隐楼主题派对策划书

（一）活动目的：聚集更多的人来隐楼，增加隐楼的人气。而举办此次活动也可

以提供一个相互认识，交友的平台。

（二）活动前期：改变隐楼的布局：

（1）把出口的桌子整理出来来放置自助的酒水和餐点。

（2）在酒吧门口放置一个海报，并在吧台显眼出放置宣传海报

（3）在酒吧所有的桌子上都放置好名片，供客人浏览。

（4）吧台前的两张桌子留出提供给赞助商。

（三）活动的步骤：

（1）18:30-19:30需要两个服务员于活动当天在酒吧门口迎宾，分发每位

进入的顾客独立的号码牌，（男生蓝色，女生粉色）活动当天也可以在酒吧门口直接售票。

（2）入场的客人可以自助挑选免费酒水餐点。自主交友聊天。

（3）等到七点门口正式结束迎宾。活动正式开始：

① 19:30-20:00司仪上场读开场白，调动节目气氛，并邀请露姐上台发言。此时大屏幕可播放视频或者PPT

② 此时，酒吧驻场人员挑选适合的歌曲欢迎来隐楼的客人，并祝他们玩的愉快。

③ 20:00-20:30等到歌唱完后，可以挑选几名客人上台互动。玩游戏：如拍七令

用具：无

人数：无限制

方法：多人参加，从1-99报数，但有人数到含有“7”的数字或“7”的倍数时，不许报数，要拍下一个人的后脑勺，下一个人继续报数。如果有人报错数或拍错人则罚酒。

八月十五（副标题）——玩月

三、定义

1、选用中秋节的另一个称呼“玩月节”，用以区分与其他酒吧千篇 一律的中秋叫法。

2、玩——“玩”字主要是体现此次活动的重点在于娱乐，而不是一味的与传统挂钩，借此来改变传统节日在酒吧业的一贯操作方法，具体的方法是选用现在福建沿海城市流行的一种娱乐项目“博饼”，并加以改良使之更适合在酒吧内操作。

3、“会”字在这里的含义是指party。与“玩月”组合在一起，也暗指玩。“约”会的意思，将此次活动的.另一个环节引出来，既“嫦娥招亲”舞台剧的环节。

四、活动内容

1、互动游戏“博饼”

博饼，是厦门人几百年来独有的中秋传统活动，是一种独特的月饼文化，也是厦门人对历史的一种传承。 相传，中秋博饼，是郑成功屯兵厦门时为解士兵的中秋相思之情、激励鼓舞士气而发明的。于是，一代一代传下来，就成了如今厦门独具特色的民间习俗。

获取博饼资格：

一次性消费满500元得1张博饼券，满1000得2张、满1500得3张、满2000得4张。客人持券至吧台参加比赛。拥有几张博饼券就表示可以搏几次。（各店可根据自身需求更改条件限制）

博饼的规则：每个人每次要把6个骰子一起投进大碗里（一定是要用瓷碗才能玩的起来），看骰子的点数得相应的称号和礼品。具体如下：（各店可根据需要更改奖品）

1个四——秀才————啤酒两支

2个四——举人————啤酒三支

4个二——进士————啤酒六支

3个四——探花————鸡尾酒一打

顺子（123456） ——榜眼————伏特加一支

4个四——状元——大红花（绸布花球）+状元帽——威士忌一支

2、古装舞台剧《嫦娥招亲》，由音乐部的演员来扮演剧中角色，服装一般在当地都可以租到古装道具，不能租到的各店分别购买，其中玉兔扮演者必须是男扮女装。剧本见附表，各店可根绝当地情况，选择将剧中的方言改为当地较为有代表性的搞笑语言。

3、单台满低消赠送月饼——散台一份、卡座两份。

五、场地布置（各店根据自身情况自行修改）

1、门头

如图所示，是理想的拱门效果，目的是营造一种通往天宫的

效果，由于购买的价格过于昂贵，因此建议各店在当地婚庆公司租赁。切忌不要结婚用得拱门效果，把粉红色的花或者纱去掉，裹金色布来代替。门两侧分别站两个着古装的安保（服装租赁，以西游记中的“四大天王”服装最为合适）。在门头的上方以KT板材质制作一块，仿古门匾，内写“广寒宫”，最好可以用灯光打亮。

2、前厅通往酒吧通道

门口：咨客身着仙女造型服饰（发饰也要做，造型类似与飞天仙女），手提花篮，指引客人落座。

通道顶部：悬挂纸质黄色灯笼（内装黄色25W灯泡，需要工程部安装），大小不一错落安排悬挂，类似于暖色调的月亮。周边再辅以云朵造型的白色毛绒加以陪衬。

3、大厅内
