Dear teachers and classmates,It’s ,my honor to speak here,and share some feelings and thoughts with you.My name is kassia, a student from Class Two.in this summer vacation,I’m very glad to take part in the English Summer Camp where we can have a chance to know the foreign teachers and experience their different teaching styles.I think it’s a helpful activitity,so I feel very happy.From the classes,I have learned a lot about how to improve my spoken English.First, listening is very important.For the first few days,some classmates including me ,can’t understand what all the teachers said.When you don’t know the sentences they said, don’t feel upset,but just insist on listening.You will get the meaning from their gestures or expressions,also you can guess the meaning by the words you have learned in the setences.If you stick to listening to them carefully and try your best to understand what they said,you will find that,you can understand them well gradually.Second,interest is helpful.Knowing about the America culture is especially effective in fostering our interest.The teachers told us their families,the music,the school and geography about America.After that,many classmates become interested in America and want to have a visit there , so we will spend more in learning English.Third, vocabulary is necessary.The more words we memorize,The more we express exactly.But some classmates will say “It’s too difficult to memorize so many words!”,so we should learn words in some useful and interesting ways.For example,we have played a game called “Vocabulary Relay Race”, during the race, everyone searches the words in mind and run to blackboard to write,we are all excited and the game help us learn lots of words to enlarge our vocabulary.Also,we can keep words with the help of pictures.Kim let us write down a new word and draw a picture simply about it.By drawing, I find it’s easier to remember a new word.So if you find a good way to learn words,you have made a small success.Finally,speaking is the most important.It’s normal for us to feel nervous when speaking in public, but if we speak more, we will feel relaxed gradually.To me, one class is very impressive,that is “Speech Class”,and the most difficult is that it’s improvised.This is a challenge to us,we should have a quick thought,an exact expression and must overcome the feeling of nervous,Though we are afraid of this kind of activities,it’s really a good way to make progress.So try your best to find the proper way of learning English, I think if you make great efforts, you will succeed!

一、研究背景介绍

1.英语夏令营。在成都经开区实验中学举行的暑期英语夏令营是由来自陕西师范大学外国语学院暑期实践队的师生们开展的。这项活动的目的是为了让队员们利用自己的专业知识,服务社会,拓宽视野,带给成都经开区实验中学高二年级学生们在英语方面的启发,激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

2.学习心理。学习心理是教育心理学的一个重要分支, 是专门研究人们尤其是学生群体学习的一门科学。学习心理学立足于学生的学习本质,从人的学习过程、思维方式、行为方式、生理机制、学习类型、认知理论、信息加工、记忆原理、学习策略、学习技巧、学习迁移等领域的研究,总结出一系列的学习理论和学说。

二、短期英语夏令营的影响

1.活动项目的影响。英语夏令营活动历时虽短,但是囊括了口语练习、文化讲座、各类游戏、演讲比赛及最后的汇报表演等内容,内涵丰富。其中以三项活动最为突出。

(1)英语演讲比赛。在初赛中,我们看到学生们不论自身语言天赋或水平高低,都热火朝天的积极准备并投入了比赛之中。但同时学生们在初赛中表现出许多问题,例如对题目的把握不到位,对英语的不熟练运用,以及对自我的信心不足。

(2)游戏环节。本次英语夏令营中老师们为学生安排了英美文化讲座以及针对讲座内容开展的课堂游戏。游戏的题目设置来源于英美文化,游戏过程中还配有英语歌曲为背景, 游戏过程紧张而有序。整个游戏过程不近是对学生学习效果的反馈,也是对增强学生的学习兴趣,锻炼其记忆能力,团队合作精神的培养。

(3)夏令营最后汇报表演的准备。学生们在准备节目的过程中积极与老师学习配合,在表演过程中更是获得了许多乐趣,学习了关于英语的更多知识,感受到了语言的魅力。

2.学生学习心理的转变。在活动开始之初,通过暑期夏令营实践队队员与参与活动的学生之间的交流我们发现:虽然参与本次夏令营的学生大多为该校成绩名列前茅的学生, 但是他们对于英语学习的兴趣和积极性还是不容乐观的。他们更多的把英语学习当作是一种非做不可的任务,总是在被动甚至是“被迫”中学习。然而,经过了夏令营之后,他们不再是一味的遵从或阳奉阴违的对待英语,反而开始尝试着用一种带有好奇心及趣味性的心态来面对英语学习。许多学生在夏令营第一堂课中表示自己对未来并没有清晰的认知, 缺乏目标。大部分学生表明他们对学习英语缺乏兴趣。但是, 在课堂与各类活动中,老师们明显感受到学生的参与度与积极性是在逐步提高的。学生们在夏令营活动中见识到了不同的学习方式,丰富多彩的语言,以及了解了各国的风采,建立了与老师的友谊。他们表示,之前的英语学习过程中老师们不能及时了解学生的学习动态,老师与学生的距离感较强,使得他们并没有了解到英语语言的魅力。在经历过夏令营之后,他们能与老师的交流中能够主动说出自己的困惑,并且寻求帮助,有了明确的目标,对自己未来的走向有了较为清晰的认知。

