讲解能力是导游人员基本能力,因此在全国导游资格证考试中,均设置了口试环节,主要考察考生导游词的创作和讲解能力以及对突发事件的应变能力。与笔试考察知识点不同,口试要求考生在对景点的熟悉度、导游词创作、语言表达、解说仪态和技巧上有更高的要求,口试普遍被认为是导游资格证考试的难点。

结合教学实践,本文以天津市导游资格证考试中口试环节应试能力的培养为例,探讨高职院校的老师,在对学生进行导游资格考试培训时可以应用的教学方法。

二、利用课堂,将应试与教学相融合

在旅游管理专业课程设置中,与导游资格考试口试关联度最高的是《导游业务》这门课,它不仅涉及到导游的带团技巧和应变能力,还包括导游词的创作。作为旅游专业课教师,利用本门课,将教学与学生对导游资格证的应试结合起来,一举两得。

(一)开设时间

根据天津市旅游局对导游证资格证考试安排,每年举行一次,6月份报名,8月份进行口试,因此,《导游业务》这门课应该安排在大一学生的第二学期,一方面,通过大一上学期开设的《旅游学概论》,已经对旅游以及旅游行业有了初步的了解。通过开设实操性较强的本门课,更加深入了解旅游行业,也与导游资格证考试时间相呼应。

(二)选用教材和资料

天津市导游资格考试指定的教材,是由天津市旅游局统一编写的导游人员资格考试系列教材之——《导游业务》。同时,为了学生更好的准备导游考试,需辅助教材,主要包括《天津导游》、《天津导游基础知识》、《天津城市旅游图》、天津市主要景点旅游图等资料。

(三)教学内容与教学方法

结合天津市导游资格证考试要求和《导游业务》章节分布,教学内容主要分三大部分:导游词的创作与解说能力培养、天津导游景点问题问题问答、导游应变能力培养。

1、导游词的创作与讲解。

(3)从教学组织上,所需的教具:教室,导游旗,导游图。将学生分成导游、游客2个角色。将景区按照讲解的线路分成若干个游览点,学生采用接力方式讲解其中的一个点,串联出整个导游活动。充当游客的学生,可以向“导游”提出问题。

2、景点问题问答

在天津市导游资格考试中,由考官随机列出天津市一个景点,针对这个景点,进行2-3分钟的描述。因为这些景点大多从导游词中抽取的,因此要求在准备导游词的过程中,一起总结并融汇在导游词中。在可以有针对性进行专项练习,收集常用的景点知识并整理成题库,由老师组织,将学生分为若干小组,进行景点知识竞答比赛,通过集体荣誉感,促进学生相互讨论学习,激发学生兴趣。

3、导游带团业务能力和突发事件处理——案例分析法

通过课堂的准备,学生已经对各个景区的布局和景点有了初步的了解。通过在景区进行实景参观和讲解,会使学生更深刻的理解景点,也为以后的导游工作打下基础。实地教学可以按照以下方式展开:到达景点后,由教师进行串讲。入口处讲解景区的概况,说明旅游线路,以及游览注意事项。进入景区后,在设定的节点上,由学生进行分段讲解,老师进行最后的整理和评述。包括讲解内容的丰富度,感情的充沛,语言的感染性等。最后,教师进行完整的讲解,加深对景点的印象。

(三)保存图片、音频或视频资料

对实地考察情况进行全程录像,作为教学资料留存下来,便于学生回校后进行观摩、学习使用。

四、模拟考试现场,克服紧张情绪

为了克服学生在导游资格证考试中紧张情绪,需要在考前进行重复性练习,将精心准备的知识临场发挥好。具体做法如下:

学生已经将将教室布置成考试的现场,按照导游证考试流程,学生逐一进行模拟考试,每人考试的时间约为15分钟。首先,从10个备选的导游词中抽取1篇,10分钟准备时间,然后进行导游词讲解;其次,教师指定1个景点问题,进行提问,学生作答;最后,从30个带团过程中经常遇到的30种情况的问题中,由学生抽取一个,进行回答。

