大学生就业问题,从高校的培养模式由“精英化”转到“大众化”以来,一直是困扰我国人力资源配置的一个问题。2008年美国次贷危机引起的全球经济衰退,使我国经济面临着“新世纪以来最困难”的局面。在这样的就业环境下,大学毕业生须知找到理想工作不仅要在专业能力和综合能力上全面发展和提高自己,更要懂得如何在激烈的就业竞争中有效地推销自己。而向用人单位有效推销自己的第一步就是设计一份有创意的简历,这样才有可能引起招聘人员的兴趣。
一份完整的简历主要包括四部分:自荐信、履历表、一系列支持履历表的证书或材料、身份证复印件。简历的制作方式有很多,比如:卡通简历、网页简历、flash简历等。本调查只选取普通纸质简历的一部分———履历表,其操作性定义为2009年应届大学毕业生对自己的基本情况、社会实践经历、职业定向等进行的概括性描述。
二、研究对象和方法
(一)程序
首先,由从事人员招聘的专家和人力资源开发专业的在读硕士研究生组成团队,讨论求职简历标准,制定评分细则。简历中必须有的内容:标题、个人基本信息、求职意向、岗位胜任力综合素质(外语和计算机水平、专业描述、实践奖励、特长爱好/自评)。评分细则的制定是依据招聘人员对这些维度的重视程度来分配权重的,另外评分细则中还有一项基础分,即表格、字体、语法、照片、色彩搭配等排版的审美效果。
其次,随机搜集郑州航空工业管理学院、河南教育学院、河南师范大学、河南大学等高校2009年应届毕业生的求职简历410份,按专业分类整理,实习经历、制作格式相近的仅保留一份,并对筛选出的159份简历进行编码。
最后,由3名人力资源开发专业在读硕士研究生依据评分细则,独立将编码好的159份简历各项成绩输入计算机。利用excel2003求其各个项目的平均得分作为项目的实际得分,借鉴中小学考试成绩公布的方式,将各项目所得成绩分为四个等级。
(二)对象和方法
随机搜集郑州航空工业管理学院、河南教育学院、河南师范大学、河南大学等高校2009年应届大学毕业生的求职简历410份。筛选出符合拟定标准的159份简历,男女比例为49.6%∶50.4%。
(三)数据处理
用excel2003将数据输入电脑,借助统计软件spss16.0进行描述性统计分析和性别差异性检验。
三、结果
用描述性统计呈现各维度成绩的分布情况(见表1),总分的优秀率为2.5%。
各维度的性别差异性检验见表2,基础分的性别差异性显著,总成绩的性别差异性不显著。
四、分析与讨论
(一)简历中存在的问题分析
按照讨论拟定的评分细则计分,所调查的159份简历中总成绩优秀者占2.5%。简历失分的原因主要集中在以下几个方面:
第一,96.2%的简历标题是“个人简历”四字或个人格言。这类简历与标题是“×××的求职简历”或者“×××的个人简历”的简历同时出现在简历堆中给招聘人员的印象是不言而喻的。后者把自己的名字写在首行醒目的位置,由于“首因效应”,招聘人员很容易记住求职者的名字,而且有时招聘人员也会认为这是求职者自信的一种表现。
第二,32.7%的求职意向不合格,即没有求职意向;23.9%的应聘岗位不明确。求职意向是简历中不可或缺的内容。而部分求职者担心竞争激烈,不注明具体的职位,抱着随他们安排的心理或干脆表态“愿意在贵公司任何部门”,这样的表达只会让用人单位感到求职者不适合任何职位。如今的用人单位比较看中“术业有专攻”的人,因此,大学生对自己的职业生涯要有清晰的规划,围绕所学专业的一个领域明确地表达求职意向,才能吸引招聘人员的眼球。
