近日，一封《要坚持真实，华为才能更充实》的华为内部邮件流出，在华为内部论坛引发剧烈反响，不少人拍手称赞。

这封邮件显示，华为一员工因说真话，被晋升两级，根据其自愿选择工作岗位及地点，并由无线网络产品线总裁邓泰华保护其不受打击报复。

邮件具体内容如下：

“我们要鼓励员工及各级干部讲真话，真话有正确的、不正确的，各级组织采纳不采纳，并没什么问题，而是风气要改变。真话有利于改进管理，假话只有使管理变得复杂、成本更高。因此，公司决定对梁山广，工号00379880，晋升两级，到16A。即日生效。并不影响其正常考核与晋升。根据其自愿选择工作岗位及地点，可以去上研所工作，由邓泰华保护不受打击报复。”

根据此前有人晒出的华为员工2016年工资标准，可以推算出这位讲真话员工的薪资待遇将从16C升到16A，月薪从每月14500元上调到19500元。

据了解，华为任职资格和技术等级是挂钩的，规定为技术等级+13=任职资格。如技术等级3A，任职资格为3A+13=16A。在华为内部，两级相当于6等，正常情况下需要2-4年甚至更久才能晋升6等。

在上述工资标准中可以看到，16级分为ABC三级别，对应的月薪为16C：14500，B：17000，A：19500，这意味着梁山广待遇升级明显。任正非曾鼓励员工讲真话

联想到今年年初任正非在华为2017年市场工作大会上的演讲，恐怕就不难理解他如今此举的用意了。