一、广东省英语导游口试的内容和要求

和顺位于腾冲县西南,古名叫阳温登村,因有小河绕村,所以更名为河顺。又引言云涌吉祥,风吹和顺。既然,能够获得“中国第一魅力名镇”的称号,那么和顺固然有它独特的魅力所在。首先,和顺毗邻缅甸靠近印度,是面向南亚的第一镇,有着两千多年历史的南方丝绸之路,连接了中印两大文明古国,著名的史迪威公路穿越和顺。其次,和顺是火山环抱的休闲胜地,生活在这里的和顺人世代从大山里出国闯荡,以大马帮为连接中印缅的主要交通工具,产生了一批,雄商巨贾,型成了亦商、亦桥、亦农、亦儒的独特生存方式。因此,这里也成为了汉文化与南亚文化、西方文化交融的窗口。西方建筑、南亚建筑元素与云南“三房一照壁、四合五天井”的古民居恰到好处的融为一体。而且,他还是南方丝绸之路上最大的侨乡,至今和顺侨居海外的华人、华侨有一万余人,并形成了“海外的和顺”。这里是六千居民和谐生活的古镇,他展现的是令人向往的田园牧歌式的生活,是一个“活动的古镇”。

走进和顺之前,我们第一眼看到的便是“和顺顺河”牌坊。踏进和顺的青石板路,便一脚踏进了百年的历史的光阴。大家请看在我们前方荷花池中的亭子它叫雨洲亭,是乡人为纪念首任和顺益群中学校长寸树声先生而建的,体现了和顺人尊师重教的优良传统。在风雨亭的旁边就是绕村而过的小河,在小河之上呢有两座石拱桥,因形如双虹,故名双虹桥。

在双虹桥的旁边就是全国最大的乡村图书馆——和顺图书馆。清朝末年,和顺出现了传播新思想、新文化的进步团体“咸新社”,后来和顺旅缅华侨又组织“崇新会”,并在本乡成立“阅书报社”。1928年“阅书报社”扩建为图书馆。和顺图书馆的大门居高临下,二门上的“和顺图书馆”匾,由胡适题写。前面这栋半亭回廊式二层楼房,就是图书馆的主楼,这是一栋中西合璧式建筑,四壁着色素雅,室内通明透亮。主楼后面的这幢洁白庄严的仿古建筑叫“藏珍楼”,其中有全套《大藏经》、《升庵全集》,数百册“武英殿丛书”,近千册《四部丛书》,另外还有不少古籍善本、珍本,尤以清代木刻版本,听到这儿您是不是会忧心的叹一句,不愧“珍藏”啊!管内现有藏书7万余册,在中国乡村文化界堪称第一。除此之外,在抗战反攻腾冲期间,和顺图书馆曾是中国远征军第二十集团军司令部。

说话间我们来到了文昌宫,文昌宫不仅是和顺“文治光昌”的象征,而且还表现了和顺人儒商并重的传统。文昌宫历来就是教书育人的地方,是和顺文化的摇篮,也是由华侨捐资创办的益群中学旧址。出了文昌宫,我们来到了滇缅抗战博物馆。滇缅抗战是中国近代史上第一次将侵略者赶出国门的战斗。滇缅抗战博物馆将著名收藏家段生馗用二十多年精心收藏保管的滇缅抗日文物七千余件,于当年“七七”抗战纪念日开展。博物馆的馆址选择在当年中国远征军第二十集团军司令部的旧址,一进大门就见到醒目的和平鸽雕塑。雕塑的原型是当年美军士兵在战场上用炮弹壳做的和平鸽,这件文物是中美共同抗击法西斯、赢得和平的见证。博物馆分为七个部分:山河破碎、悲壮远征、沦陷岁月、日军暴行;

