一、技能实训的目的及分类

高职教育是以培养学生从事职业技能为目的、以“零距离”就业为导向的职业教育, 其办学特点应突出职业技能培养。鲜明的就业导向性要求高职毕业生对某一岗位或职业岗位群具有良好的适应能力[2]。由于技能实训形式灵活, 要求多样, 指导教师应该是具有较高专业技能水平的“双师型”教师, 并要求有配套的实训基地及实训设备。因此, 各学校在实训教学过程中均感到困难很大, 在编制教学计划及具体实施过程中, 偏重于理论教学, 有意无意地减少实训学时甚至取消实训教学计划, 导致学生职业技能降低, 影响教学质量。为更好地促进高等职业教育的发展, 提升高等职业教育的技能训练水平, 国家现已推行统一标准的专业技能鉴定, 通过鉴定客观地反映学生所具备的专业工作能力和水平, 显示学生对不同工作岗位的适应性。通过推广技能鉴定, 实行双证 (毕业证加专业技能证书) 制教育, 采用统一的考核方法、统一的技能水平衡量标准, 能极大地促进实践性教学的改革, 加强实训基地建设, 提高教师的专业技能水平, 改进实践性教学效果, 突出高职教育特色。市政工程技术专业面对的工作岗位众多, 从业工种各不相同, 涉及面广泛, 各岗位应具备的职业技能各异。但详细分析其行业特点, 对一线的技术及管理工作进行分类, 其岗位群可分为三大类:第一类是现场施工管理人员, 如现场施工员、班组长、工长、现场监理员、施工队长及项目经理等;第二类是各层次的技术管理人员, 如技术员、技术主管、现场工程师、项目总工程师等;第三类是后勤技术支持人员, 如资料员、档案员、实验员、预算员、材料员、安全员等[3]。

由于建筑行业工作的复杂性, 大多数岗位往往需要面对不同的工作对象, 需要与众多部门或人员进行联系, 且不同岗位之间的知识及技能要求常有交叉和重合, 要求作业人员具有较强技术能力和较高的综合职业素质。为提高本专业高职学生的综合职业素质, 加强学生职业技能训练[4], 从职业技能的性质、与本专业的关系及技能的综合程度等方面进行细分, 将市政工程技术专业的职业技能细分为基础技能、专业操作技能及综合运用技能三大类[5]。每一大类技能又可分解为数种技能或基本能力要求, 学生可在学校的组织下, 根据自身的特点及毕业后的就业方向, 有目的地选择一种或几种专业技能参加实训。

二、技能实训的方法

(一) 基础技能实训

课堂实验实训是基础技能及部分专业操作技能培养的主要手段, 包括课程实验、专业认识实习、计算机考证实训、公共外语考证等形式。实验技能主要由实验课培养。通过增加实验课时, 开放实验室, 加强对学生实验成绩的考核, 培养学生兴趣, 提高学生实验能力;计算机基本应用能力由计算机文化基础课习得, 通过增加上机时间, 使上机实践与理论教学时间相当, 提高学生的实际操作能力;认识实习一般可集中安排一周, 结合多媒体教学手段及现场参观, 让学生形成对建筑工程技术专业的初步认识, 扩大学生的专业视野。此外, 通过习题课、应用文写作实训、英语口语实训课等多种方式提高学生的应用文写作、英语水平及其他基础技能水平, 并加强学生考取各种技术证书的培训工作。

(二) 单项专业技能实训

单项专业技能形式多样, 内容丰富。对于专业软件应用能力, 采取讲授与上机实训相结合的形式, 以上机为主进行应用软件实训;材料工程实验实训结合《建筑材料》课程的实验, 在课程学习结束后, 进行一定时间的集中实训, 通过国家技能鉴定, 取得相应的技能鉴定证书;专业课课程设计 (大型作业) 是在专业基础课及专业课程学习结束后, 对本课程知识综合运用的一个实践性教学坏节。包括地基基础课程、结构类课程 (钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构等) 、构造类课程 (房屋建筑学) 、专业工程类 (建筑施工技术、高层建筑等) 课程设计, 涉及面广泛, 知识量大, 要求学生独立查阅技术资料, 以手工计算为主, 结合计算机绘图技术完成实训任务;施工生产实习是建筑工程技术专业的重要实践性教学过程, 一般可安排三至四周实习, 通过现场实习, 融会贯通施工技术、施工管理、工程概预算、招投标及施工监理等相关课程的知识, 学习实践操作技能, 培养管理能力, 达到理论联系实际的初步训练。

