某用人单位人力资源总监郑薇建议，遇到类似情况，毕业生一定要在规定时间内完成自我介绍，介绍内容一般包括3点：我是谁，我来应聘什么职位，针对这个职位我的优势是什么。最后，求职者可以加一句：“没有预想到这样的情况，时间太短无法详细介绍，您可以在下面的环节中对我有一个充分认识。”

新东方集团常务副总裁周成刚说，现在毕业生中流传着各种各样的“面经”(面试经验)，有的毕业生把主要经历放在学习面试经验上，而忽略了对用人单位、应聘岗位的了解。这种做法是不可取的，求职者在面试之前应该着重了解用人单位和职位，知道谁是面试的决策者，把自己的特点充分展示出来，去说服面试决策者聘用你。
