今天我演讲的题目是《友谊与送礼》。

友谊，是人类最纯洁的感情，是天空中两颗星的邂逅，即使匆匆擦过，也会闪出明亮的光华；友谊，是心海中两叶小舟的偶遇，虽不会永远相伴，却能彼此留下难忘的印象。

既然友谊如此美好，为何我们不珍惜它呢？我发现有些行为，实在是给圣洁的友谊蒙上了虚伪的灰尘。比如过生日送礼就是其中的一种。这几天连续有同学过生日，也就连续有“送礼”、“贺生日”的。朋友过生日，送点东西表示庆贺，本来无可非议，但生日礼物逐步从幼年时的铅笔、橡皮到现在的金卡、玩偶，从几分钱到几十元，变化不能说不大，档次的迅速提高实在令人担优。并且，我们现在的生活水平还没达到能花几十上百元买礼物送同学的地步。青少年好胜心强，看见别人送得好，自己就要送得更好，越比越高，以至不顾实际大手大脚地花钱。

友谊不是送礼就能得来的，像这样大手大脚地送礼物，仿佛不是在倾诉友情，而是在攀比礼物。我并非不主张送礼，作为朋友，在这样一个值得纪念的日子里庆贺一下是应该的，但不必送这些浪费钱财的东西，即使不送东西说声祝福，对方也不会不领情的。

友谊坐等，等不来；乞求，求不来；逼迫，它不仅不会产生，还可能向其反面发展。吝音的人不会有朋友，卑鄙的人更不会有友谊。友谊不能斤斤计较，也不是患得患失。只有在真诚付出的条件下，它才能天荒地老；只有在互勉互谅的培育下，它才能天长地久。

俗话说：“千里送鹅毛，礼轻情义重。”我想这才是友谊与送礼之间的真正意义所在吧。

一中泰国足友谊赛开赛背景

在安徽合肥举行的中泰国足友谊赛是中国国足为了备战即将开始的亚洲杯预选赛而进行的中国与乌兹别克斯坦、中国与荷兰、中国与泰国的最后一场比赛。在本场比赛前中国国足已两连败, 面对主要以青年军出战的泰国国家队, 所有球迷和媒体都认为应以一场大胜或至少不输结束收官之战。但比赛的过程和结果却让所有人大跌眼镜, 国足们在场上不但信心不足、比赛态度不认真、配合不默契, 还屡次犯下致命的技术失误, 攻防两端皆无任何优势, 结果以净失4球的劣势惨败。这不仅仅是简单的一场中国国足在国际A级赛事中的失败, 该场比赛所折射出的问题也是复杂而深刻的, 造成的影响也是世界性的, 中国足球的形象又一次受到了极大的伤害。

二中泰友谊赛国足失利的启示

1. 国足教练位置更换过于频繁

正当中国国家足球队水平停滞不前甚至开始下滑的情况下, 韩国、日本、伊朗等国足球的水平正大幅提升, 日本国家足球队在巴西举行的联合会杯小组赛中连灌意大利队3球, 虽然最后以3∶4憾负于意大利队, 但场上的表现却赢得了全世界的好评, 更赢得了对手的尊重。反观我国近年来国足战绩乏善可陈, 其中的原因是多方面的, 但教练位置频繁更换却是影响我国国家队足球技战术水平提升的重要因素。近十年来, 因为主教练的更迭和教练员之间执教风格的差异, 致使国足的技战术体系没有形成相对稳定的模式。频繁换帅的主要弊端就是国足的战术思想和打法很难有延续性, 很难形成成熟并符合我国足球发展实际的风格。同比之下, 像乒乓球等国家队主教练位置很少变动, 不但形成了“快、准、狠、变”的战术风格, 还取得了骄人的战绩。

2. 没有成熟的战术体系和延续的风格打法

中国足球运动的发展既要与世界足球运动大环境相统一, 同时也要具有中国足球运动的独特风格, 这样才能在世界足坛上有其重要的地位。中泰足球友谊赛国足队员在场上的表现足以说明近年来国足一直没有形成符合自身实际且成熟有效的战术体系, 也没有形成或舶来适合我国运动员采用的风格打法。拿着我国史上最高年薪的卡马乔带队两年来不但成绩平平, 连场上的战术打法也不明确, 主力队员不固定, 加上国足队员之间配合时间短, 彼此特长不熟悉, 只靠运动员单兵作战、胡冲乱打很难取胜。中国足球协会的有关领导也应认识到一场大比分失利没什么, 关键是能否发现问题、解决问题, 并制订符合我国足球实际的战术风格和打法。国家队主力前锋郜林赛后也说:“国家队的建设是一个系统的、长久的工作”。但值得注意的是在系统、长久的建设过程中一定要沿着正确、既定的方向, 不能总走弯路。

3. 国足队员缺乏昔日女排的“战斗精神”

