开贤学校2013--2014学第一学期 五 年级 语文 教学总结

一、工作回顾

在学校教导处的引导下,我们五年级级圆满的完成了语文教学任务。而且每项教学指标都达到或超过规定的要求。这些成绩的取得都是老师们辛勤的付出和努力的结果。

二、取得的成绩

通过这学期的语文教学,学生的各个方面都有很大的提高:书本知识和社会实践相结合的能力得到了大大的提高;综合考核方面:及格率达96%,优秀率达45%。同时学生的实际操作能力也得到了大大的提高。

三、存在问题

学生对语文教学不感兴趣,同时教者也对实践教学抱着无所谓的态度,这样一来学生也没有把语文课放在眼里。这些问题都要我们在今后的教学中去改进,去创新。

2.make作使役动词及一般行为动词的基本用法结构。

(1) make作使役动词时为“迫使”, “导致” (某人/物怎么样) 之义, 这时常见下面结构形式:

(1) make sb./sth. (+形容词) 使某人/物…… (怎么样) ;导致某人/物…… (怎么样) , 即在make的宾语某人/物后直接用形容词作宾语补足语。

eg Rainy days often make me sad.Mr.Li usually makes his lessons interesting so that we all like to listen to him in class.

(2) make sb./sth.do sth.使某人/物做某事, 一般作使役动词宾语补足语的不定式结构在该使役动词用在主动语态句中时, 要省去不定式符号“to”。

eg Some scientists are trying to make robots look like human beings.

You mustn’t make others wait for you too long.You’d better get there ahead of time.

(3) 注:当make, 包括其他使役动词在被动语态句中运用时, 作其宾语补足语的不定式结构不省去to, 即用成“be made to do sth.”———“被使去做某事”。

eg The boy was made to apologize because he came to school late.

(2) make作一般实义动词用, 意为制作;做。后跟表示金钱的名词等时, 还有“赚取”;后跟有“mistake”等时, 则有“犯错”等意思, 已学相关宾语如下:

make meals做饭

make tea泡茶

make kites制作风筝

make the bed整理床铺

make sentences造句

make noises制造噪音

make mistakes犯错

make money赚钱

make friends with...与……交朋友

另:make作“制作”等含义时, 用在被动语态句中的重要短语结构有:

be made of...被用……制成, 后跟原料, 原料在制成成品后看得出原料;

be made from...被用……制成, 后跟原料, 原料在制成成品后已看不出原料;

be made into...被制成……, 后跟成品, 此时, 做句子主语的是表示原材料的名词或代词;

be made up of...由……构成, 相当于“consist of”。

eg The table is made up of wood, and the bread is made from wheat (小麦) !

果园里也是热闹的季节,到处都是香气扑鼻的果子。红彤彤的苹果,黄澄澄的梨,金灿灿的桔子……布满了秋的气息。

树叶也变黄了,在空中蝴蝶般的飞舞着。它们的脸上含着微笑,因为他们经历了春的萌芽,夏的茁壮,生命已经到了顶峰,但它还会通过秋来哺育新一代。

我班有学生27人,其中男生13人,女生14人。成绩优的3人,成绩差的8人。字写好的6人,差的7人。

二、教学任务完成情况

本学期期末测试成绩情况。本学期参加测试学生27人,总分1557分,平均分57.67分,及格人数12人,及格率为44.4%。与乡总评相比,平均分低7分左右。

三、教学研究与改革

本学期我积极参与学校的教育教学研讨,在研讨中我密切联系学生的生活,努力反映学生身边的事和感兴趣的事,提高学生对数学的兴趣,树立正确的数学观,引导学生用数学的眼光观察生活,发现问题,从而培养学生的问题意识,培养学生处理信息的能力。同时,不断反思、实践、探索、总结经验,撰写教学论文、教学反思。

