Come to our brief encounter, listen to my gauche speech.I have been loving English since I was a college student.And I have liked to be a teacher since I was a little girl.Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen:

Our city isn’t big nor small, our encountering today is a kind of luck.At first, I should show my acknowledgement for your coming and listening.I have a simple Chinese name, Li Ying.And also a simple English name, Cindy.Though both of my names are common, I love them so much.Like my life, I do a lot of simple things, and I get a lot of simple happiness.As an English teacher in junior high school, I always regard my job as a stage that can achieve my dream.I have been loving English since I was a college student.And I have liked to be a teacher since I was a little girl.I love my job because I love my students.I believe the vocation of the teacher is to give the hope to the students.However, it is not favoring for every student when they walk along the road to get the success in English.I always adopt the different kinds ofprompting methods to encourage my students to speak out, speak with their talents.Once, my student asked me, “Oh, Miss lee, I try my best to learn English.But there are pains, no gains.” When I heard these words, I didn’t feel disappointing but aching.I knew my student had been hard-working, and I thought she might be to lose her heart in English.I felt worried about her problem.Finally, I told her, “ You’re supposed to do the right thing, and you have done it.Nobody can deny your hard work.Meanwhile, You’re supposed to do the right thing in the right way.Learning how to learn is the key point whenever we are studying.That is to say learn it by the way that can make you feel most comfortable.”

After a month, my student came back saying she is feeling happy about learning English now.I asked her how she find her way.She said, “ I don’t think about other’s evaluation too much.And I just study when I want to study, what I want to know about.And then it become easy to get into the meaning of learning English.”

That’s it, everyone is a different leaf from the maple.We love this world just like we love our lives.And I love my job just like I love this world.Time goes fast, remember every little girl has a dream.“Mummy, When I grow up, I want to be a teacher……”

瑞典“希望之星”是瑞典主要的慈善机构之一,从1999年开始,同湖南省慈善总会有过多次的合作。2006年,瑞典“希望之星”再次出资160万元,由湖南省慈善总会具体组织,计划在三年时间里培训湖南贫困地区480名小学教师,以促进湖南贫困地区基础教育水平的提高。

2006年7月、11月和2007年7月,湖南省慈善总会先后举办了三届培训班,为湖南11个市州培训了320名小学教师。学员们通过培训,掌握了最新的教学方法和教学信息,还按照项目要求,积极开展了后续培训工作,有效地扩大了项目受益面。今天开学的第四期培训班,是三年协议的最后一期,具体的培训内容将由湖南省中小学教师继续教育指导中心制定并实施。

看《希望之星》有感 篇3

《希望之星》是我暑假里收看的一个英语节目，原本是放一些英语片段，提出重点单词与句子为我们翻译了解。我一直都很喜欢这个节目，今年暑假举办了《希望之星——英语风采大赛》。我十分感兴趣，所以每天都看了比赛。

可能是为了应付作业吧，硬着头皮，我打开电视机，除了我平时喜欢看的动物世界，动画之外，特意看了《百家讲坛》节目和《希望之星——英语风采大赛》节目。看了几期后，感觉到节目很新颖。特别是《希望之星》节目，首先感觉很乏味。可后来发觉，选手们准确、大方的语言吸引了我，让我每到中午12点半就自觉地坐到电视机旁欣赏他们的表演了……有时，就连他们在说什么自己都没听懂。他们比赛的项目多种多样，有提问抢答、有英语演讲，还有辩论赛、观后感等。特别是演讲环节，十分精彩。题目为“对一种动物的介绍”，有的说鹰、有的说狼、有的说鱼，说得都十分浅显易懂。还有是辩论赛，在资源问题上展开辩论。这种辩论可以让我们明白地球上资源的重要性，提倡大家爱护资源。它有很深刻的教育意义，我看后有很多感想。

它首先告诉了我们英语的重要性，它是国际通用的语言。提倡大家学习英语，特别是口语；二是通过颁奖的同时，也激励了大家学习英语的兴趣，鼓励大家开口读英语；三是让我们灵活运用一些词组构成优美的短文。通过上台演讲，让大家懂得了要多记单词，熟读短文，要把英语读得更加流利。

今天我们全家人来到北京。你肯定非常奇怪，大过年的，不在家吃团圆饭，大老远来北京干啥?而且今儿才初三呢!但这你可就不懂了，因为我要进京参加第七届全国电视“希望之星”大赛的总半决赛呢!啥?问我什么项目?嘿嘿!告诉你吧，我参赛的项目是儿童钢琴。

我们刚到北京市就惊涛、得目瞪口呆!马路又长又宽，天桥、高楼大厦应有尽有，就连环线都有六环，据说正在修七环呢!果然刚走一会儿便眼花缭乱，一下子便走错路了。整整折腾了几个小时才到达目的地——平谷区盘峰宾馆。北京可真大呀!

