寒假悄然而至，也即将悄悄离去……这个寒假我过得非常快乐，也给我留下了很多回忆……

今年，我最开心的当然还是过年，奶奶家有个小院，我和哥哥、姐姐可以在院子里放炮，一个旋风螺好像一个时空转换器，明亮的光照向小院的每一个角落，随着：“呜呜”的一声，它结束了比蜡烛还短暂的生命。“噼哩叭啦”的声音又仿佛把我带入了糖果屋，由于这个炮名叫“彩色糖果”彩色的小炮真漂亮!淘气的哥哥们把几个炮捻对在一起，一点着，哇噻，真的好漂亮哦!有的在地上转，有的发光，有的直响，像炮们在开联欢会，热闹地很咧!小炮放完，我们又到大院里去放花，我和姐姐比较胆小，只拿着那个小花放，忽然眼前一红一绿，原来是小宇哥哥在放“多彩世界”。

只听喊“斌斌，看好了，我要放啦!”我的眼又移到晨晨哥哥这边，原来要放“降落伞”了啊，这是我最喜欢的了。“啪”的一声烟飞到天上又“哗”的一声炸开了形成了一朵花，嘴里喊着“降落伞，降落伞!”我和姐姐忙跑去追，像追逐自己的梦想一样，奋力跑着，可这个降落伞很不给面子，好像认为空中好美，可以看烟花，所以迟迟不肯下来，我大喊“你给我下来!!”它才极不情愿的缓缓下落，像一颗种子落在我手上，将拜年祝愿与幸福美好、平安带给了我，周围的烟花一个接着一个，目不暇接，我脖子都酸了，真是个美丽的夜晚。有个广告说：“有××才叫过年呢!”我说：“没××，有烟花也叫过年啊!”

寒假过去了，我也即将开始新的学期，我希望这也是一个新的开始!

元旦的由来是一个叫年的怪物，用来骚扰居民过夜，尤其是在冬天。人们听说年怕火，所以每年元旦都要围着火，以防年来打扰。元旦晚上大人把硬币放在孩子枕头下，这叫压岁钱。门上贴着红色的“福”字，代表团圆，墙上挂着一串灯笼，真是一种装饰。因为每个过年，人们心里都希望有一年多，所以团圆饭上的菜里都会有鱼。

“年”被勤劳、聪明、勇敢的劳动人民赶走，让家家团圆，习俗继续传承。