担当本场中泰国足友谊赛解说的是著名足球比赛解说员贺炜, 他在比赛过程中的解说和评论深得球迷的好评和共鸣。尤其是当国足比分落后而毫无追回比分的意愿和斗志时, 他引用了现代奥林匹克之父顾拜旦的名言:“人生最重要的不是凯旋, 而是战斗”。缺乏“战斗精神”也是我国国足水平停滞不前的重要原因之一。当年著名排球教练员袁伟民所率领的中国女排获得世界比赛“五连冠”的佳绩靠的不只是技、战术能力, 还有不服输、不放弃的战斗精神。因此, 作为中国国家足球队的成员, 就要发扬“女排精神”, 为中国足球的荣誉和未来而战斗, 只有这样, 国足队员才会成为青少年学生心中的英雄和榜样, 才会激励更多的青少年学生投入到足球运动中来。

4. 校园足球没有得到充分发展

习主席在会见国外领导人时曾谈及中国足球, 并说“中国足球一直很努力”。可见国家最高领导人对我国足球的发展是高度关注的, 同时也寄予了极大的希望, 但校园足球发展不力一直制约着我国足球整体运动水平的提高。据统计, 当前中国足球人口已从20世纪90年代中期的65万下降到了3万, 依靠社会力量兴办的足球学校也由4200所锐减为50所。通过这场中泰友谊赛的失利, 进一步反映出中国足球停滞不前的主要原因还是出在青少年足球人才的培养上, “校园足球”搞不好, 中国足球的水平就难以提高。目前我国校园足球发展还面临着诸多问题, 如场地、经费、教练员的严重匮乏;许多学校的领导观念滞后;社会上许多人对足球项目的认识还比较肤浅, 不愿意让自己的孩子从事足球训练;应试教育体制对足球在校园推广的制约;各级校园足球联赛还不成熟和系统等。如何克服这些实际困难, 不断提升我国青少年足球后备人才的技战术水平, 仍是我国足球发展亟待解决的问题。

5. 我国足球发展的大环境还不够好

相对于我国乒乓球、羽毛球、篮球、排球等体育运动项目而言, 我国足球发展的氛围很不理想, 社会上和校园里还没有形成浓厚的且有利于足球发展的大环境。我国虽然人口众多, 青少年学生的数量也很多, 但由于受到应试教育、场地限制、基层足球教练员匮乏、学训矛盾等因素的消极影响, 从事足球项目训练的学生却很少, 可供国家队选拔的足球人才就更屈指可数了。青少年足球后备人才数量和质量的不断下降, 是导致各级“国足”与职业联赛水平长期徘徊不前的重要原因。通过中泰友谊赛国足的失利, 我们应彻底转变对足球运动的认识, 全社会都应知道足球的发展不只是国家队几十个人的事, 而是全社会每一个中华儿女的事, 因为荣辱皆要由每一个中国人去领受。因此, 只有从现在做起, 从自身做起, 共同为中国足球的发展营造良好的环境, 让校园足球突飞猛进地开展下去, 才能迎来我国足球发展的春天。

三小结

通过中泰足球友谊赛国足的大比分失利, 汲取教训, 收获启示, 才能推动我国足球技战术水平的提高。这些启示主要有国足教练位置更换过于频繁、没有成熟的战术体系和延续的风格打法、国足队员缺乏昔日女排的“战斗精神”、校园足球没有得到充分发展、我国整体足球发展的大环境还不够好。另外, 我国国足水平的提高还应如何处理好各俱乐部与国家队的关系, 应通过签订相关协议激发运动员到国家队后的拼搏精神, 避免队员担心受伤影响参加俱乐部比赛而产生后顾之忧。总之, 中国国家足球队应通过这场比赛认识到不足, 中国足协应通过这场比赛发现问题, 只有这样, 才会使得这场耻辱之战变得有意义, 才能避免类似的失败不再重演。

摘要：中国足球国家队战绩是体现我国足球发展水平的重要方面。本文利用文献法、观察法、访谈法及逻辑分析法对中泰国足友谊赛大比分失利受到的启示进行了分析, 这些启示主要有:更换教练过于频繁、没有成型的战术体系和延续性的风格打法、队员缺乏老女排的战斗精神、校园足球开展不力等。

有一次，我们在第二节下课的时候习惯的拿出自己从家拿的小饼干、小面包来与同学们分享。

杨杨这次带了牛奶过来，她想用半杯牛奶来换我一片饼干。我觉得有点不划算，就对她说：“一杯牛奶行不行?”“不行，我牛奶很贵的!”杨杨生气的说。“我的饼干也很贵，四块五毛钱一斤啊!”“且，我的两块五毛钱一袋啊!按理算本来就比你的贵!”杨杨不屑的说。

“我的贵!”

“我的才贵呢，你的一文不值!”

“哼，你的才一文不值呢!”

我们吵得不可开交，甚至打了起来，围观的人越开越多。还有男生说我们斤斤计较，为一点小事儿闹得不可开交。

听到这些话我更生气了就气呼呼的说：“杨杨这辈子我也不理你!”“哼，不理就不理，谁稀罕跟你说话啊!”我转身就走，那几天我一直都没有理她。直到一节体育课跑步的时候，我不小心摔在了地上，成了“狗啃泥”。就在这时，一只手把我拉了起来，我定睛一看居然是杨杨!

她一声不吭的把我带到了医务室去看医生，医生说是皮外伤，没事。杨杨对我说她不应该打我，不应该把鸡毛蒜皮的事闹那么大。我也向她道了歉，因为我说话也不好听。就这样我们就和好如初了。
