基础上,结合自己的体验评价作品的思想内容;了解古人写景、叙事、议论的艺术,体会语言运用的妙处;积累了常见的文言词语,增强了语感。6.在借助提示、注释和工具书读懂课文的基础上,体会游记散文借景抒情的特点;品味了古诗文名句的思想感情,并结合亲身体验加深了理解。
五、用扎实多样的训练,培养学生的语文实践能力
死教书、教死书不能适应社会对教育的需要,新课程改革正是对今天教师教学观念的挑战。教师应由知识的占有者转化为知识的组织者,由知识的传递者转化为学习的促进者,超越课堂的藩篱,将现代教学过程演化为“培养学习者”的过程,实现由“授之以鱼”到“授之以渔”的根本转变。用扎实多样的训练,多方面提高学生的语文素养,努力培养学生的语文实践能力,使学生获得一定的终身学习的本领。对八年级的学生而言,方法要比知识更为重要,教授方法才是教学的根本。
教学有法,教无定法,从基础入手到提高能力直至学以致用,生动、活泼,扎实、系统,有序、有恒的训练,使学生在不同内容和方法的相互交叉、渗透和整合中开阔了视野,提高了学习效率,初步获得了一些现代社会所需要的语文实践能力。

一学期来,积极参与上级主管部门和学校组织的各种业务理论学习、按时参加集体备课,和同课教师一起研究每节课的特点,重点难点,找出对应的突破点,力争让每节课都收到最为满意得效果、这学期我们同科教师之间展开互相学习的活动,每个人至少讲两节校内公开课,互相取长补短,并互相帮助共同得到了提高。在做好本职工作的同时,还积极参加上级部门组织的教学研讨活动或会议,并认真作出笔记,作出评价,做到了在学习中提高,在活动中学习.三.教学常规的完成情况

5、注重教育理论的学习,并注意把一些先进的理论应用于课堂,做到学有所用.通过开公开课,使自己的教学水平得到很大的提高,但也使我意识到了自己在教学方面的不足之处,从而更促进了物理教学。
6、加强与备课组老师的合作,团结共进,精诚协作,经过一个学期的努力,160的物理成绩取得了一定的进步。但还需进一步提高。
四,为提高课堂教学的有效性构建高效课堂采取的措施
在平时的上课过程中,非常注意调动学生的学习积极性,根据不同班级的情况,调整上课思路和上课方法,针对不同同学的情况,采取不同的方法,有的放矢,努力保护学生的积极性,和创造性,力争使每个同学都能得到发展的空间.160班学生比较认真能主动完成老师布置得作业,但是创新能力还需要继续锻炼,所以,在160班上课时,注重鼓励学生大胆发言,积极参与开发学生的动手能力。五.成绩只代表过去,需继续努力
成绩属于过去,尽管上一学期从各方面都取得了一定的成绩,但是,同时也存在一些不足之处,而且随着时间的推移,学生、社会也将会向老师进一步提出更多更高的要求,这就要求我们,在以后的工作的过程继续保持过去的优势改正不足,不断学习,开拓创新,力争找到更为合适这些学生的更加有效的方法。

首先,我积极认真学习了新的课程理念,努力实现把学生变为学习的主人这一目标,力求把学习主动权交给学生,尽量留给学生阅读与活动的空间,大胆鼓励学生质疑问难。在教学过程中,积极实践新课程理念,努力提高课堂教学效率与效果。
其次,认真备好每一节课,上好每一节课。因为这是提高语文教学质量的关键。为此,备课时我认真钻研了教材,翻阅资料,把握教材重难点;同时,充分利用网络资源,并在下载的网络资源的基础上进行整合。上课时从课文特点出发,从学生实际出发,充分利用现有条件,以激发学生的学习积极性;并引导学生在深入理解课文内容的基础上做好课堂笔记,以便过后温故而知新。上作文课时,尽可能地选取学生熟悉的话题;搜集整理好相关资料,展示给学生学习品味;然后引导学生列提纲,拟写开头与结尾,打草稿和修改草稿。
再其次,在教学中始终如一地遵循多表扬少批评的鼓励性教学原则:注意发现学生的亮点,并适时加以激励,以提高学生的学习兴趣与自信心。如有的学生贪玩,学习习惯不好,成绩不理想,但他背诵课文能力强,我就在课堂上多让他背诵课文,让他在背诵中享受成功的喜悦,以此激发他学习语文的兴趣。
最后,高度重视了批改与辅导。如果学生不做作业,及时了解情况,耐心教育,让学生改掉缺点,养成按时完成作业的良好习惯;精心批改作业,对于作业中出现的共性问题,进行集中讲解;针对学生作业的个别情况,适时进行个别辅导;有的学生思想上有问题,就进行沟通,耐心地做思想转化工作。
语文教学质量的提高需要长期努力,可是存在的问题比较多,所以今后的教学是任重而道远。
