Introducing Spring Festival
The Spring Festival is the most important festival for the Chinese people and is when all family members get together, just like Christmas in the West. It originated[起源] in the Shang Dynasty from the people’s sacrifices[祭品] to gods and ancestors[祖先] at the end of an old year and the beginning of a new one.
During the last ten days before Spring Festival, store owners are busy as everybody goes out to purchase[购买] necessities for the New Year. Materials not only include edible[食用的] oil, rice, poultry[家禽], fish and meat, but also fruit, candies and all kinds of nuts. What’s more, various decorations, new clothes and shoes for the children as well as gifts for the elderly, friends and relatives are all on the list of purchasing.
Before the New Year comes, people completely clean the inside and outside of their homes. Then they begin decorating[装饰] their clean rooms with an atmosphere[气氛] of joy and festivity[欢庆]. All the door panels will be pasted with Spring Festival couplets[对联]. Also, pictures of the gods of doors and wealth will be posted on front doors to ward off[避开] evil spirits and welcome peace and abundance[充裕]. Red paper-cuttings can be seen on window glass.
According to custom, each family will stay up to count down for the New Year on the eve of the Spring Festival. Lighting firecrackers[爆竹] was once the most typical custom during the Spring Festival. People thought the banging and popping could help drive away evil spirits. Children will get money as a New Year’s gift, wrapped[包裹] up in red packets. A series of activities such as lion dancing, dragon lantern[灯笼] dancing, lantern festivals and temple fairs will be held for days. 长大以后，我经常想起和妈妈在一起的日子。
我出生的时候，身子光溜溜的，一根毛发也没有，但一点儿也不觉得冷，因为当时的我住在妈妈的育儿袋里面，那里温暖又舒服，还能不时地听到妈妈给我讲的睡前故事呢。
随着个头的长大，育儿袋渐渐装不下我了，于是我时常挂在妈妈的背上，和她一块儿去找桉树叶子。说起桉树呀，那可真是好东西，别看它小小一片，我们身上90%的水分都来自于它呢，而且我们是少数以桉树叶为食的动物，几乎没有其他物种跟我们争夺食物。因此只有生病和干旱的时候我们才需要喝水，原住民还给我们取了意思是“不喝水”的名字——克瓦勒（就是考拉啊）。
事实上年纪尚幼的我连叶子也不会吃，更别提爬树了。但妈妈很耐心，她说每个小孩子都是这样的，她让我不要着急，慢慢就能学会了，于是每一天，她都教我一点如找叶子啦、爬树啦、逃避敌人啦等技能。
妈妈说考拉是澳大利亚的国宝，是国家的象征，领导人经常把我们的家族成员赠送给外国，许多游客都会带一些印着考拉图案的物品回家，在街道上，大家经常能看到考拉图案的各种物品和标记。
“哇，原来我们的家族这么了不起啊！”
“那当然！可是……”妈妈想了想，欲言又止，“你长大后就会明白了。”

这一切来得很突然。
那一天我和妈妈是被砍树机车的巨大声音弄醒的，此时，森林里的动物们都慌了，只见鸟儿发出惊恐的鸣叫，小鹿害怕得钻进更为茂密的树丛，连一贯威风凛凛的蛇也飞快地往湿地方向窜去。
我们的腿很短，但速度可不慢，看到向我们压来的车子，妈妈带着我拼命地向树林深处跑，可是，车子开得真快呀！它的四个轮子很快就追了上来，树木一棵棵地倒下去，你瞧，刚才我们还往上攀爬的树，现在直直地躺在地上了。
“去城市吧。”妈妈说。
我不知道城市是什么样子，也不知道自己的体力能不能支撑我跑到那么远的地方去——大家都觉得考拉是一种很“懒散”的动物，我们用19个小时睡觉，用5个小时吃饭，可那是因为我们需要储存更多的能量啊，否则我们就会脱水。事实上我们的体力十分有限，不太适合长时间和长距离的奔跑。
好不容易来到城市，我当时就被吓坏了！
这里的树很矮，草地是一片一片的，还有不时冲着我们嚎叫的小狗（幸好有些被绳子牵着），更让我惊恐不安的还是灰色的马路和那上面呼啸而过的“铁盒子”（汽车）。
“不要害怕，妈妈会保护你的。”妈妈总是这样说。说到后来，我觉得这话只是用来安慰她自己的。她变得越来越紧张，经常被汽车的声音惊醒，慌慌张张地四处张望，一副惴惴不安的模样。
她的不安让我觉得有什么事情即将发生。这一天，我的预感灵验了——早上起来，妈妈不见了。
我知道她没有死去，也不可能被人类带走（这里的人都不太伤害考拉），但我知道她再也不会回来了。她抛弃了我。
她的压力实在太大了，环境的变化会影响考拉的情绪，情绪变化后的考拉母亲会做出抛弃孩子的事情。也许她们并不想这样做，但她们已经失去了抚养孩子的耐心和精力。在她们看来，小考拉成了负担。
我没有责怪妈妈，她的妈妈没有遇到过如今这样复杂的情形，谁也没有告诉过她如何带着孩子在城市边缘生活，她害怕极了，她不愿意面对这一切，于是她选择了逃离，如果换做是我，或许也会做出同样的选择吧。我想。

