QNX最大的竞争优势是, 既能提供和支持丰富的车载应用, 又能提供准确及时的响应, 同时保障系统安全可靠的运行。可以说是行业内的集大成者。
M C记者:自2000年进入中国, Q N X在中国市场的发展状况如何?在汽车领域的发展状况如何?
QNX:虽然没有第三方的统计数据, 但是作为在嵌入式领域拥有多年经验的从业者, 我认为QNX在中国商用嵌入式市场占第二位, 第一位应该是风河公司。在中国传统的商用嵌入式市场 (如通信设备领域) , 风河公司占的市场份额较大。
但在汽车电子市场, 正好相反, QNX占据了绝对主导地位, 充分体现了“术业有专攻”。值得注意的是, QNX在中高端前装市场应用居多, 而中国汽车电子的现状还是“人有我有”, 而不是“人有我精”, 仍处于摸索阶段。不少汽车厂商还处在仅提供“可用”的车载电子系统, 还没有太多精力去开发精品车载电子系统, 但是在耳熟能详的中国几大汽车集团中, 目前已经有2~3个正在研发基于QNX的产品。

QNX:当然有, 但这主要还是要取决于各汽车厂商是否有在中低端车上为客户提供更可靠、更易用的系统的计划。
国内汽车厂商表示他们中低端车的目标客户目前主要的需求是拥有一辆车, 车载电子系统虽然能给用户带来更好驾车体验和驾乘乐趣, 但目前对中低端客户来讲, 着眼点还在交通工具这一基本属性上。但这并不是问题, 这只是汽车消费市场发展的一个必经阶段, 首次购车的消费者首先解决的是交通工具的有无问题, 但如果是非首次购车, 消费者对车的要求就不仅仅停留在交通工具这个属性上, 他们会要求有更好的车载娱乐系统, 更炫的电子仪表, 更可靠、功能更强大的辅助驾驶系统等。他们的需求会变得更多更具体, 而这样的需求升级将会带来汽车电子产业的加速发展。汽车电子市场的发展轨迹会跟手机的发展轨迹很类似, 目前我们还处于解决有无的阶段, 一旦越过这个阶段, 情况会越来越好。

Q N X:应该说Q N X已经为中国新能源汽车的发展做好了充分的准备, QNX的Neutrino微内核实时操作系统是当今业界最安全可靠, 同时也是能提供和支持最丰富的车载应用操作系统。QNX可以利用在全球车载系统广泛应用的成功经验, 为中国新能源汽车的发展提供最安全可靠的保障。

Q N X:Q N X根据多年积累的丰富经验, 提供了Q N X C A R平台, 集成了丰富的、优秀的应用。对汽车厂商和一级供应商而言, 几乎就是一个半成品。研发人员可以在Q N X C A R平台上根据具体的市场需求, 迅速开发出安全、可靠、稳定的车载电子系统。
其实QNX对研发人员的技术要求并不是很高, 当然如果他们具有一定的Linux或其他操作系统的经验, 这对他们快速熟悉和使用QNX会带来很大帮助。
M C记者:Q N X是否有意在中国建立研发部?其操作内容会是什么?
Q N X:我们有这样的打算。目前Q N X在加拿大渥太华的团队进行着相关的支持服务, 但随着客户的不断增多, 本地化支持需求的不断提升, 将来很有可能无法满足客户的要求。我们在汽车行业的大客户对售后服务等方面要求较高, 需要一支强有力的团队进行支持。因此我们需要建立高端工程服务团队, 协助客户进行开发。将来如果在中国成立研发部, 其主要工作是为中国大客户提供定制化的专业服务。