我们沿着火山石铺就的乡间小路,去拜访一下古老的民居。和顺古镇有1千多户人家,和顺较具规模的古民居,都是清代建筑风格的,这里的古民居,有“三房一照壁”、“四合院”、“四合五天井”等,近代还出现了一些中西合璧的建筑。现在我们已经来到了和顺民居之一的“弯楼子”。它的墙壁是沿巷道的曲线修砌的,所以人们形象的把它称为“弯楼子”。“弯楼子”不仅是一座民居的雅号,也是清代道光年间创办跨国商号“永茂和”李氏家族的代称。沿着村边的石板路,我们来到了刘氏宗祠。在和顺共有寸、刘、李、尹、贾、张、钏、杨八大宗祠,这些祠堂就是供八大姓祭祀祖先的地方,建筑风格各异,建造时间不一,大都气势恢弘,古色古香。看完古民居,大家或许注意到,我们走来途中,每隔一段就有一座,江南水乡风貌的洗衣亭,那是当年“走夷方”的男人们为留在家中孝敬公婆,抚养子女的女人们修建的,以便她们洗衣洗菜的时候有一个遮蔽风雨的地方。

思绪 再一次回到了 那个遥远的古战场 ,不远处 就是导游口试所幻化的坚固无敌的城堡,只见墙头旌旗林立,我不知道里面到底有精兵多少,也不知道那些评委老师幻化的守城将领到底有多么高深的武功。知道 自己还没有准备好,但是 明天我要吹响攻城的号角。

也许在另外的时空,有人会和我一样没有准备好 他们会放弃了攻城 让失败在没有任何的过程中就画上了句号。也许有的人 已经自信满满 背好了所有的导游词,他们仿佛是带着千军万马过来,誓要踏破贺兰山缺。

《导游实务》是旅游管理专业的核心课程之一,是全国导游人员资格考试的必考科目,也是一门实用性很强的专业技能课。高职院校旅游管理专业开设导游实务课程,不仅要求学生从理论上了解导游员的定义职责、分类特点、导游人员服务提升的素质要求和必备常识等内容,更重要的是培养学生的实践工作能力,掌握导游服务规范程序和工作技巧,掌握旅游活动中游客个别要求的处理和各类突发事故的处理技能,做到毕业既能顺利入职,为培养未来旅游行业的中坚力量打下良好的基础。

就当前情况来看,导游资格证是旅游管理专业学生入职的“敲门砖”,只有取得导游证后,才可能在未来从事导游工作。但现实情况是:各省的导游资格考试通过率都不高;且导游资格证考试通过后,拿到导游证进入导游行业的学生依然表现出工作能力不强,在正式上岗带团前需要进行入职前强化训练的情况。显然,在实现“高职教育以职业能力为核心”的人才培养目标下高职旅游专业的核心课程,如《旅游政策法规和职业道德》、《导游基础知识》等课程教学改革势在必行,本文结合笔者所授的《导游实务》课程,试图探析高职类旅游管理专业《导游实务》课程教学的新方法和新思路。

一、《导游实务》课程教学问题分析

(一)教材内容滞后行业发展

近年来,我国旅游业呈现前所未有的发展态势,展示出世界旅游组织预测的“2020年世界最大的旅游目的地国和旅游客源国”的旅游大国格局,然而高职旅游专业教育的教材内容却没有及时更新,仍停留在上世纪90年代的水平,如导游相关知识部分关于机票的内容还是以纸质机票为例,而目前游客出行都是使用的电子机票;课程教学内容与实操脱节或是情况不符,如导游实务课程地陪服务程序环节的入住服务内容,所有教材均强调游客入住手续的办理是全陪或领队,而地陪主要是起到协助作用,但实际情况是在现实工作中,由于地陪和入住酒店的业务往来关系,地陪办理入住手续更加顺利方便,导游在实际工作中一般也是地陪办理入住手续,全陪协助游客身份证管理等工作,这些内容应及时修正,做到教材内容具有指导性和实用性,顺利与就业接轨。