没有母亲的日子让我觉得更加惊恐不安。
我穿过一条一条的马路，被不知道多少条小狗追赶；爬上过高高的电线杆（我以为那是大树），然后被消防队员救下来；我也闯进过一些人的家里，他们大多数愿意抚摸我的脑袋和后背，却不太能为我提供食物，毕竟桉树可不是在城市中随处可见的植物……
有一次，我遇到了一个名为安迪的人，他是一位以考拉为研究对象的动物行为学家，他用手拉我的皮肤，发现它很久才恢复原形，这是考拉缺水的表现。但这不是他见过最严重的情况，熟络以后他告诉我，他曾经见过一只死掉的考拉口里含着一片叶子，可是它已经饿得连咀嚼的力气都没有了。
年幼又虚弱的我被他带到了动物收容中心。不知何时，这间不大的屋子，成为了考拉们的天地，它们有的是被司机送来的（司机们撞伤了它们），有的是被住户带来的，因为人们没法为它找到食物，有的是被捡到的。你瞧，那些眼睛又红又肿的小家伙就是这一类了，它们得了眼疾，这是最近蔓延在考拉家族的病症，虽然在药物治疗下，考拉很快就能康复，可是科学家们还在努力寻找彻底根治的办法。
相比于它们，我的情况算是好的了。
在这里，我认识一只叫做苏珊的考拉姐姐。她最擅长讲故事了，她告诉我，自己有一位人类妈妈。小的时候，人类妈妈用针管给她喂奶，还把她装进了一只袜子里，然后把她放进自己的上衣里面，后来袜子装不下她了，于是人类妈妈就为她缝制了专门的小口袋，在离开人类家庭前，她真的以为那就是自己的妈妈。因为她还住在育儿袋里的时候，她的亲生母亲就饿死了。要不是有人类妈妈的帮助，恐怕她是无法给我讲这个故事的，事实上讲故事的本领也是人类妈妈传授给她的“秘籍”，每天晚上，她都不时给她讲童话故事。
长大到可以回归自然的年龄，人类妈妈把她带到自然保护区里去了。起初，她非常不喜欢那里，但人类妈妈很有耐心，每天都把她带到那里去，直到她能够自己在保护区里单独住上好几天，成功地回到大自然的怀抱。人类妈妈有些不舍，但更多的是欣慰。看到人类妈妈脸上的笑容，苏珊也乐了。
“那你为什么会在收容中心啊？”我问。
“因为要给你们讲故事呀！”她笑着说，但我知道这又是一个故事，因为她住在人类家庭的时候，收容所里的查理斯大夫是她的“健康看护”，这些天，收容所买了一批先进仪器，她和其他几只考拉都是来做健康检查的。
她告诉我，她认识一位叫做尼诺的考拉，小的时候，尼诺也在一户人家住过一段时间，渐渐便与那个家庭产生了感情。现在两岁的尼诺已经回到自然里去了，但每天晚上，尼诺都会回到那户人家里去找他的奶瓶，哪怕他已经过了喝奶的年龄。他十分喜欢那个瓶子，就算里面装着白开水，他也喝得津津有味。
“所以你不用害怕的，人类的世界没有你想象中那么可怕。”道别时，苏珊这样跟我说。
苏珊姐姐说得没错，我遇到的人类都没怎么伤害我，但我与他们一直保持着一定的距离。我打心底里害怕他们。
有一次，我不小心走到了人类的牧场。我看到了一群大块头们，它们白色的皮毛上有漆黑的色块，还冲着我发出沉闷的吼叫声，我后来才知道那是一群奶牛。
也许是以前没怎么见过考拉的缘故吧。奶牛对我很好奇，纷纷围了上来，这无疑增加了我的恐惧，于是我拔腿就跑。这就是丽娜见到我的最初情景——一只考拉在前面跑，后面跟着一群奶牛，地面被震得隆隆作响。
这如同噩梦一般的场景现在回想起来也让我觉得害怕，以至于我都不知道自己是跑进了农舍还是中途被赶来的农场主接到屋子里去的。反正当我清醒过来时，我已经躺在屋内的沙发上了，据说第一个发现我被奶牛追赶的人就是农场主的女儿丽娜。
她很喜欢我，因为从小老师就在课堂上讲述关于考拉家族和澳大利亚的故事。平日里，为了不惊扰考拉，她总是远远地看着我们。现在，一只活生生的小考拉正挨在她身边呢！
接下来的一段时间，我都住在丽娜家里。丽娜每天出去给我找叶子，还陪我一起玩。在她的照顾下，我慢慢成了一只胖考拉。

与人类一起生活的日子里，我发现他们没有我以前想得那么坏。小声告诉你，我还渐渐喜欢上跟他们呆在一起的感觉了呢！
随着城市的扩展，很多动物失去了家园，我们觉得那是人类的恶行，但其实，那只是一部分人类的行为，另一些人正在努力地保护动物的家园，用能想到的方式与动物们和谐共处。我觉得，在责备人类破坏自然的同时，也不能忽略另外一些人为保护自然所付出的努力。

After graduating from UIBE，I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation.After reading a lot of related files，and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation，I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect.So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle.I reported this to my supervisor，and then we studied and revised the loan policy.This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan.In order to raise the funding effectiveness，after one years hard work，I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects.This internal banking system made full use of the corporation funding resources，and due to this，I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM？