3.学习心理变化的形成。学生在固有的学校环境中缺乏学习动机。此类短期的英语夏令营主要着眼于英语能力的实际应用,这也带领学生跳出了英语学习只服务于考试的怪圈,让他们领略到了学有所长、学有所用的乐趣,在实践中学习也让学生更好地学习和掌握了活动既定的知识。活动中夏令营实践队的队员虽然作为老师,但却与该校的学生建立了相对平等自由的师生关系,这也让学生对于英语学习以及英语老师不再畏惧。最为重要的一点是,学生们在此类夏令营活动中真正发挥了自己的主观能动性,成为了英语课堂及英语学习的主人,这也让他们能够更加积极的面对他们自己的学习任务并从中寻找到他们独特的乐趣。

三、结论

短期英语夏令营对高中学生会产生很大的影响。这种学习活动展现出英语教学不同的一面。一方面,老师易于和学生沟通。另一方面,学生也会对老师有信心,相信老师。学生通过这种短期的指导,会产生对英语学习的动力,以及部分学生会有对未来清晰的认识,以及对学习目标的确立。短期英语夏令营对学生学习心理具有积极的影响。

大家好!我是来自天津一中的高芸洁。此刻能站在这里和同样喜欢医学的朋友们一起交流、学习我感到非常的荣幸。我的演讲题目是医德。精术显德,医学的根本任务在于以术济人,良好的医德必须以精湛的医术为载体。

首先,我认为,医生是所具备的第一个条件是要有医德、医风要求提供医疗服务的人具有良好的道德和工作作风。医德、医风的起码要求是职业道德,即尊重病人,对病人负责,医疗行为自始至终认真、规范。高标准的医德、医风要求做到对病人极端地热忱,对工作极端地负责任,对技术精益求精。医德、医风与人道主义和仁爱紧密相连,古今

中外都有良好的传统。

开篇

累,并快乐着。

有时候我们或许感到很累,但成功的喜悦,会使我们更加快乐。

忍别人所不忍的痛,吃别人所不能吃得苦,是为了收获别人所得不到的收获。

这,就是本次夏令营的最佳写照。

清晨,6点,响亮的集合哨声拉开了夏令营新一天的帷幕,早操开始了,嘹亮的口号消去了我们浓浓的睡意,刚劲有力的军体拳让我们意气风发。

早饭过后的整理内务,让我们变得

更加有条理,接着就的名师讲座让我们受益匪浅,老师深入浅出的授课拓宽我们的视野,丰富了我们各方面的知识储备。12点午饭前,我们用气势如虹的军歌奏响了午餐前的集合号。

下午,经过2小时的午休,我们开始了军事训练,大家对自己严格要求,刻苦训练。即便挥汗如雨,也没有任何抱怨。

晚上,小组活动让大家彼此更加了解,更加热爱我们的集体,增强我们的凝聚力。在10点半的熄灯哨中,我们结束了一天紧张而忙碌的夏令营生活。

学习篇

四度春风化绸缪,几番秋雨洗鸿沟。

夏令营期间,我们听了十场精彩的讲座。

课堂上,教授生动有趣的讲解,让我们受益匪浅;同学们踊跃的回答问题,认真做好笔记,形成了良好的课堂氛围。

在学生干部工作方法中,我们明白

了先进的思想和强大执行力的重要性,坚持打造我们自己独有的学生干部品牌。

从心理健康课程里,我们懂得了调整自我,阳光心态。面朝大海,春暖花开。

自管理之理与管理创新内,我们了解了待人接物处事之理,真善美的意义得到了升华。

于利益与团队形象处,我们知晓了个人形象这份宝贵的资产。古人“礼尚往来”的训导娓娓传来。

相信,经过这次活动,我们的道路会越走越宽!

训练篇

天将降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,劳其筋骨,饿其体肤,空乏其身,行拂乱其所为,所以动心忍性,增益其所不能。

对于这次特别的军训,大家一开始确实有些怵头。八月的南昌,火热的骄阳,而这次训练要持续半个月。虽然避

了一些高强度的动作训练,但对于时常懒散我们来说,确实不容易,可是随着训练的深入,每个人都颇有收获。学习中不乏乐趣,嬉戏中不乏学习,不仅使身体得到了锻炼,意志也得到了磨练。当汗水从额头流下,再慢慢滴落,留下一丝痒意时,偶尔也会为自己的坚持感到到一丝丝的自豪。因为这样的感受在平时是永远体会不到的。

生活篇

没有昨日艰辛,哪有今日歌声?

