如何选择法学核心期刊投稿 篇3
一、《法学研究》和《中国法学》
作为法核的顶级刊物,法学研究和中国法学的择稿标准略显单一,而且有“名家化”的倾向。一般而言,所择用的稿件主要为:涉及重大理论且有中国问题意识的文章。故纯粹外国法评介、书评或者译稿一般不会采用。近些年来,法学研究和中国法学所采用的稿件也大抵为名家作品,或是学术界大佬,或是背景人物。因此,刚入学界的年轻学子可暂不考虑投这两个刊物。
名誉度:A+;投稿难度:A++;公正度:法学研究(A);中国法学(A-)
二、《中外法学》
中外法学可能是法学界当前最具公正度和名誉度的刊物。不仅如此,中外法学的包容性也很强,既刊发长文,也刊发书评,甚至还可专卷刊发译稿。由是观之,贺卫方教授魄力之强、学术之有远见,恐中国无第二人。有学术潜力的年轻学子如有佳作可投这一刊物,即便不能刊发,编辑的意见也会让诸多学子受益无穷。我在此慎重推荐。但应注意的是,中外法学使用较外特殊的注释体例,诸学子一定认真研究。
名誉度:A++ 投稿难度:A+;公正度:A++
三、《比较法研究》 比较法研究也是一个较为公正的刊物。相对而言,比较法研究更青睐外国法研究,偶而也刊发译稿。但比较法研究的审稿期限相对较长,往往长达半年,因此,一些具有时效性的稿件如立法改革评介等建议投往其它刊物。我想这也是比较法研究应重视的一个问题。
名誉度:A+ 投稿难度:A+ 公正度:A+
四、《政法论坛》、《现代法学》、《法商研究》和《法律科学》
这四个刊物风格相似,主要刊发各种类型的法学论文,原则上不刊发译文(极少,除非特殊需要,如年会中著名外国专家的论文等。因此,译文原则上不投这些刊物)。这四个刊物相对公正,但也刊发一些人情稿。细心的读者或许已发现到此点。但如果有较好的文章,我还是推荐投这四个刊物。因为刊发人情稿的情况虽有,但还不严重,大抵还是以质量取稿。在中国特有的国情下,刊发一些人情稿也值得原谅。具体缘由,我想诸朋友肯定明白。

五、《法学家》
与前四个刊物相比,法学家的影响力及公正度都略逊一筹。我不知这是否是无评核压力之故。法学家为人大法学院所办,被人大复印资料转载的机率当然比其它刊物高。但坦率而言,法学家这些年所刊发的文章少见精品,关系稿似乎也不少,值得反思。依本人愚见,在当前,评价社科刊物的最终标准并非转载率或引用率,而是读者内心的评判。名誉度:A 投稿难度:A+ 公正度:A-
六、《法学》
法学相对公正,但也刊发一些特殊稿件。这一点与政法论坛、现代法学、法商研究和法律科学等四个刊物较为类似。但法学的办刊风格较为特殊,大抵采用一些短小精悍的文章或时事评论。尽管近些年来,法学也刊用一些宏篇大论,但大抵为名家之作。诸学子若有精华型的学术论文,不妨投之,如果是两三万字的大作,那就另投其它刊物吧。

七、《法制与社会发展》
刊物还算公正,但原则上只刊发法理或部门法理的文章。法制与社会发展经常会设专题研讨(法学家也是如此),但大抵为专家稿约,而非公开约稿。这一点应该批评。
八、《法学评论》、《政法与法律》和《河北法学》
这三个刊物的质量一般,没有什么特点和风格,方向比较杂,适合刚入行的作者以及职称评定等论文投稿。投稿周期比较长,很多是通过投稿代理征稿。
名誉度:B 投稿难度:B 公正度:B
结论: 与经济类或教育类刊物相比,法核刊物相对公正,难度也较大。对于年轻学子而言,我建议由易到难,先投一些综合性社科的稿件,再慢慢投法核,以免自尊心或自信心受挫。有朋友来信息问及,名家的稿件是否有优待?答案是肯定的。对于一些名家作品,我们自然会更谨慎地对待。但如果质量不行,同样不能刊发,或转发到其它刊物。
其实要说的东西还很多,只是电脑始终有问题,只有留待以后和诸朋友慢慢交流。还是老话,是金子总会发光。好的文章始终会有人赏识。多练笔,勤投稿,多积累,多学习,这才是学术的正道。谨与诸朋友共勉。