情景一:过子自信的尖兵小王
李强到南京市场策划的第一场活动是“饮水思源,福佑报亲恩”这样的亲情主题。通过人资部门的资料以及前期的业绩表现,业务主管小王分到了一个相对难度较大的任务——鼓动老顾客发言。这个任务看起来轻松,实际上这个任务是这场活动的重点和难点,从挑选老顾客到老顾客发言,如何达到鼓动效果是这场活动的核心。
由于南京市场持续低迷,部分老顾客看到活动场面越来越小,销售情况不理想,开始怀疑产品能否具有真正的效果,同时也经常推辞不参加活动。因此,每到节假日,部分老顾客开始躲避A企业的访问员。
小王却没有因此消沉,他始终相信未来会越来越好。这次任务他瞄上了老张,老张使用产品已经一年多了,效果非常好,但是不知出于什么原因,老张就是不愿意发言;小王多次拜访均被拒绝。小王沉思:老张使用效果很不错,他自己以前也经常现身说法,肯定是近期的市场低迷影响了他的情绪。如何才能说服老张呢?小王闷闷不乐。然而,在每天的业务会议上,小王总是很乐观地表示,完成任务没有问题。李强根据侧面了解到的情况及小王花费的时间,他断定,小王的任务有了点麻烦。眼看活动还有几天就开始了,李强单独找小王进行了一次谈话。通过谈话,李强了解到,情况比他预想得更严重一些。时间比较紧了,这个重要的环节还没有效果,李强决定和小王一起去老张那里坐坐。看到公司领导来了,老张说出了实情,在前期的拜访中,公司相关业务人员承诺的一些东西并没有兑现,他也反映过但一直没有解决。在得到李强的肯定答复后,老张欣然接受这次发言。在回公司的路上,小王告诉李强,如果老张还不同意,他会找个新人发言,但是效果可能不好,前任老总在任时类似问题也是这样解决的,李强感到一些寒意。
评点:
从案例中我们可以看到,小王的能力毋庸置疑,同时他能够积极主动地思考如何完成所面对的问题,这是小王能够取得一定业绩的原因,但是在关键时刻,遇到挫折时并不是寻求领导的帮助而是改变目标,这体现了他对自身能力的自信,但是也说明了前期管理的混乱。
一个目标工作任务开展以后,小王更愿意直接给领导答案,也许这个答案并不是最好的。小王的前任给了这个能力强、积极思考的下属充分的空间,但是并没有给予正确的指导,导致小王这个很有潜力的业务人员,在工作中慢慢走入歧途。
对于自信心很强、积极而有能力的下属,领导者适当的放权是无可厚非的,但放权并不代表放任。尽管对这类下属的工作方式、工作流程不用过多的干预,但是要及时了解工作的进度,主动和下属分析工作中存在的困难,尤其是当一件事情不能顺利完成的时候,销售经理所要考虑的首先应该是详细了解细节,要么有更好的方式完成既定工作,要么是及时更改工作目标。在一个漩涡里面打转,没有得到很好的指导,对于自信心强的下属来说,很可能会因此打击其自信心,对整个团队造成巨大的影响。
情景二:能力强的“拖沓许”
在这场活动中,公司人称“拖沓许”的小许的任务是场地布置、会前现场部署。李强号令很细密,要求活动前三天必须把物资备齐,会议活动前一天所有道具、宣传用品、样板产品、销售产品都必须到场,宣传要求到位,震撼力强。应该说,这些工作是每次活动都要做的,简直成了一种程序,小许听也没听就应承了下来。
活动前三天,李强检查小许的工作,小许一样一样地汇报给李强,如果按照汇报内容做的话,一点问题也没有。就这样,临近活动前一天了,李强照例来到现场,亲自督阵,查看小许和其他几个人的工作。
问题出现了:宣传横幅已经安排制作,但广告公司还没送过来,追问广告公司,回答说在郊区制作,暂时没车,要等;现场样板货都备齐了,但畅销的某型号产品只有2套摆在销售区,滞销的产品型号却有20套,问及原因,畅销货品订货慢了2天,目前还没到库,“拖沓许”声称上午已经安排人员专门从邻近的区域调货,可能会第二天早上送到现场。
李强心想,横幅为什么不能早一天制作?调货为什么不提前一天?拖拖拉拉,如果事情有变,活动效果怎么保证?李强不敢再想下去,赶紧拉住“拖沓许”到一旁,“你赶紧打电话追问横幅以及调货的相关人员,务必今天22点前全部到场”,在得到肯定答复后,李强大声对大伙说“小许说了,今天的工作他绝对能够在22点前保质保量完成”。过一会,李强悄声对小许说:“以后这些小事都得提前安排,给其他人做榜样啊。”
评点:
对于有能力但缺乏激情的下属,首先要不断打气,在此基础上,更要细心注意其心理微妙的变化。能力强的人不容易轻易接受别人的批评,对他们的指点一定要注意场合,注意用词。眼看着由于小许拖拖拉拉,可能影响整个活动的进度和质量,李强首先征询小许的态度,采取了让众人一起监督小许的方式,毕竟对于一个团队来说;当日的工作任务(尽量是短期)一旦在众人面前有所承诺,那是无论如何也要做到的。
当然,对于能力强但缺乏激情的下属,还要不断进行各种方式的激励。比如其提前完成一项工作会有某种形式的奖励措施,这种奖励最好以精神奖励为主,而且最好在全公司范围内进行传达,加深其对“速战速决”的深刻认识和认可,不断打气,必然能够激发他的工作激情。
情景三:积极有余能力欠缺的小杜
销售助理小杜主要负责日常报表的搜集、整理汇总以及活动现场的销售跟进工作,在闲余的时间还充当“超级替补”的角色,由于其工作积极,因此其能力欠缺的不足也往往得到其他同事的谅解。
就在执行这项活动刚一开始,销售三组的组长请假两天,李强于
是安排小杜临时充当该组组长,这样,小杜既要汇总整理数据,又要带领一帮销售员去拜访顾客,邀请参加会议,两项事情交叉在一起,小杜一会儿想到整理数据,一会儿跑到外面跟进小组工作,加班到晚上10点多还在整理数据。李强看在眼里,沉思片刻,专门找小杜谈心。第二天,小杜早上外出,下午回到公司整理数据,有条有理。
评点:
与有能力但不积极的下属相反,面对能力一般但积极性很高的下属,销售经理更喜欢后者,因为后者更具有可塑性。首先是主动性强,其次是肯下功夫执行领导的意图。态度第一,能力第二,没有好的态度再好的能力也难以体现。
对于这类型的下属,必须提防其把任务“提前搞砸”。这类型的下属往往由于能力的缺陷,对工作的领悟无法达到一定高度,凭着一股热情冲锋陷阵,直到“头破血流”才知道“思在前,行在后”的可贵。
面对能力强自信心强的下属,销售经理必须根据其工作流程或者工作计划定期检查其结果,只针对结果说话,根据当前的结果指点下一步的计划,而面对能力欠缺积极性高的下属,销售经理必须根据其工作计划,在其每实施一个计划之前,针对性地指点该阶段工作计划的要点,并有意识地检查其前一个工作阶段的结果是否达到工作计划所要求的质量。也就是说,具体事情得有步骤、有计划地安排下去,同时得有计划检查结果。
当然,根据不同性质的工作分配,销售经理也应该有意识地安排一些独立性较强的低难度工作让积极性较高的下属去执行,让其在实践中不断提高工作能力,打造团队中的核心成员。对于这类型下属,要注意掌控赋予工作压力的分寸,压力过大的话,这些人很可能离你而去,压力过低的话,他对工作会失去兴趣。