今天是初四，阳光灿烂，晴空万里。微风抚摸着头发，感觉一切都是那么美好!马上就要比赛了，我化完妆，急急忙忙吃过饭便手忙脚乱地往参赛地点赶，还好没迟到。

一到比赛地点，心里便有些紧张。爸爸妈妈不断在旁边鼓励我，支持我：“比赛不要紧张，放松心情，集中精力。胜利就在你眼前，加油!你会成功的。”

这时，工作人员开始点名：“一号选手毛枳轩……”

啊?什么!一号选手是我?

顿时我的.心高高地悬了起来，像吊了十五只水桶——七上八下，紧张得大气都不敢喘一口。心里暗自埋怨自己的运气，脚都发抖了呢!

钢琴比赛开始了，我尽量放松了一下心情，走上台开始报幕：“名位评审老师好，我是来自湖南赛区的毛枳轩，我演奏的曲目是：威尼斯船歌。”说完，便轻轻地掀列琴盖开始弹奏。优雅的琴声“流淌”在我全身上下，身体不由自主地随着音乐摇晃、摆动。慢慢地，优美的琴声将心中的紧张化成清烟，一会儿便飘得烟消散了!心缓平静下来。好像真的来到了威尼斯这座拥有异国风情的水中城市!

通过这次比赛，我深深体会到“台上十分钟，台下十年功。”这句话的道理。如果平时不用功练习，我能够取得好成绩、好荣誉吗?能走到半决赛的赛场吗?……我已体会到了学琴生涯的酸甜。

二、活动内容

时间： 本次演讲比赛分年级组进行。

初三年级组12月

演讲主题： My unforgettable trip（我最难忘的一次旅行）

主旨： 本次英语演讲比赛，旨在提高学生们的英语口语水平，提供一个可以展现自我，激励他人的舞台，并且加强学生的竞争意识。

活动口号：相信自己，成就梦想；积极参与，孕育希望。

三、活动参赛对象：

赛前以班级为单位，各班英语教师组织海选，每班推选5人参加比赛。

四、演讲比赛规则

1、比赛内容 ： 定题英语演讲（1~2分钟脱稿演讲）+ 才艺展示（1分钟）

2、评分规则：

答：应该是2003年中央台视台第四届“希望之星”英语风采大赛。因为是我第一次参加大型的比赛。那次比赛过后，我就想：其实那届同台比赛的选手能力都很强很优秀，可能是自己运气稍稍好一点吧。那次比赛让我觉得更自信了，发现之前很多不敢去尝试的东西，原来真正去做的时候，远没有想象中的那么难。问：作为希望之星的获奖选手，请你对今年的希望之星选手一些指导，或者传授一些你的绝招吧。

答：其实也说不上指导，更谈不上绝招，只是根据我的经验，给出一些建议吧，希望对大家有用。希望之星作为全国性的大赛，考的内容比较全面，这就要求选手的知识面要全，视野要开阔。而这些主要是靠平时积累，把学习重点放在知识点的梳理上，多总结和归纳，整理成一些小贴士，利用一些比如说排队的时间复习。而在英语方面呢，是要注意词汇的累计，我个人就是通过外语片、小说这些途径累计词汇。而且要把那些词汇与汉语以及自己的实际生活联系起来。这样，记忆起来，会比较不容易忘记。

至于比赛，我想说的是，不要为比赛而比赛，因为比赛不是证明自己的唯一途径。把心态调整好，当作自己成长过程中的必然经历会比较好。这样，也更容易超常发挥。

问：邦德教育一直以“让孩子更优秀”为教育使命，最后，能请你谈谈对我们邦德教育的认识或建议吗？

答：我很早就知道邦德教育，特别是进入深中后，班上有很多同学都是邦德教育的学员，他们本身就很强，参加邦德的培优之后，他们变得更强更全面。这从一个侧面在年级、班级内形成了一种良性的竞争氛围。记得有一次去邦德，在教师办公室的时候，偶然看见了一些为学生准备的试卷，当时给我最大的感觉就是专业、系统、全面。同时，邦德教育承办的本届希望之星英语风采大赛深圳赛区的选拔赛，吸引了越来越多爱好英语的同学前来参赛，充分展示自己的才能。在2008年那届希望之星复赛选手的交流会上，我深深地感觉到选手们的实力都很强。我也在此祝愿所有的参赛选手赛出好成绩。
