“感恩账”压垮优秀女生 篇3

周一下午三点，一对母女来到了我的咨询室。母亲马女士衣着朴素，脸上透着掩饰不住的焦虑，紧随其后的女儿紧咬双唇，神情沉郁。进门之前，母女俩似有争吵，这对母女到底有着怎样难解的心结呢？

我温和地示意两人坐下，先缓和一下情绪。性急的妈妈却等不及了，先诉起苦来：“老师，您得帮帮我，女儿就是我们家的希望，明年就要读高三了，在这节骨眼上她却闹着要退学！”说着说着，马女士急得泪都下来了。

马女士说，四月中旬，女儿李雯所在学校举行高二模拟考试，没想到，考卷刚发下来，老师提醒大家先审阅一下试卷的时候，女儿李雯却狂躁地撕烂了试卷，在同学们的瞠目中哭着逃离教室。监考老师怕她出安全问题，通知了班主任，班主任紧紧看护着李雯 ，并通知马女士赶紧来学校领走孩子。

马女士说，她看到女儿时，李雯狂躁不已。把李雯领回家，马女士专门请假陪护女儿，看到她情绪不稳定，也不敢劝她回学校继续上课。想到女儿是丈夫和她的希望，在一年后就要考大学的节骨眼上出了这样的问题，马女士心急如焚。她心痛地说：“为了女儿上高中，家里花了这么多钱，她突然撂了挑子，以后我和她爸还有啥盼头？”

没想到，一直默然坐在旁边的李雯却突然说：“你不就是心疼钱吗？你对着账本算算，我花了你多少钱就还你多少钱，我明天就找工作去！”

“账本？”“什么账本？”李雯激愤的话语带出了一个值得关注的信息。其实，我很清楚，李雯撕试卷是表象，表象的背后往往隐藏着不为人知的动因。在我的询问下，马女士讲述了有关为女儿建账本的由来——

马女士今年40岁，是一家不太景气的国企职工，丈夫在一家事业单位上班。两人收入虽然不高，但家里有房住，挣的钱供女儿读书还是不成问题的，女儿李雯成了他们未来的希望。

从小学到初中，李雯的成绩都居班里前列，为了让女儿考大学更有保障，马女士和丈夫商定，一定要让女儿读重点高中。2011年8月，女儿考入一家区级重点中学，因为不属于片区内就学，马女士要交一笔3万元的择校费。

一次，马女士看到一篇《给儿子建本“感恩账”》的文章，内容是：一位母亲为了让孩子知道父母的不易，让他心怀感恩，就把孩子从出生到上幼儿园，以及小学、中学的重要花费全都用记账的方式记了下来，等孩子长大了，不时拿出来让孩子看一看，孩子理解了父母的苦心，学习起来分外刻苦，这对父母也得到了满意的回报。

这篇文章让马女士眼前一亮。2012年8月底，马女士专门准备了个本子，中规中矩地记起了账。此后，女儿的每笔支出都赫然在列：择校费、学费、住宿及每月生活费、各类学习用品，甚至是衣着支出，都在账本上记得清清楚楚。一年半时间，各类支出已将近5万元。

女儿：妈妈的“感恩账”让我几近崩溃

马女士提起为女儿专设的感恩账本滔滔不绝，坐在一旁的女儿李雯眼里却闪着怒火，母亲说得起劲儿的时候，她愤愤地插了句话：“欠你的，将来我还你，没见过你这么小气的妈妈！”

李雯不满的态度引起我的注意。从马女士的话里，能看出她对为女儿设“感恩账”这一举动还是挺得意的，然而，这个办法对孩子能起到什么作用，是正能量还是负能量就不好说了。因此，我有必要单独了解一下李雯对这件事情的反应。

于是，我让马女士先出去一会儿，我要和李雯单独聊聊。

在我的鼓励下，李雯沉默了两三分钟，缓缓开了口。她说，那是去高中报到之前的晚上，妈妈拿着个本子，一脸严肃地说：“雯雯 ，你要上高中了，从现在起，妈妈为你建了个账本，以后你的每一笔花费都会记在上面，将来这些钱，你都是要还的。你要努力学习，考上好大学，这样才能还清爸妈的账！”看妈妈不像是开玩笑，内向的李雯也没说什么。于是，妈妈当着她的面，认真记上了第一笔账：择校费：3万元整！