十天的生活有苦有乐,有生有色。

在食堂里的狼吞虎咽,为下一次活动补充能量。

整理内务的一丝不苟,是军队严格生活的体现。

开展活动的积极踊跃,是我们洋溢青春的笑脸。

办板报的认真执着,是对任务的一丝不苟。

训练间隙的欢声笑语,紧急集合时 的刺激??虽说十天的生活不尽相同,但总是能让人充满激情。

无一不让我们感动的是学院领导放弃暑期休的假陪同我们在军营同甘苦,热切关怀每一位同学的生活,在炎炎夏日给我们送来了可口的西瓜,关怀受伤的同学??

娱乐篇

阳光下,我们活力四射??

还记得与人行的篮球赛,队员在场上英姿飒爽,挥汗如雨,拉拉队员在场下热情洋溢为我们队员加油助威,一切为了集体的荣誉。

还记得拔河比赛,大家团结一致,跌倒了也坚持爬起来,完成比赛。

还记得辩论赛场上双方妙语连珠,精彩纷呈。自由辩论时,双方争锋相对,场面异常激烈,台下掌声雷动。

还记得演讲场上大家激情慷慨的描述十天多彩的夏令营生活,动人之处,感同身受,因为这几天已经让我们心连心!

结尾

虽然夏令营的时间是短暂的,但是我们的成长是无限的!我们的集体观念、团队精神、意志品质是受益终身的、我们的友谊是地久天长的。

夏令营让我们身体得到锻炼,精神得到升华。

浅谈我对发展家乡——朝阳的一些想法

各位领导和同学们,大家好!

很高兴能站在这里和大家分享我个人的看法,和大家一起为家乡的发展出谋划策。我来自于凌源市,我目前就

读于华北电力大学北京校区,是可再生能源学院的一名大二的学生,我的专业是能源工程及其自动化,主要致力于可再生能源,尤其是太阳能发电技术的研究与应用。

2014年我考入了北京的高校,也开始了走出家乡,走进北京的求学生涯。在首都北京这个现代化大都市中两年的学习和生活,使我眼界更加开阔,思维更加活跃。而作为新时代的接班人,我们这些大学生有义务担负起建设家乡的重任。

朝阳的发展是我们一代又一代人的梦想与不懈追求。近几年来,朝阳的发展有目共睹,这都是我们全体朝阳人在市领导的正确领导下艰苦奋斗的结果。然而朝阳的发展之路依然任重道远,仍需高举发展的大旗加快前进的步伐。

发展,不仅仅是经济水平的提高,人民生活的富裕,而是社会全面整体的一个进步。我们的发展目标不是暴发户,我们要做一个有内涵,有素质,秀外慧

中的富人,这就需要在加快经济发展的同时,兼顾其他方面的全面发展,把朝阳建设成为一个现代化的先进的都市。其中,我觉得科技、环境和人文这三点的建设尤为重要。

首先是科技。邓小平同志曾经强调:科技是第一生产力。农业上的高科技可以增产增收,事半功倍;工业上的高科技可以扩大生产力,刺激经济迅速发展;人民日常生活中的高科技,可以便捷人民的生活,提高生活质量。高科技水平或多或少都是一个城市先进与否的重要标志。而目前朝阳市的支柱产业整体技术装备水平还不够先进,自主研发能力仍较弱,这就需要对一些掌握特殊技术的先进人才的吸引,对先进科学技术的知识产权的掌握,对高端科学技术的引进与应用。面对高素质人才短缺的现状,需要采取一定的措施,让他们感受到这个城市对他们的热情与欢迎,让他们感受到这个城市有更多的活力,有更多的发展空间让他们施展才华,这

样才能吸引更多的人才。

第二点是环境。随着我国经济的迅猛发展,环境问题也越来越严重,影响到了人民的日常生产生活,甚至于人民的健康,如近几年在山东、安徽等地因环境污染出现的癌症乡。科学发展观以人为本,一切都是以人民的利益为出发点,经济的发展不能以人民的生存环境为代价。因此我们在注重经济发展的同时,一定不能忽视环境的保护,要防患于未然,保护优于治理,保护好家乡的一草一木。我觉得我们政府可以制定相应的规定,监督和鼓励企业和个人保护环境,节能减排,加强宣传以增强市民的环保意识。还可以引进一些环保低碳的科技,普及环保的产品。像一些太阳能、风能、水利发电技术,一些回收再利用的循环技术等等。这些技术对于可持续发展有着深远的意义,必将造福后代。

