饮食疗法包括两个方面。一方面是指科学合理的饮食可以保证考生心理健康,为考生高强度的脑力劳动提供足够的物质与营养基础。这是考生减轻心理压力的生理保证;另一方面,研究表明有的食物有直接减轻人的心理压力的作用。如维生素C,当人承受巨大的心理压力时,身体会大量消耗维生素C,所以考生应大量摄取诸如草莓、洋葱头、菜花、菠菜、水果等富含维生素C的食品。胡萝卜能加快大脑的新陈代谢作用,有助于提高记忆;香蕉含有血清素,它是人的大脑产生成功意识不可缺少的因素;柠檬能使人精力充沛,提高接受能力;海螯、虾含有的多种重要脂肪酸可供应身体所需的养分,为大脑提供营养,能使人长时间保持精力集中。
另外,少食、多餐也有助于减轻考生的紧张与疲劳。如经常咀嚼诸如花生、腰果等食品对恢复体能、减轻疲劳是有一定帮助的。而过硬、过于油腻的食物,则会增加肠胃的负担,加剧考生的精神紧张。
二、转移减压法
科学的安排生活,将体力劳动与脑力劳动有机结合起来。有意识地转移注意力是减轻心理压力的有效途径。如参加各种体育活动、放学后泡泡热水澡、与家人、朋友聊天、双休日抽出一些时间出游等等,可以用各种方式宣泄自己压抑的情绪。考生还可以进行左右脑思维的自主转移,脑科学的初步研究表明:文科与理科的思维活动是由人的左右大脑分工负责的,这样文理交叉学习可以让左右大脑轮流活动,这种转移既可以减轻大脑的疲劳度,也可提高学习效率。
三、环境减压法
对于考生来说,在学校的学习氛围已经是够压抑和紧张的了,所以在家庭环境方面,家长应营造一个良好而宽松的生活与学习氛围,如在言行上不要天天对考生灌输努力学习考大学或名牌大学等字眼,家长可以在为孩子迎考服务方面暗中给孩子以物质与心理上的支持,为孩子安排好饮食。在考前积极与孩子进行亲子沟通,多鼓励孩子而不能以打击或施压等方式鞭策孩子努力学习。经常对孩子进行身体接触式的爱抚,甚至经常拥抱孩子等等。
四、睡眠减压法
充足的睡眠是保证考生精力充沛、心理宽舒与平衡的前提。但遗憾的是大多数考生在考前遇到的问题是既没有充足的睡眠时间,也没有很好的睡眠质量,甚至会有失眠现象,即使有的考生能及时入睡,但其睡眠质量也不高,如睡眠不深、整夜做梦等。所以保证考生有足够的、质量较好的睡眠是减轻其心理压力、提高学习效率的必要条件。如何改善考生的睡眠呢?首先家庭应为孩子营造一个安静的休息环境,其次考前睡眠时间少、身心过度疲劳,考生应进行多时段的睡眠。对于失眠的考生,一方面应积极调节心态,另一方面应通过科学的安排生活,建立有规律的起居来克服失眠。
五、过渡减压法
通常学校与家庭都让考生在考前进行一周以上时间的休息与调整,以让考生以充沛的精力应试。但许多老师、家长以及考生都不了解科学的调整方法,例如大多数考生在考前往往是甩手大休息,事实上这种休息与调整是不科学的。心理学研究表明,人们如果处于高度紧张的工作压力下,长期下来作为一种应急机制,人的大脑中枢相应建立起高强度的思维和运作模式,使人能适应高紧张度、大压力的生活、工作方式,如果突然停下来无事可干,使原来那种适应高度紧张的心理模式,因突然失去对象物,面对宽松无事的环境,反倒不适应。所以许多考生停止学习后,往往会产生抑郁不安、失落、心慌等不适的心理现象。对此考生与家长都以为是因过度紧张的学习造成的,而不知道是急刹车惹的祸。所以考生在考前一个月就应该慢慢减小学习强度和减少学习时间,采取过渡调节方式。