(二)教学团队缺乏实践经验

《导游实务》课程可以说是一本导游服务操作指南,具有很强的实践性,一般来说,学生在完成校内专业课程学习和顶岗实习后,就应该能胜任导游工作了,因此要求教学的专业课教师要有很强的专业素养,课堂讲授时,不仅要用生动形象的语言来吸引学生进入到你的意境,同时还要有大量的导游带团实践工作经验与学生分享探讨;不仅能传授导游服务技巧,也能让学生感知到今后工作的真实意境,让学生产生浓厚的学习兴趣,提升课堂教学效果。现实是尽管有部分专业课授课教师手持导游证,但真正融入到导游行业,去到旅行社做导游,外出带团的非常少,工作经验缺失。授课过程也存在重视理论知识、课堂教学没有说服力,职业导向性不强等现象,这也成为导游实务课程教学要解决的源头问题。

(三)教学设备落后教学需要

当信息时代来临,信息化技术渗透到我们生活的方方面面时,仍有一些院校旅游管理专业的教学设备没有跟上时代步伐,多媒体教学设备配备不足,校内实训基地欠缺,基础设施建设不能适应教学的需要,受教学条件的限制和影响,教师在教学方式和教学内容上不能及时更新和创新知识。同时还出现有院校建设了较为完整、先进的导游模拟实训室和旅游资源实训室,由于软件配置费用高,也缺乏旅游专业软件研发的人员配备,以致于出现实训室利用率极低甚至是闲置的情况,使得学生的各种情境实训没有实地工作的氛围,学生兴趣不高,不愿参与,实训效果不好。

(四)考核机制未能体现专业特色

基于导游行业的职业特性,导游员不仅要有良好的职业素养,还要具备提供个性化服务的工作技能,教师在授课时应做到结合不同学生的形象气质、个性特征、应变能力、语言表达能力等多方面因材施教,让每一位学生都能做到正确认识自己,在校期间就做好职业规划,就业时顺利找到自己合适的岗位。导游实务作为一门实践性很强的课程,目前大多数高职院校的考核还是以期末闭卷考试为主,平时成绩为辅的形式,这种单一的考核方式很难考出学生的学习效果,也不能真实全面的反映学生的综合素质和实际工作能力。

二、《导游实务》课程教学改革措施

结合高职旅游专业导游实务课程的教学目标和人才培养目标和当前旅游行业发展对导游等岗位的人才需求特征,培养出毕业就能顺利就业、就业即受行业认可的旅游人才成为教学的直接目标,因此导游实务课程教学改革势在必行。

(一)重视教材选择,但授课内容不拘泥于教材

当前,导游实务课程的教材琳琅满目,有高职高专“十二五”规划教材系列、高职高专旅游管理类专业规划教材系列、旅游专业精品课程教材系列、各省考证用教材系列、导游实务与案例等,教师应结合学生的实际情况,选择实用性强,对学生报考国家导游资格证有指导意义的教材。教师授课内容也不拘泥于现有教材,应广泛涉猎与旅游行业相关的报纸、杂志、书籍、网站等,及时掌握行业发展动态和最新资讯并和学生交流,对学生产生潜移默化的影响,自觉关注行业发展,明确自身的职业定位,全面培养和提升自己的职业素养和专业能力,为毕业时准确定位、顺利就业打下良好的基础。

(二)加强师资队伍建设,尤其注重实践能力的提升

作为旅游专业专任教师,不仅要有完整的知识体系,还要成为技能型人才,定期到旅游企业的一线工作,比如到旅游企业挂职、参加旅游专业国培省培顶岗实习项目、利用寒暑假到旅行社做兼职导游等,这些经历不仅能提升自己的实践工作能力,还能积累大量的课堂素材,增强课堂的吸引力,提升教学效果。另外,教师也可以参加各类旅游职业技能大赛、担任导游资格证考试面试评委等提高自己的实践技能。同时,校外旅游相关行业专家、经验丰富的优秀导游员、旅行社职业经理等都应该是旅游专业的师资构成部分,学院定期聘请他们来做专题讲解,让学生有机会近距离接触行业大佬,树立明确的职业目标,学习课本上没有的知识,收获职业生涯可能遇到的各类问题及处理方法,增强职业认同感,让学生更加热爱自己的专业。