《 国际运动及锻炼心理学期刊（中文部分）》将依托“国际运动及锻炼心理学期刊（中文部分）稿件提交评审系统”采用网上投稿和评审的方式。
根据系统要求，作者投稿时需要在网页上直接输入文章题目、作者、中文关键词（3-8个）、英文关键词（3-8个）、中文摘要（200-300个汉字）、英文摘要（500-600个单词）；同时，还要上传文章全文的电子文档。为最大程度地节约作者、评审者的时间，提高稿件运行效率，特对作者上传的全文电子文档做出以下规定。
上传电子文档请采用WORD软件编辑，分为两个文件，一个文件是中文全文，一个文件是英文摘要。中文全文的文件中包括所有相关内容，依次为中文题目、中文的作者署名（通讯作者注释）、中文的作者单位、中文摘要、中文关键词、中文正文、参考文献、附录（如果有）。图、表放在文章中相应的位置而非单独放置。英文摘要的文件中包含的内容依次为英文题目、英文的作者署名、英文的作者单位、英文摘要、英文关键词。
文章写作格式遵照美国心理学会出版手册（Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th ed.）中的各项规定，这里只对几个主要问题做出说明，更多详细规范请参考该手册。论文写作格式规范与否在某种程度上体现了作者的学术素养和科学态度，请投稿人认真对待。
一、文件基本格式
中文全文的文件中，题目用小二号（18磅）黑体字，作者署名、作者单位、摘要、关键词、正文除标题以外的内容、中文参考文献、附录均采用五号（10.5磅）宋粗体字，正文中的英文和英文参考文献采用五号Times New Roman字体。中文全文设置为1.5倍行距、两端对齐，但题目、作者署名、作者单位设置为居中①。英文参考文献则要求为左对齐。
英文摘要的文件中，题目用小二号Times New Roman字体，作者署名、作者单位、摘要、关键词用五号Times New Roman字体。全文设置为2倍行距、左对齐，但题目、作者署名、作者单位设置为居中。
以上两个文件的页面设置为A4纸，页边距均设置为：左页边距3厘米，右页边距3厘米，上页边距3厘米，下页边距2.54厘米。
二、中文正文的标题格式
文章的各级标题能够表明文章的结构，不同级别标题的字体格式不同，同一级别标题的字体格式要相同。
参考APA出版手册，中文标题分为以下五个水平：

如果文章只有一级标题，就采用水平1的标题格式。如果文章有两级标题，采用水平1和水平3的标题格式，如：

三、参考文献引用格式
中文全文的文献引用依照APA规范，即采用作者加文献出版年代的方式。如： 这种设计要求在心理干预介入前对因变量有稳定基线水平的评测，或对期望的向另一方向变化的趋势进行评测（Kazdin, 1982;Reboussin, & Morgan, 1996;Swain, & Jones, 1995）。
Anshel和Eom（2003）的研究就发现过度追求完美的运动员容易导致赛前过度焦虑以及在比赛中过度关注错误、过度自我责备，以至运动成绩不断下降甚至引发如心理耗竭等症状；而适度追求完美的运动员更易在比赛中有比较出色的发挥。
请注意，括号中引用的文献应按照第一作者姓氏的字母顺序排列。
四、参考文献著录格式
文章末尾的参考文献是指确实与本研究有关的文献，不包括提供背景信息或推荐读者进一步阅读的文献书籍等。文章正文中引用的文献必须与文章末尾所列出的文献一一对应。参考文献著录应该准确、完整，以便读者能够查阅到文献。
中文参考文献按照第一作者姓氏第一个字的拼音排序。文献著录的具体格式见下面的例子。
