笔者发现模板并不适用于江苏高考的这种半开放性的写作, 即使能套用也会很牵强附会, 滥竽充数, 说明模板不是万能的, 在严峻的考试面前很苍白无力。
二、如何有效指导高考英语作文
1. 段落式模板是知识的负迁移, 是应试教育的产物。
负迁移通常表现为一种学习阻碍另一种学习的顺利进行以及知识的正确掌握。学生在教师指导下机械、重复使用段落式模板, 逐渐失去了知识积累的意识, 失去了逻辑思维能力, 与重视能力培养、个性发展的素质教育背道而驰, 也违背了高考考查学生语用能力的指导思想。
2. 更新理念, 用好教材, 重视输入和输出。
运用这种段落式模板写出的常常是外强中干的作文。要改变这种状况, 首先要改变教师的教育理念。要改变输出, 首先要重视输入。教师尤其要用好教材, 因为教材是知识的源头活水。牛津版高中英语每个单元由七个板块组成, 其中Reading板块的F部分的话题材料、Project板块B部分探究性学习等都能有效地提升学生语用能力。教师要采取有效教学策略, 用好教材, 而不能对教材内容熟视无睹或草草收兵。

20_年，期刊中心将紧紧围绕学校中心工作指导思想，坚持科学发展观，抓住发展机遇，进一步解放思想、转变观念、深化改革、规范管理;坚持“出精品、创名刊、求发展”的工作方针，坚持“尊重作者劳动、尊重读者需求、尊重学术创新”的编辑理念，以提高刊物的质量为中心，力争办出更多的精品期刊，扩大刊物的社会影响。
一、继往开来，继续深入学习实践科学发展观
对于期刊、杂志的发展来说，年是承前启后、继往开来、转型改制、跨越发展的关键之年，期刊中心将继续深入学习实践科学发展观，抓住机遇，全力办好各个刊物，努力打造理工大学教学、科研名片，为学校的发展壮大添砖加瓦。
1、根据新闻出版总署的有关精神，做好期刊杂志转型改制的相关准备工作。
2、依托学校重点学科建设、人才队伍建设规划、目标和方向，根据各刊物的特色，创新、强化和优化各刊物的栏目设置，确保各刊物质量稳步提高。
3、紧盯学校能争取到的国家自科基金和社科基金以及省、部级重大重点科研项目，关注学校的各级各类科研课题和科研成果，争取尽量多的优秀的、高质量的科研论文。
4、继续加强与交通、电力、水利、轻工等行业的专家学者学科团队的联系，争取获得他们的大力支持，争取刊发这些专业领域的具有创新性、国际学术前沿性的科研论文。
二、团结拼搏，追求更新更高目标
年是中国科技核心期刊大调整的前一年，也是向全国中文核心期刊迈进的关键年，我们要在这个发展周期里，团结拼搏，努力实现经济效益和社会效益双丰收。
1、争取实现20_年增加2个中国科技核心期刊的目标。
2、在1～2年内实现至少有1个刊物进入CSCD(中国科学引文)数据库的突破。
3、在《学报》(社科版)成功实现季刊改为双月刊后，争取3年内实现进入CSSCI(中文社会科学引文索引)的目标。
4、争取3～4年内有2个刊物进入EI。
扩大校办期刊的学术影响，是迅速提高高校排名的有效途径之一。组织校内外优质稿源，提高文稿的层次和质量，如向院士、行业专家等约稿;加强与相关学科的院系紧密结合，在促进我校相关学科学术与科研水平的同时，提升刊物的学术层次，为学校学科建设提供更好的学术平台。同时，我们要充分利用期刊数量多，以及各刊物办刊历史较长的优势，互相帮助和支持，加强各刊物的自引和互引率，提高期刊知名度，提高各刊物的影响引子，争取年平均增长幅度在15%左右。
三、加强交流与学习，扩大刊物社会影响力
要办好刊物就要走出去、请进来，加强外部交流与内部沟通，多参加和举办学术交流会、专业知识讲座，全年要达到6～8次。
1、进一步加强与国内外各检索机构的沟通与联系。为实现进入EI、CSCD(中科院科技引文数据库)、CSSCI(中文社会科学引文索引)等国内外影响力大的检索机构的目标做好相关准备工作。
2、加强与上级期刊业务主管部门、行业协(学)会的工作联系，在工作上争取得到他们更多的支持。
3、加强同行之间的联系与往来，如中南大学、湖南大学、湘潭大学、长安大学等高校期刊社，学习借鉴省内外优秀刊社的成功经验，提高期刊中心整体办刊水平。
4、加强与校内外各教学与科研院所的联系，积极参加促进学校学科建设发展的各项活动，参与兄弟高校与相关科研院所有关的学术活动。
5、充分发挥科技期刊数量比较多的优势，加强内部各刊之间的交流与沟通，达到共同提高的目的。
四、建立期刊中心信息管理系统，扩大宣传力度
1、加强期刊中心信息化建设的工作。购置期刊编辑出版信息管理系统软件，建立独立域名的期刊中心信息管理网站，丰富和完善期刊中心及各编辑部的网页内容，读者能够在网上免费浏览阅读、下载引用我们的学术论文，作者能够直接在网上进行投稿、了解论文流程，实现编者、读者、作者能够在我们的网站上进行实时沟通和交流，进一步扩大各刊物的`影响力和知名度，提高刊物的出版发行质量和工作效率。