第三点是人文。我觉得人文是一种氛围,是一种全民素质的体现。当身边

有越来越多美德存在时,就会潜移默化的影响更多的人,就会唤起人们心中的公德心,当人们把它当成生活的一部分,也就把它当作了一种习惯。而这种氛围需要营造,需要有人来号召,需要深入人民生活的一点一滴。北京精神中强调:爱国、创新、包容、厚德,朝阳也需要有自己的精神,用它来作为人民思想的引导,人民遵从的规范。这就需要我们加强精神文明建设,加强宣传力度,制定相关的一些政策,组织相关的活动,扩大影响力,从各个阶层单位,各个地区全面整体的提高人民素质。

另外,朝阳地区多山区,有很多偏远的山村地区有待发展,这些地区的发展情况也直接关系到全市的发展进程,因此带动这些地区的发展也十分必要。

我相信,在全体朝阳人的不懈努力下,朝阳的明天一定越来越美好,这座辽西文化古城定会大放异彩。

what is success? different people have different ideas.you may say success

is the realization of one’s hopesand justified goals.under such notion,however,people have different understanding of success because the hopes and goals they cherish vary from one another.there may ba so mangy kinds of success in the world that i can’t enumerate them all.so maybe it’s difficult to set a defination for success.but ,in my opinion,it’s easy to define what is failure---there is only one failure called never try.everyone has his dreams but not all of them dare to make it come true.just like a huter aimed at his game but never fire or a soldier who crying out but never toward.they are afraid of failure that they might encounter.that reminds me of a game we used to play.we put the chairs in a circle.and the player must pass through th barriers made

by the chairs with his eyes covered up.he would be allowed to memorize the positions of the chairs.but as soon as his eyes is covered,we will remove all the chairs.sometimes,our life is just like such kind of game.we tried our best not to bump against the barriers.but these things turn out to be existing only in our minds.and sometimes,we made them for ourselves.we dare not to participate a competition or get cold feet to call the boy or girl we love.it turns out that the barriers we made for ourselves lead to the loss of a lot of things.don’t give up trying untill you really bump against the chairs.even so,at least you have a place to sit on.some people would say i tried but i failed to pass an exam or to find a job.i’am a failure.but on the contrary,i prefer to call these things setbacks instead of failures.there is no failure in a winner ‘s

我今天的发言题目是“感知清华,读懂青春”。

我来自九省通衢的武汉市的第一初级中学。今天作为励志夏令营的教师代表在此发言,我倍感荣幸。站在华夏的最高学府,面对朝气蓬勃的青春少年,在如此隆重的气氛之中,在如此珍贵的朋友们面前,我实在难以抑制内心的紧张与激动。

正值清华百年校庆之际,踏上清华励志夏令营,却突然站在这高贵神圣的北大百年讲堂,实在让我措手不及,所以我不得不忍痛割爱,将北大奉于尊座,在他深邃的目光的注视下,在他宽厚的怀抱里,和各位交流我对清华和青春的一点理解。

清华,我来了,带着我的学生来了。千年古都、百年名校,我们涉千山万水,终于来了!虽有舟车劳顿之苦,但我们兴奋,我们自豪!我们来此不是为欣赏这颇具皇家风范的清华园。要看风景,我们可登泰山之巅观喷薄日出;也可赴西北塞外赏大漠孤烟。尽管这荷塘的月色曾让我们浮想联翩,尽管这中西合璧的清华建筑足以让我们叹为观止。但真正吸引我们师生的是清华的内蕴与精神。此地乃谈笑有鸿儒,往来无白丁之所。梁启超曾在此发表激情澎拜的《君子》演说,唤醒多少沉睡中的中国少年;钱钟书横扫清华图书馆,为我们留下不朽的传世佳作;朱自清漫步荷塘池边,将月色下的荷塘描绘的如诗如画;多少青年才俊曾在此激扬文字,总论天下事;多少墨客骚人,曾荟萃于此。如此斯人远去,但他们的背影却让我们感觉如此清晰。他们的形象、他们的精神、他们的思想早已融入在这清华的空气里。连同清华的一草一木、一砖一瓦构成了清华厚重深刻的历史,散发着人文的芬芳,进而积淀成中华文化“自强不息,厚德载物”的精神瑰宝,并铸入校徽,高悬于庄重的礼堂,警示和鞭策着每一位清华学子。我们来了,带着对知识的渴望;带着对生活的激情;更带着对梦想的追求!

While we were there it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills such as the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Studentsthe Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

This summer, the school organized a summer camp. There are 32 students in our class, and I am one of them. The event is held from July 20 to 27 in a museum near the school.

Every morning, some teachers come to explain some historical allusions to us. In the afternoon, buses will take us to other places of interest and historic interest. We also made some good friends, and we had a good time every day.

Summer camp is a good opportunity to make friends and exercise myself. I should take part in it more in the future.
