在中华生活网“不平凡的一年”大型周年庆典活动的颁奖典礼上，最高奖——“帮扶创业模范”大奖三辆东风起亚越野车引起全场惊叹和沸腾。这三辆越野车分别颁发给了三个对中华生活网具有卓越贡献的人，其中之一便是本文的主人公、中华生活网优秀代理商付平芳女士。

第一次见到付平芳女士，记者便被她和蔼可亲的面容和清新流畅的思维所吸引。面对记者的提问，她显得很低调，毫不张扬，一再强调这一年来所取得的成就，是团队成员共同奋斗的结果，而她，只是起到了模范带头作用而已。“没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队。”这句话几乎成了她的口头禅。

“别人拿不走的财富”

刚过三十的付平芳看起来比实际年龄更年轻，身材窈窕，一袭印有粉红色花纹的裙子显得端庄典雅。然而，谁能想到，就是这样一个楚楚动人的女子却有着常人无法想象的艰难身世。

付平芳出生于普通的农民家庭，姊妹7人。由于家庭贫寒，加上姊妹众多，父母无力养活7个嗷嗷待哺的孩子。含着无助的眼泪，父母将小平芳过继给登封市一个生活稍好一点的家庭。

打小，付平芳就特别懂事，她不怪亲生父母的遗弃，相反，她特别感谢他们，感谢他们给了自己生命。在继父继母的呵护下，小平芳长大了。1990年，她顺利考上了郑州师范学校。

“那时真的很苦，吃了上顿，没了下顿。怎么办?我一再告诉自己，穷苦人家的孩子只有考上大学才能有出息。”艰难的生活让付平芳懂得学习机会的来之不易，所以她平时学习特别刻苦：当别的孩子都在玩耍的时候，她却在捧着书本读读写写。

1995年，付平芳终于以优异的成绩考上了她梦寐以求的河南大学，主学声乐专业。毕业后，她被分配到登封市一所小学任教。1997年年底，在登封市首届青年歌手大赛中，她勇夺魁主。继而在1998年年初，她脱颖而出任登封少林寺幼儿园园长，成了河南省最年轻的园长。4年之后，她被调到登封市教育电视台做编辑和播音。掌声与鲜花没有迷住她的双眼，敢于挑战人生的她做了一个惊人的决定：下海创业。

创业伊始，付平芳开了一家美容院。但她很快发现，美容行业盈利模式太过单一，很难有大的发展空间。2005年，她转行做某品牌化妆品的河南省总代理。3年下来，虽然没挣到多少钱，却让她积累了丰富的人脉资源，生意上的赔赔赚赚，培养了她胜不骄败不馁的良好心态。“这些坎坷的经历磨炼了我的意志，提升了我的智慧，而智慧恰是别人拿不走的财富。”付平芳说。

一年来，付平芳和她的团队帮扶成千上万人成就了创业梦想，真正让老百姓得到了实实在在的实惠。对于这些，付平芳却很淡然，她一再强调：“没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队。这些成绩是我们团队共同努力的结果，少了团队中任何一员，我们的成绩就会大打折扣。”