四、教学经验

1、深入细致的备好每一节课。

备好课是上好课的有力保证。我充分利用数学组活动这一平台,和同级数学老师相互交流,集聚教师集体的智慧,优化课堂教学设计,弥补了新课程标准下我的独立思维。个性化补充中我又结合教材的内容和学生的实际情况,精心设计每一堂课的教学过程,设计教学时,敢于突破教材,不但要考虑知识的相互联系,而且拟定采用的教学方法,以及各教学环节的自然衔接;既要突出本节课的难点,又要突破本节课的重点。真正做到每一课都“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对课用出总结。

2、认真上好每一节课。

课堂是学生学习的主阵地。上课时注重学生主动性的发挥,发散学生的思维, 提高教育教学质量。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,强化他们探究合作意识,充分体现学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快,培养学生多动口、动手、动脑的能力。对于每一节课新知的学习,我通过联系现实生活,让学生们在生活中感知数学、学习数学、运用数学;通过小组交流活动,让学生在探究合作中动手操作、掌握方法、体验成功等。从而,把课堂还给了学生,使学生成了学习的主人。让学生联系生活、贴近生活,让学生从熟知的、亲近的、现实的生活数学走向学生视野,进入课堂,使之产生亲近感,使学生主动地动手、动口、动脑,想办法来探索知识的形成过程,获得成功的喜悦感。

3、认真批改作业。作业是课堂教学的延伸,是反馈教学信息的最好见证。对于学生作业的布置,我本着“适中适量”的原则进行,既要使作业有基础性,针对性,综合性,又要考虑学生的不同实际,突出层次性,坚决不做毫无意义的作业。学生的每次作业批改及时、认真,并做到了数学书面作业当面讲解,及时改正,对于大面积错题,我认真作出分析,并进行集体讲评、订正

4、认真做好后进行转化工作。

本学期,我除了在课堂上多照顾他们外,课后还为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,同时加大了对后进生的辅导的力度,从心理上疏导他们,拉近我们师生之间的距离,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使他们对数学学习萌发兴趣,建立了自信心;对于他们遗漏的知识,我主动为他们弥补,对于新学内容,我耐心为他们讲解,并让他们每天为自己制定一个目标,同时我还对他们的点滴进步及时给予鼓励表扬,激发了他们的求知欲和上进心,使他们对数学产生了兴趣,也取得了较好的成绩。

五、教学体会

一年来我一直担任六年级的数学学科,在工作中严格要求自己,刻苦钻研业务,不断提高业务水平,不断学习新知识,探索教育教学规律,改进教育教学方法。

1、尊重学生是以学生为主的关键。

在教学中,深刻体会到要以学生为主,以学生的发展为主。首先,必须尊重学生。尊重学生的思考权,尊重学生的发言权,尊重学生探究精神,尊重学生的思维成果。做到这些,才能够放手让学生去思考,让学生探究。

2、分层合作,是实现合作、自主、探究的学习模式必由之路。

学生的层次不同,思考的效率不同,往往会造成一些学生怕于思考,懒于探索,依赖别人的思想。教学中如果让好中差混成一个小组,这样好的学生永远成为领头人,成为代言人,而差生永远就在小组中得不到重视。要解决这个问题必须实行分层分小组合作的方法,在课堂上,根据不同的情况给不同小组以不同层次的任务,学生在层次相同,能力相同的情况下有了思考问题的时间,这样就达到了分层次合作的目的,也使得不同层次的学生有不同的挑战性任务。

六、存在的问题

1、对于新课标的学习不够深入,学习兴趣培养得不够好。

教学中既要让学生掌握知识,又要激发学生学习热情,培养学生学习兴趣,但在激发学生学习数学的兴趣方面存在缺憾。

2、小组合作学习应用得不够得体

新课标提得最响的是大力提倡小组合作学习。要真正落实好小组合作学习,把它体现在课堂上,也不是一件很难的事,关键是能不能体现得体。在平时的数学课堂教学中,我试图让学生小组合作学习,但收效甚微,可能是我组织的不得体,使得自己处于被动局面,是小组学习没有真正起到应用的价值。