第三,实践及奖励维度的优秀率仅4.4%。对于缺乏工作经验的应届大学毕业生来说,兼职或者学校组织的实习显得比较重要。而简历中对这一部分的介绍却只以顺叙的形式,简单描述什么时间在哪个地方实习或做过兼职,并没有告诉招聘人员活动的目的及其整个过程。模糊的描述导致招聘人员无法推测求职者的动手操作能力。而采用倒叙的方式或有针对性地量化社会实践成果并突出过程及列举有代表性的奖项,招聘人员可以判断出求职者是否具有胜任基础岗位的能力。
第四,爱好、特长、自评有利于招聘人员评价求职者的价值观与企业的文化是否匹配。有9.4%的求职简历没有爱好、特长、自评等内容。46.5%的简历描述的与应聘岗位关系不大,如一个应聘营销岗位的求职者写的兴趣爱好是读书、思考,而营销岗位更注重社会交往能力,简历中应该展现应聘者与应聘岗位所需人格特质相一致的方面。
第五,12.6%的简历出现有扣分情况。问题主要集中在简历中出现了“很好”“精通”“获得大家一致好评”“有良好的组织协调能力”等模糊词汇以及涉及有关个人隐私的身份证号码、家庭情况、户籍等,提到了用人单位忌讳的福利报酬问题。
(二)简历制作中的性别差异性分析
简历制作的基础分存在性别差异,但总分不存在性别差异。
基础分部分都是细节问题,从某方面可以反映出男女生对待就业的态度,显然,社会角色的期待使男性肩上的责任重于女性。传统观念认为女性比男性的简历制作更精致,但结果显示不存在性别差异。访谈得知,就业指导课上老师对简历的制作给出了模版,千篇一律,缺少创新,同时也折射出高校就业指导课系统有效开设的必要性。
这里也凸显出一个值得思考的问题:男女生在制作简历时的水平是相当的,也就是说公平筛选简历的话,男女生进入面试的机会应该是一样的。但现实生活中仍能听到一些女大学生喊着“招聘人员对女性应聘者存在性别歧视”。鉴于此,呼吁女性,要想提高就业率可以从简历的制作开始,把握好每一次机会。

一、前言
据教育部统计数据,2014年全国普通高校毕业生规模将达到727万,比2013年增加28万人,是新中国成立以来大学毕业生最多的一年,高校毕业生就业形势更加复杂严峻。伴随着宏观经济环境的变化、企业的发展,不断对企业人员的素质和能力提出新的要求,人员的管理也面临着不断提高和更新的问题,这就意味着招聘工作在企业中随时可能发生,对维持企业的正常运行和发展起着至关重要的作用。[1]企业招聘的发生为求职者创造了就业机会,然而求职者想要获得这个机会,第一步就是给招聘企业投递简历。能否进入面试,简历起着决定性作用。针对缺乏经验的应届生大学生,学会制作简历则显得尤为重要。
二、简历制作的前期准备
1、信息收索
现在大学生求职信息主要来源有以下几个途径:招聘会、招聘网站、公司主页、校园BBS、亲朋好友介绍以及学校就业指导中心等。《中国劳动保障报》在2005年11月25日撰文指出,“是否了解企业是目前大学生求职的障碍,即便找到了工作,也会有一个不短的适应企业的过程”。很多应届生在投递简历之前,往往忽略对企业进行了解,稀里糊涂地就把简历投递出去。应届生在投递简历之前,应该先对企业经行一番了解。然而,很多大学生不知道应怎样去了解企业?了解企业哪些情况?如果身边有在该企业工作的亲朋好友,只是简单地询问一下“这个企业好不好”,“待遇怎么样”等等。如果没有认识的人,只是简单地浏览该企业的网站,便匆匆决定是否投递简历。告诉广大应届生一个诀窍,了解一个公司应该从企业文化开始。各个公司的企业文化是有着天壤之别的,关注一个企业的企业文化最好方法莫过于关注它的核心竞争力。
2、自我评估