(三) 综合运用能力实训

综合运用能力是高职学生在校期间技能学习的最后阶段, 是对理论知识、基础技能、专业操作技能的综合运用。综合运用技能可通过毕业实习、顶岗实习、毕业论文、综合试验等途径习得, 其中毕业实习、顶岗实习及毕业论文安排在最后一学期内交叉进行。毕业实习在现场工程技术人员和教师的指导下, 深人到建筑工程施工或管理过程中, 直接参与处理工程实际问题, 为毕业论文 (设计) 收集资料, 作好准备;毕业论文 (设计) 应根据选定的题目结合工程实际, 综合所学知识及技能, 独立完成论文撰写或设计文件;顶岗实习是学生由在校学生变为技术管理人员的过渡阶段, 是适应熟悉某一岗位的切入点。通过工程实际问题的解决, 提高综合运用能力。综合试验可结合顶岗现场工作或科研项目需要, 穿插在毕业实习、顶岗实习或毕业论文中进行。综合试验可能是工程研究试验, 也可以是实际工程中的检侧试验。通过综合实验使学生掌握正确的科研实验方法, 养成严谨的工作态度, 积累一定的工程实践经验。经过相应的技能实训, 在第三学年安排施工员、材料员、预算员的考证。

三、评价方式的建立

(一) 对基础技能实训的测评方式

对于基础技能实训的测评主要是在课内。从国家认证的考评证书角度来看, 加强对高职院校学生的英语教学和计算机教学的针对性, 特别是英语教学。高职院校的学生一般英语基础相对较差, 会出现厌学、逃课等现象, 所以对于英语技能的测评主要从公共英语等级考试的角度进行测评, 并且将其与毕业证书的发放结合在一起, 形成硬性规定, 督促学生加强对英语课程的学习。对于计算机实训技能的测评很多学校参照全国计算机等级考试, 虽然国家的等级考试比较权威, 但是未能淋淋尽致地将实际操作能力表现出来, 所以我校针对市政工程技术专业进行校内的计算机实训考评, 将考评方式设置为上机考试, 针对每一个学生有独立的试题, 采取随机抽样, 学生随机派送一道题进行测评, 主要测评实际操作能力, 系统自动评分, 给出相应的技能等级, 并记录到学生成绩中去[6]。

(二) 对单项专业技能实训的测评方式

对于单项专业技能实训的测评应采取教学与指导相结合的方式, 学生要对课程的理论知识有所掌握, 并针对单一的理论知识进行大作业 (课程设计) 的训练, 老师对于这次大作业 (课程设计) 主要从专业角度和设计意图进行评价, 给出相应的等级, 这里的测评一律采用等级制, 因为这样更能有针对性。对于学生出现的错误部分一定要指出, 并提出相应的修改意见, 并且将其作为单独成绩计入学生的课程成绩。

(三) 对综合运用能力实训的评价方式

对于综合运用能力实训的评价主要是做好跟踪工作, 这一点目前很多学院都存在问题, 主要表现在对学生的顶岗实习只作简单的统计并以此作为实习材料, 并没有对学生顶岗实习的效果进行跟踪, 这种方法是不可行的。我们不能仅仅以学生最后的成果作为考评依据, 要跟踪学生顶岗实习的全过程, 防止出现学生作假的现象, 并且对学生在顶岗实习中遇到的问题做到及时发现、及时纠正, 并且计入学生课业成绩中[7]。

摘要：本文通过对市政工程技术专业实训课程的细部分解, 将实训技能分为基础技能、专业操作技能及综合运用技能三大类, 认为针对不同技能实训的特点, 应选择相适合的测评方式, 并且提出应将实训成绩单独计入学生的课业成绩中。