(三)丰富课堂教学方法,改革考试内容和形式

《导游实务》课堂教学要结合专业特色和学生能力培养的目标,教师有序的把教学内容设计到各个教学环节和教学场景中去,结合以能力为导向,以学生为中心的教学理念,运用课堂讲授、案例教学法、情境模拟教学法、行动导向教学法、实战演练法等丰富多彩的教学方法,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,按计划完成课堂教学,做到课堂效果好,学生收获大。本文主要介绍导游实务教学过程中最常用且实效最好的两种方法:其一,案例教学法,在教学过程中,教师可以通过带团案例的讲解及分析在导游服务程序、游客个别要求的处理和游客突发问题的处理等内容通过大量案例的引入和分析讨论,让学生认识到导游工作的综合性、复杂性、挑战性特点,拓展学生的思维能力、为今后的导游工作积累实战经验。其二,情境模拟教学法,情景模拟教学法是在情景模拟基础上派生出来的先进的教学方法,教学时通过设计特定的场景、任务、时间,让学生进入相关角色,以现实生活中类似场景作为参照物,进行模仿、比较、优化,并通过反复演练,达到升华理论和提高能力的目标。导游实务课程教学中地陪服务程序接站服务环节致欢迎词、导游讲解技巧等内容就可以通过情境设定,角色设计来表演,把课堂变成交通集散地、旅游景区、旅游酒店等,让学生有身临其境的感觉,锻炼他们的胆量、提高解决问题的应变能力,做到有效掌握学习内容。

对于导游实务课程的考核,也要进行改革,笔者认为应改变以往以笔试为主的考核形式,结合专业人才培养要求,导游实务课程考试应加强对学生实践能力的考核,以面试为主,占考试总成绩的60%,面试在导游模拟实训室完成,着重从学生的着装、语言表达、讲解能力、应变能力等多方面考核,对于能体现学生的综合素质的特殊才艺,教师也应该给予展示的机会;笔试部分占总成绩的30%,主要考核学生对理论知识的掌握程度及对问题的分析、理解和判断能力,考试试卷难易适中,知识点涉及面广,结合课程教学大纲和全国导游人员资格考试的试卷出题;另外10%的成绩取决于学生平时的课堂表现,从到课率、课堂表现积极性、小组团队协作性等方面综合考评,由授课教师做好课堂记录,期末统一评分。任何形式的考试都不是教学的最终目标,通过考核形式的改革,学生可以更加从容应对导游资格证的考试,也可以更快的适应未来的导游职业需要,实现导游实务课程的教学目标。

(四)增加实训环节课时,加强校内外实训基地建设

一直以来,由于教学条件落后,教学设施设备配备不足,大多数高职院校导游实务课程教学过程重理论、轻实践,显然,这与高职教育的指导思想相去甚远,为了培养适应行业发展需要的高素质导游人才,导游实务课程的教学过程中,加强实践教学环节的比重势在必行。笔者所在的湖南工业职业技术学院导游实务课程时在大学一年级第二个学期开设,包括理论授课和实训教学两个环节,理论课时56个课时,实训课时集中在两个实训周内完成,最多40个课时,对于实践性教学要求来讲,实训课时是不足的,据统计,按照实际教学需要实训课时和理论课时配额比应该是1:2,这样学生有更多的时间来集中进行实践训练,在不断的练习过程中提升自己的导游服务能力,因此,校内外实训基地的建设就成为导游实务课程必须具备的教学条件,校内应建立3D导游模拟实训室,模拟旅行社等来满足学生的基础实训需要,同时,学校也应积极与旅游景区、旅游交通公司、旅行社等旅游企业建立合作关系,完善校外实训基地的配备,按照教学计划定期将学生送往这些企业进行校外实训,通过校企合作,结合市场需求,共同确立旅游人才培养的目标,解决教学过程中理论脱离实际的问题,提高教学质量,提升学生的职业素养和职业竞争力,让学生毕业即能就业,迅速适应旅游企业导游等岗位的职业需要。