在制作简历之前,必须对自己能力、性格、特长、爱好等做一番详尽的盘点,兵法有云:“知己知彼,方能百战不殆”。求职过程亦如用兵打仗,对求职者来说“了解自己,了解公司”,做到对症下药,方能药到病除。还记得曾经看到过这样一个报道:在一场招聘会上,有一位求职者向招聘单位的HR投递了一份简历,然后,这位HR就问他:“想应聘哪个职位?”没想到这位求职者半天不语,最后竟反问这位HR一句:“您看我应聘您们单位哪个职位比较合适呢?”这位HR先生无奈的摇摇头。招聘活动不仅是用人单位对求职者的选择,也是求职者对用人单位的选择。如果一位求职者对自己都缺乏正确的认识,用人单位肯定会将其拒之门外。
3、职位要求与自身条件匹配程度
当你看到自己中意的职位的时候,首先审查一下自己是否适合这个职位。将公司的招聘条件与自己的能力、性格逐一进行比较,看看自身条件和职位要求的匹配度究竟达到什么程度?如果两者的匹配程度没有达到一半,笔者建议你不必在该职位上花费太多精力,可以节省时间去寻找更加合适的岗位。如果,匹配度超过一半,则应该静下心来,仔细研究职位要求与自身条件,好好制作简历,争取能够拿到该份offer。这样做的目的是让求职者明确求职目标,提高成功率。
三、简历制作的注意事项
1.自信
自信有一种神奇的力量!在生活、爱情、学习、工作等任何一个领域,自信都无比重要。拥有了自信,人们才能充满睿智。同样自信在求职过程中也非常重要,自信可以让求职者振奋精神,充满力量。在求职过程中,自信的应届毕业生可以充分展示其学识与能力。
2.言简意赅
简历应做到重点突出、内容完整,尽可能简明扼要,避免拖沓冗长、拖泥带水,简历越短越好,最好是一页纸,一般不要超过两页。一个企业,特别是大型企业在招聘的时候往往会收到很多份简历,工作人员不可能每一份简历都仔细研读,1份简历一般只用1分钟就看完了,再长的简历也不会超过3分钟。[2]所以,简历的内容要尽量简略,可有可无的内容一律省略,学习经历从大学写起。简历背后没有必要附上成绩单、荣誉证书等复印件。如果一个企业对你的这些经历感兴趣的话,会让你在面试的时候带上相关证明文件的,所以在投递简历的时候就不必赘疣。
3.诚实第一
简历里面的任何一项内容都必须是真实,任何单位都不喜欢不诚实的员工。诚信是中华传统美德,诚信是立人之本、成事之基。大学生只有树立诚信道德观念,才能得到社会的认可,成为高素质人才,承担起社会责任和历史使命。然而,有些大学生为了能够进入面试环节,宁可背弃这种美德,选择不计后果、不择手段、胡编乱造去丰富简历的内容,把一些不是自己做的事情、自己不具备的能力都写在简历上面,将自己吹成一个无所不能的全才。一般在面试的时候,HR会就简历中的内容进行提问,如果你是无中生有,那么HR会很容易判断出你到底有无此项经历。如果,你的简历中有有不诚实的内容被HR发现,后果肯定是让你走人。
4.杜绝低级错误
制作完成一份简历之后,要仔细的在检查一下,看有无一些低级的错误。譬如:标点符号错了、错字别字、语法错误、印刷错误等等。如果可以,最好让身边的人帮你检查一遍,因为往往别人比自己更容易检查出错误。简历上的错误对于求职者来说是致命的错误,要是用人单位发现你的简历上有低级的错误,他们会认为你是一位粗心马虎、不能予以重任的人,会影响用人单位对你整个品质、能力的判断。
5.扬长避短
简历的作用是推销自己,表现自己,你有什么特长,尽量在简历上表现出来,让用人单位发现你的价值。在制作简历的时候,要根据招聘岗位的要求,巧妙地将自己的优点展现出来。没有必要把与职位不相关的兴趣爱好一股脑呈现在简历上,这些兴趣爱好通常不能给成为加分项。岗位中的某些要求自己不具备,要采取巧妙的办法避开。把招聘条件中的能力、性格等要求,通过适当的例子展示在简历上,这样的简历放在招聘单位HR面前,他会觉得你就是单位需要招聘的员工。切忌过于谦卑,错误地认为向别人陈述自己的优点和成绩是炫耀。如果你不说清楚你能干什么,那么单位怎么会知道你是一个有用的人呢?