3、学生课堂提问者太少

新课标提倡,课堂教学要以学生为主体,面向全体学生。教学中要调动学生的学习积极性,要问题让学生提,规律让学生找,结论让学生下。在我教学中,会提问题的同学很少,虽然我多次鼓励:回答错或说错都没关系,只要你敢发表自己的见解就是好样的。但是总有学生表现不够主动,致使课堂教学中经常会出现“冷场”现象。

七、整改措施

教书育人是塑造灵魂的综合性艺术。在课程改革推进的今天,社会对教师的素质要求更高,在今后的教育教学工作中,我将立足实际,认真分析和研究好教材、课程标准,研究好学生,做好家访工作,争取学生家长的支持,创造性地搞好学校教学各项工作,使我的教学工作有所开拓,有所进取,更加严格要求自己,努力工作,发扬优点,改正缺点,开拓前进,为美好的明天奉献自己的力量。

总之,一学期的教学工作,既有成功的喜悦,也有失败的困惑,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但也存在不少的缺点,在今后在今后教学中我不断加强学习,多听课,从别人的好课中汲取养料,反思自己教学中的课堂评价,调整自己的教学。从别人失败的课堂教学中,吸取教训,引以为戒,提高业务素质,增强教学机智,灵活运用教学方法,提高自身素质,为以后的教学工作打下良好的基础,力争取得更好的成绩。

2013—2014学第一学期

本学期,我校按省教育厅市教育局的要求,开展了“千名教师进万家”活动,结合实际,也制定了相应计划,我也积极投入其中。在家访活动中,我向家长宣传教育法规、我校的办学理念、办学特色及学校课改实验等内容,向家长宣传学校取得的成绩,向家长汇报其孩子在校表现,了解学生在家庭中表现状况,听取和收集家长对学校工作的意见和建议。

现将本学期的家访工作总结如下:

一、通过家访,我们两位教师从一个侧面认识到教育的重要地位。我们每到一个家庭,几乎家长们都这么说:“现在国家越来越重视教育了,我的孩子全交给你们了。”一天上午,我和搭档到一个学生家中,他爸爸是一个个体户,他诚恳地对我说:“那时我没有一个好的学习环境,自己也不认真学,文化低,造成了现在工作中的许多困难,我就这一个儿子,你们两位老师无论如何对他要严一点,让他多学一点知识。”他说的是实话。普通的群众也体会到了读书认字的重要,是实实在在的长远大计。我感到了肩上担子的份量。

二、通过家访,学到了一些家访的基本方法。首先,家访应全面如实地介绍学生在校的情况,不能报忧不报喜,应当介绍的情况要在家访前准备好。其次,为了便于和家长更好地合作,家访时应向家长了解学生在家的表现,有针对性地听取家长的意见,采取有效的教育措施。我觉得教师配合家长对学生进行教育,一定要“对症下药”才能解决问题。

三、通过家访,我们也发现了一些值得深思的现象,需要不失时机地向家长宣传正确教育子女的方法。家访时,我们看到,有的家长陪儿子打牌;有的家长不让孩子看电视和课外书,也不许和其他同伴玩,对于这些,我们在家访时不失时机地做家长的工作,帮助他们懂得怎样爱子女,怎样教育子女,这是我们的薄弱环节,也是我们需要不断锻炼和提高的重要方面。现在的家长把孩子当作掌上明珠,给他们吃好的穿好的,对他们百依百顺,却不知道如何从小培养他们良好的学习习惯和生活习惯,多数孩子的生活自理能力很差,这是一个极为普遍的社会现象,如何正确引导家长搞好家庭教育,是我们教育工作者值得深思的问题。

本学期,在学校的正确领导下,在学校各科室的关心和支持下,在各位老师勤勤恳恳和共同努力下,12级服装组二年级上学期各项工作得以稳步开展,较好的实现了二年级学期初制定的工作目标与计划,圆满地完成学校安排的各项工作。现就本学期级组工作中一些具体做法和体会做一总结。

