面试要做好哪些准备，才能使你在众多的竞争者中脱颖而出。收到事半功倍的效果呢?

1、面试前准备事项 兵法上说，有长备者无长患。 治国安民、行军打仗与经营管理、求职面试一样的道理。

①相应的程序了解：对症下药，做好各方面的心理和材料准备。

②公司有关概况：公司的结构，总公司所在地、公司规模、在同行业中活动概况，公司的业务范围等，最好事先有概略性的了解，如无法得到书面资料，也要设法从该公司或其同业中获得信息。

③公司在本国内的业务进展：包括总公司在国内设立分公司的时间、分公司在国内业绩的表现、活动的规模，以及今后预定推展的业务等，若能得到业界的评价更好!
