伞的故事
看见伞,我便想起了母亲,心里涌起了一种温暖的感觉……

日月匆匆,一转眼六年级第二学期就结束了,在那忙碌的日子里,我们播种者,收获着,幸福着,快乐着。为了清楚的认识过去之不足,我将总结经验、吸取教训、改进方法、把未来的工作做得更好,现将一年来的工作总结如下:
一、思想教育工作常抓不屑
本学期我担任的是六(3)班的班主任。现在的孩子见多识广,对社会、家庭、环境的了解更深,要想当好这个班主任还真是不容易。我努力地接近他们,把自己融进儿童的天地。于是我和我的学生建立了很深的感情,我喜欢这群孩子,他们各有不同的特点,有的文静,有的活泼,有的见解独到,有的知识丰富,有的乐于助人,有的心胸宽广,有的调皮捣蛋,有的关心他人„„我尽量在学习上和生活上帮助他们,增强为学生服务的意识,把学生与家长作为服务的对象。我在平时经常与学生沟通,做好学生的思想工作。
此外,我也以身作则。在过去的一年里,我拥护中国共产党的领导,坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放。为了提高自己的教学水平,适应新形势下的教育工作,我认真地参加了学校每周一次的政治理论学习,学习和贯彻了党的“十七大”、“胡锦涛讲话”、“习近平讲话”精神。在工作中注重学生的思想政治教育,坚持把思想政治教育贯穿于教学活动之中。依法执教,全面贯彻国家教育方针。热爱学校,热爱学生,热爱教育事业。在教学工作中,踏实工作,严谨治学,为人师表,教书育人。
二、教学方面
过去的一年,我任六年级班主任,负责六年级数学的教学工作。六年级共有学生40人,其中男生15人,女生25人。
在教育教学中,我认真钻研新课程标准、把握教学的重点难点,积极开拓教学思路,试着把一些先进的教学理论、科学的管理方法及现代远程教学手段运用于课堂教学中,努力培养学生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于创新的能力。
为了提高教学质量,为了带好本届毕业班,我做了下面的工作:
1、亲近、研究学生。班主任要善于接近孩子,体贴和关心学生,和他们进行亲密的思想交流,让他们真正感受到老师对他的亲近和爱。这是班主任顺利开展一切工作的基础。研究学生是教育取得成功的必要条件,最好的途径是通过活动观察。了解班风、学风,了解全班主要的优缺点并分析其原因所在,研究学生的个性特征(包括能力、气质、性格、爱好等),了解个人的生活环境,哪些是特别需要注意的学生等等。
2、我先了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,根据他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯等,采取相应的措施。选择教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,并在组织教学活动时灵活运用。
3、培养班级干部。班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部,同时要精心培养小干部。第一,帮助小干部树立威信;第二,鼓励小干部大胆工作,指点他们工作方法;第三,严格要求小干部在知识、能力上取得更大进步,在纪律上以身作则,力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用,即“以点带面”;第四,培养干部团结协作的精神,要能够通过干部这个小集体建立正确、健全的舆论,带动整个班集体开展批评与自我批评,形成集体的组织性、纪律性和进取心,即“以面带面”。使每个学生具有“服从集体,服从命令”的思想,具有自我约束力,形成习惯,保证整个班集体随时表现出“活而不乱,严而不死”的良好班风班貌。
4、营造向上氛围。根据毕业班学生的年龄特点,制定班级公约,努力营造平等、团结、和谐、进取的班级氛围。布置教室环境。如设立“小小图书角”、“光荣榜”、“成长评比台”等文化背景。引导学生的行为和品德向更高的层次发展,促使学生通过自我教育、自我调整而不断成长。
5、建立互助小组。以优生帮助差生的形式进行小组“一帮一“活动。以多种互助方式促使差生取得更大进步,共同实现个人、小组与集体奋斗的目标。
6、拟定奋斗目标。有目标才有动力。我根据本班实际情况,拟定全班与小组在知识、能力、情感等方面的远、近期目标,让每一个学生明确我们全班和小组正在努力奋斗的目标是什么,从而增强集体的凝聚力和动力。
7、建立竞争机制。让学生参与竞争是提高学生心理素质,增长其才能的重要途径。(1)人人都有一个竞争对手。
每个学生自找一名水平相当的对手,我依据学生的可比性,稍作调整。让每个学生在自己的文具盒上贴上竞争对手的名字,与竞争对手比学习、比思想、比体育。通过这样的竞争,优等生更优,基础薄弱的学生也不甘落后,奋起直追,进步也较快。(2)组组都有一个追击目标。
除了个人竞赛,我在班上还实行“一帮一、一盯一”,“最佳表现小组”、“冠军挑战小组”、“最佳合作小组”等,分别对得分最高的小组进行奖励,鼓励其他小组都朝这个方向发展。并帮助尚需努力的小组想出响应方案。通过竞争,班级中形成了一种互相监督、互相帮助、你追我赶的氛围,充分发挥了学生的主体作用,促进学生和谐、生动、活泼地发展。
8、发竞争意识。竞争是一股巨大的、潜在的、其它任何外力都不可能达到或代替的动力。班主任应在班内掀起激烈的、持久的竞争活动。必须强调,这是“互助”、“友好”的竞争而不是“敌视”和“保守”的竞争,其目的是为了取得共同的、更大的进步。
9、设立评价制度。以“小红花”等相对固定的评价模式,对学生个人和小组的各种表现定期评价,使每个学生和小组明确近期优缺点何在,在班上居何位置,从而增强警惕性和进取心,培养学生的自觉性。
10、开展好班队会。要注重每次活动的实效性,使每次活动都让学生得到一次思想和灵魂的洗礼,留下深刻印象并指导自己以后的言行。其主题可以根据社会影响、学生思想动向以及偶发事件拟定。比如激励学生好好学习的班会《勤奋学习的故事》等等。
三、继续教育方面
新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书,我们必须具有先进的教育观念,才能适应教育的发展。在过去的一年里,我积极阅读党报党刊,积极学习法律法规,不但注重集体的政治业务学习,还注意从书本中汲取营养,认真学习仔细体会教学设计新理念,新形势下怎样做一名好教师,认真学习《走进新课程》,认真听讲并做好笔记,写出心得体会,并将所学理论运用于教学中,提高了自己的教学能力。
四、取得的成果
我的辛勤工作换来了毕业班平稳毕业。同学之间团结友爱,学习气氛浓厚,“小雷锋”层出不穷,无论在学习上还是在其他方面,我班在各个方面都有了很大的进步,受到了学校领导老师的称赞。