2、充分利用校园网、校报等宣传媒体，在校内外加大宣传力度。
五、日常管理和出版发行工作
1、加强基层党组织和党风廉政建设。贯彻落实党风廉政建设责任制，巩固和发扬党的先进性，认真组织政治学习，加强党员教育，确保每一次学习活动有计划、有主题、有效果。坚持党和国家有关宣传报道的方针政策，遵守国家有关出版的法律、法规，坚持办刊宗旨和正确的办刊方向，保持各刊的科学性、专业性、时效性和创新性，树立全心全意为读者、作者服务的观念。
2、加强人才队伍建设。支持和鼓励编辑人员以各种方式加强编辑业务和专业知识的培训学习与交流，提高编辑人员的业务素质、学历层次，形成一支“德才兼备”的编辑人才队伍。
3、积极组织开展丰富多彩的工会活动，积极参加学校组织的各种文体活动，强身健体，丰富职工生活
4、落实消防安全、网络安全分级责任制，加强节假日值班制度的落实,认真做好防火防盗工作，确保人身、财产的安全。
5、坚持质量第一、学术第一的宗旨，认真做好期刊出版发行工作。全年计划出版期刊48期(不含增刊)。其中《长沙理工大学学报》(自科版)、《电力科学与技术学报》、《交通科学与工程》各出版4期，《长沙理工大学学报》(社科版)、《中外公路》、《食品与机械》、《公路与汽运》杂志各出版6期，《实验教学与仪器》杂志出版12期。

20_是公司筹建的一年，也是为了保证明年工程顺利开工，综合管理部的所有员工都深感自己肩膀上的责任有多重。一切为公司发展着想，服务当头，责任为重。为此，本部门年工作计划如下：
一、完善制度，规范公司管理。
解决旧制度与新制度之间的矛盾，探索新老制度适用性，依法修订完善合理的、适用公司实际的规章制度，使公司管理做到有法可依、有章可循;全面推行质量管理体系，加大奖惩力度，逐步完善“自我管理、自我约束、自我激励”的质量管理体系。
二、加强培训，提高职业技能。
对各岗位员工进行全面的岗位应知应会培训和系统的岗位理论知识培训，提高公司员工的整体素质和专业能力，打造知识型员工队伍。
三、以人为本，抓好安全生产。
坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，抓好安全生产建设，强化员工安全意识，逐步建立安全生产细化标准。
四、增强服务意识，提高员工满意度
综合管理部的工作性质要求就是两个字---“服务”，只有先做好服务生的角色才能发挥管理者的功能，在服务的过程中参与公司的管理工作。做好综合部工作，水平在综合、灵敏在信息、权威在督查、形象在接待、瓶颈在运转、评判在领导。因此，必须强化七个意识：一是爱岗敬业意识;二是服务至上意识;三是灵活变通意识;四是自立自强意识;五是分工协调意识;六是团结协作意识;七是廉洁自律意识。
五、开展公司组织活动，增强互动，丰富公司文化。
举办积极、健康、向上的业余活动，增加员工之间互动机会，增进友宜，加强团结，进一步丰富公司文化。
六、明确健全部门各部分工作责任人的职责与权限
在职责范围的事情要力争做到快速、准确、完善。不属于职责范围的应该及时上报，或根据实际情况灵活变通，总体原则高效、快速、准确。根据各部门等分工确定主要负责人、相关主要工作职责与权限及直接领导，做到分工明确、责任到人。由主要负责人向领导负责、行使相应部分权限和责任，并接受其它员工监督。
七、做好公司各部门的榜样
进一步加快办事节奏，提高办事效率。真正做到特事特办、急事急办、该答复的事及时答复，进一步改善服务态度，提高服务质量。建立相应的批评、罚款、问责制度。
八、进一步提升工作价值，当好领导参谋助手
增强服务意识、提高工作能力，对于关系公司发展和稳定的重要问题积极思考、大胆进言、主动出谋划策，抓好督查督办工作，抓好落实，发挥好参谋助手作用。对员工反映的问题及时跟进、及时上报、及时解决。对领导交办的事情准确、准时完成并建立完善的反馈制度，让领导及时了解任务完成程度。强调工作跟进、建立结果反馈制度。
九、要积极推行目标管理
进一步规范、细化管理工作，提高有效性。要严抓实施目标管理，确定赶超目标，采取有效措施，加强对目标制订、实施过程和执行结果的评估考核，不断提高工作标准和管理水平。
十、努力做好各项后勤服务工作
努力当好员工生活贴心人的角色，让员工有归属感，能够最大限度的发挥自己的工作热情。热情接待员工问询、及时解决员工提出的问题等、时刻关注员工思想情绪波动，努力营造和谐向上的工作氛围。加强对公司各种物品的科学规范管理;加大对办公费用使用的控制力度，严格使用程序，完善监督体系，对一些易耗品提前计划、及时补充，确保公司各项工作正常平稳开展。
总结过去展望未来，相信新的一年里，综合管理部全体员工本着“低调做人、高调做事”的原则，团结一心、全心全意以公司发展为己任、以员工满意为目标，在公司领导正确领导下一定能够开创_____有限公司美好的明天!