一、学生方面

1、大力推进课堂教学改革,成果显著

这学期,学校强力推行了课堂教学改革,深入推广“学案式导学法”,开展小组化教学与管理,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。主要表现在以下几个方面:一是极大地增强了学生的动手动脑、听说读写、互助合作、探究思考的能力;二是采用分层教学,满足不同层次学生的学习要求,使得优生、差生都有自己的目标,都有事做,都能学得懂,学得会;三是以问题为导引,增强了学生的自学能力、预习能力、读书能力、思考能力;四是课堂上学生真正地动起来了,睡觉的现象少了,学习、听课、讨论、板演基本上是以小组的形式全员参与。

2、狠抓学生行为习惯的养成教育

本学期我们继续加强对学生的养成教育,努力培养学生良好的学习习惯、生活习惯。做到守好时,出好操,上好课,吃好饭,睡好觉,空堂上静,课堂上活,课下积极参加有益于身心的各项活动。

3、利用班会,加强学生的思想教育

在本学期,利用班会课对学生进行法制教育、安全教育和日常行为规范教育。第一以班主任为核心,充分发挥班干部、小组长的集体力量,日常教育与集体监督相结合,利用班会制定班级小组及个人考核机制,全面促进学生的自我管理,规范其日常行为;第二利用班会课学习学校各项规章制度,各种法律知识及安全知识,增强学生的法制意识与安全意识;第三,经常在班会上强调行为规范对学习、对人生的重要性,使学生做到自觉遵守各项纪律,养成良好生活学习习惯,为高三复习打下坚实的基础。

二、教师方面

1、深入开展教学改革,全面提高了教学质量

本学期级组开展了“学案式导学法”教学改革,服装组二年级全体教师认真学习,积极参

与,不断更新自己的教育理念,认真地完成教学方法的转变,认真地编写学案,辅导学生预习,根据教学改革要求上课,使得改革得以推广,成效得以彰显,全面提高了本年级的教学质量。

2、小组化管理初见成效,学生的合作探究意识增强

各班主任在自己的班级采用小组化管理的模式,分好了小组,均衡而异质;同时把小组成员的学习、纪律、卫生等各项工作,都作为小组考核的内容,并以周进行量化考核,进行奖励,这极大地调动了学生学习的积极性,增强了他们的自律意识及与人合作的意识。

3、各备课组团结一致,极大地发挥了核心作用与带头作用

各备课组在备科组长的带领下,认真备课,教学,教研,批改,辅导,编学案,做反思,深入推进教学改革,全面提高本年级的教育教学水平,为下一步的高三工作奠定了坚实的基础。

三、存在问题:

1.优生数量太少,表现在部分学生各科发展不均衡,学习缺少主动性和积极性。

2.“边缘生”提升不明显。“边缘生”数量仍然很大,我们也采取了一系列“补短”措施,但效果不太明显。

3.部分教师工作责任心不强,缺少吃苦精神,奉献精神,工作没有紧张感。

四、具体改进措施:

1.深化管理,严肃纪律,继续实行班主任晚就寝查房制度。

2.进一步加强思想教育,通过各种手段、各种形式,积极引导学生将全部精力投入到学习中来。

3.年级加大对集体备课的监控力度。

4.紧紧抓住“尖子生”和“边缘生”这两个重点。“尖子生”的培养,一是我们要让他们“吃好、吃饱”。二是要定时定人单独辅导。各位班主任、各位老师都要拿出具体帮扶措施,并制定 “边缘生”辅导计划。

5.加强课堂教学的针对性,提高课堂教学的有效性,老师上课要针对有效生组织教学,上课要多提问,课后作业精批面批,使优生更优,“边缘生”短处最小化。

6.进一步规范对体艺生文化、专业辅导管理,专业老师要和文化课老师、班主任互相配合。
