我当年实习的时候也遇到过一些小动作,但还谈不上是争斗。比如,几乎每个实习生来或者走,都会牵动很多人的心,大家纷纷猜测他是找到了实习机会更好的下家,还是被老板和同事过重的工作压力逼走的。可是,该走的一定会走,该留下的一定会留下,很多问题都并非我们可以决定和改变的,过早地参与其中只能让自己的内心焦虑,并没有什么好处。
在我正式工作的这4年中,我曾看到实习生们为了一个转正名额打得头破血流,或者学着对领导阿谀奉承,甚至比正式员工还要有城府。其实,谁都不喜欢小动作。这些都是公司中高层或者说有些资历的员工之间的一种奇妙关系,当你还是一个“小土豆”的时候,完全不会被卷入“大咖”们的斗争。
本应该最纯洁、最像一张白纸、最让人愿意倾心教你的年纪,如果学会了让人反感的那套东西,即便一时得到了一些利己的结果,也只会让更多的人来提防你。这种提防,在刚刚进入职场的时候,会在很大程度上阻碍你获得更多人的帮助,谁都不会坦诚相待,这对于一个刚刚开始社会生活的年轻人来讲,堪比一场灾难。