6.实时更新,对症下药
一份简历不是做出来了,就万事大吉。不管是什么单位、什么职位都用同一份简历,那样子肯定“石沉大海”。作为招聘单位,他们也非常期待你能专门为他们准备一份简历,期待你能用有说服力的证据,去证明自己符合岗位的要求,以及阐述自己对岗位的迫切需求。所以,正确的做法应该是针对不同的单位,即便是相同的单位不同的岗位,也要对简历进行适当的调整修改,尽量做到一个岗位一份简历。过一段时间,就要对简历进行适当的修改,将最近发生的一些经历添加进去。
四、简历投递注意事项
简历制作出来之后,接下来就是投递简历环节。投递简历的方式主要有招聘会递交、邮递、快递、传真、自己送等。作为应届毕业生,在简历投递方面是没有什么经验的,所以开始的时候可以到处试一试、投一投,出现问题之后,积极地想办法去解决问题。不要怕出错,不要怕碰壁,随着出错、碰壁次数增多,自然而然就获得了经验。在投递简历的时候,要抓住机会多和招聘人员聊聊,这样做好处有两个,一方面可以增进自己对公司的了解,另一方面,给招聘单位留下印象,将来获得面试的机会就比别人更大。当然投递完简历之后,如果长时间得不到回复。为了防止简历“石沉大海”,在简历投递一周之后,主动打电话咨询。

应届生英文简历制作技巧 篇11
好啦,回归正题——应届生如何写好英文简历:
第一,CV全称为CurriculumVitae,通常意义上跟Resume是一个意思。
先说外在的format。
找工作不要做PDF的简历,一定要用word,而且最好用的word,有些HR的电脑打不开新版的.
然后Word文档的名字,绝对不要写只写简历,或者CV二字。
正确的标题名应该是简单的:某某大学-姓名-应征职位(江西财经大学-张三-市场助理)
如果是已经工作的人,应该是:某某公司-职位名+姓名(辉瑞制药-伟哥部销售经理李四)
第二,打开word后,内在的fromat。
首先牢记三点
(1)对应届生来说,简历最好不要超过一页。
(2)除非招聘启事里面提出对相貌有要求,否则最好不要放照片,除非你对自己的精气神有自信。这里的精气神不是指相貌,而是说照片给人的感觉。
当然广告公关市场类的职业对相貌有一定要求,这个就没办法了
(3)最好不要用表格式的CV
一般做recruiting的人都不喜欢,而且表格因为留下的空间有限,所以也很难反映出求职者的基本情况。
需要注意一点,如果还编写了中文简历,中英文简历要求格式内容最好能够一一对应
第三部分,英文本身
按照上图,我们来分步骤来详解每一步的英文该如何撰写
(1)标题,你首先要写上CV,或者Resume二字,最好用小二号字体,加黑,

(上面的图没加,LZ忘了)
(2)PersonalInformation也可以写成Personal Profile,不过都无所谓,需要注意的是开头字母都要大写,加黑加粗。
我个人认为只要写三样就够了,Name,Gender,Contact,右边你可以放照片
Name的写法,学生和在职人士不同,在职人士最好直接写英文名,比如Sam Liu, Richard Ding,学生就最好写本名,张三写San Zhang,注意字母大写
Gender就不说了
Contact要写上两个,手机+email地址,有的人还会写上地址,这个倒是无可无不可。
(3)Career Objective
写上你的.求职职位,Marketing Assistant,SalesRep等等。
(4)Educaiton教育背景
最顶端要写日期,不用写月份,年份就够了,XX年 to XX年足以,空开几行,用黑体字写上自己的大学名称,开头字母都要大写。时间和学校名都要加粗,后面的时间和工作经历,社团经历等也都要加粗。
第二行写上自己的学位和专业名
专科写Diploma of 某某专业
本科写Bachelor of 某某专业
硕士写Master of 某某专业
博士写PhD of 某某专业
(专业和学位开头要大写,of不用大写)
后面写的Grades和Rank是指你的绩点和学校排名,如果跟LZ一样大学成绩一塌糊涂的就不要写了。。。