进入高中之后，李雯发现，每次她从学校回来，妈妈与她的话题就多了一项：这周花了多少钱？然后拿出账本来，当着她的面一笔一笔地记下。一次，李雯半开玩笑地问：“老妈，将来我还不起你的钱怎么办？”没想到妈妈毫不犹豫地回答：“还不起也得还，爸妈可不是白养活你的！”李雯心里很不高兴，再加上妈妈每次记账后，总会有意无意地说一句：“现在给你花的钱，将来都得还我！”她渐渐相信妈妈是动真格的了。

李雯说着说着，眼泪不知不觉就出来了，她泪眼汪汪地看着我，说，阿姨，你知道吗？在学校，我看到同学们买起东西来那么潇洒、随意，而天热我想买个冰淇淋，都得考虑几分钟，总觉得自己背后有双眼睛始终盯着我，这双眼睛就来自妈妈。

在这样的心境下，李雯学习虽然刻苦，却始终带着一种情绪。进入高二后，妈妈仍继续着记账的行动，长达十页的明细让李雯感到了不小的压力，她也变得越来越不愿意与妈妈交流了。学习上，她更是心浮气躁，总觉得自己努力学习不过是为了将来还母亲的抚养债。而在同学的眼中，李雯变得郁郁寡欢，有时还会莫明其妙地发火，周边同学的一举一动都会招致她的反感。

不久前，学校举行高二模拟考试。李雯在考场上听见同学哗哗啦啦翻试卷的声音，心慌得厉害，脑子像炸裂一般，她再也控制不住自己了，抱着头大喊：“烦死了，我不想活了！”跑出了教室——

沉重的“感恩账”让亲子关系降到了冰点

李雯的诉说让我暗暗吃惊，从刚才马女士的叙述中，我能感觉到她对女儿的这些心理变化一无所知，至今还在为自己的感恩账本得意呢！

想到此，我把马女士从外面叫了回来，待她坐定后，我把李雯刚才的诉说，原原本本说给她听，马女士听得大睁双眼，并连连摆手说：“不，不，老师，我设立感恩账本的本意是想督促女儿好好学习，我哪想让她还呀？”

听着马女士的辩解，一旁的李雯忍不住了，她愤怒地指责妈妈说：“你太虚伪了，你说让我还钱的话不下上百次，现在否认有意思吗？”

女儿的话让马女士更着急了，她急忙给女儿解释。看到母女俩争执得如此激烈，我没有阻止，我觉得现在让李雯把心里的话都说出来，对她是一种宣泄，让她的负面情绪都痛快淋漓地释放出来，有助于下一步的心理疏导。

母女俩争执了一通，都气得不理对方了。我笑着对马女士说，你的出发点是好的，但好的动机不一定能带来好的结果。别人的教育经验可以借鉴，但要区分对象，用对了人，事半功倍，用错了对象，反倒带来负能量。听了我的分析，马女士做了自我检讨，李雯脸色缓和了许多。

在我的示意下，马女士主动把女儿揽到怀里，真诚地向孩子表白：“雯雯 ，妈妈是最爱你的人，用记账的方式只是想激发起你的学习热情，没想到让你误解了妈妈的意图。其实，我和你爸所做的一切都是为了你，是不求任何回报的。现在，你高中还没毕业，爸妈就开始为你存上大学的学费了。妈妈还要检讨一下自己，和你沟通不够，是个不称职的妈妈，以后我会改正的。你能原谅妈妈吗？”

在亲子真情互动中，两人的心结已悄然打开。

马女士情绪平复后，问我该不该让女儿很快复学？我提出建议，孩子的心理伤痕还没有愈合，现在你应该多陪陪孩子，或是请假和孩子一起出去玩玩，亲子关系恢复后，女儿再去上学会有一个平和的心境。马女士接受了我的建议。

半个月后，马女士打来电话，女儿已经主动提出去上学了。她感激地说：“老师，谢谢您，看来做个好家长是门大学问，我会和女儿搞好关系的！”
