2011年4月27日晚七点，成都理工大学能源学院E龙部于6A102举办了“成都理工大学第二届石油文化节之英语演讲比赛决赛”。本次比赛请到了成都理工大学的专业英语老师当评委，他们分别是：刘伊梅、程艳和甘咏老师，且有能源学院主席张聪、范瑞峰，部长任伟、汤曼、温仁均等十余位嘉宾出席了本次演讲。参赛选手为初赛晋级的十二位来自能源学院和外国语学院的同学。E龙部部长杨强、李辉、范典以及所有干事全权负责本次演讲，且由范典和来自外国语的一位学姐担任主持。

比赛开始，主持人介绍到场评委及嘉宾，宣读比赛规则。每位选手有三分钟演讲时间，一分钟评委提问环节，评委老师将根据演讲者的演讲内容、语言表达和综合印象给选手打分。中场穿插有奖猜单词动环节，比赛结束后英文歌演唱活跃了现场气氛。

经过紧张而又有序演讲，比赛最后一二三等奖和优胜奖，来自能源学院的姬牧野同学和外国语学院的朱芯苇同学用他们标准的发音，激励人心的演讲分别荣获了各自学院的一等奖。二三等奖均为能源学院和外国语学院各一名，评委和嘉宾为获奖选手颁发了荣誉证书及奖品以资鼓励。

本次比赛不仅显示了参赛选手优异的英语水平，锻炼了胆量，同时也让观众收获颇多，对英语有了更加浓厚的兴趣，这样的比赛应该多举行。

众所周知，1978年底，党的十一届三中全会提出了改革开放的新决策，迈出了社会主义经济建设的新一步。三十年来，我国的经济建设不断获得新突破，其中最有成就的一项转变，就是从计划经济体制转变为社会主义市场经济体制。但这样，改革就算成功了吗？事实上，很多经济学家认为，我们的市场经济体制并未完善，还缺乏在精神层面的支持。换句话说，我们的市场伦理支撑不足，商业道德缺乏。于是，这就延伸出我们今天演讲的重点——商业道德。

商业道德这个名词我们并不陌生，可是又有多少人真正去思考过背后的涵义呢？百度是这样解释商业道德的。“所谓社会主义商业道德，就是在社会主义制度下，人们在从事商品生产和商品营销等各类活动中，所应遵循并被全行业普遍认同的道德准则和行为规范。”请注意，商业道德是一种“准则”、“规范”，它虽不是法律条令，但它是整个行业所共同认可的、关乎整个行业利益的规则，不可轻易逾越。它的根基，是来自于我们心中的那一份良知，来自我们心中坚定的信仰。

遵守商业道德的重要性不可置疑。可以肯定的是，市场经济的良性运行必须依赖于全社会一定的道德水准。失去市场伦理，没有商业道德，我们的市场经济很有可能会面临秩序紊乱的危险。茅于轼教授认为中国市场经济的前景最终取决于中国人的道德前景，对此我深表认同。

那么我国现在的经济道德状况究竟如何呢？事实上，并不乐观。著名经济学者郎咸平教授在其著作中，曾这样写道：“从大环境讲，改革开放30年来，无疑我们在经济发展方面取得了巨大的成就，可经济发展同时也带来了负面影响，其中非常重要的一点就是社会风气堕落了。”社会风气堕落，在经济上的体现，就是商业道德的缺失。从早前的“苏丹红”、“三聚氰胺”事件到后来的“瘦肉精”、“地沟油”、“毒胶囊”事件等等等等，一次次挑战消费者的底线。商业道德缺失的例子到处都是，这不禁让我感到心寒。若再不整治，恐怕整个社会将动荡不安。

俗话说：无风不起浪。那么商业道德缺失的根源究竟在何处呢？最根本的，恐怕是我们信仰的缺失，教育的缺失。应试教育过于注重考试，却忽视了道德教育。我们有《三字经》，有《弟子规》，却并没有深入我们的大脑。正因为信仰的缺失，物质主义、拜金主义等腐朽思想便趁虚而入，肆无忌惮。

还有，我们的法律制度是完善了，但是司法部门的执法力度不够，政府打击商业犯罪力度不强。像之前的百度文库侵权案。百度没有经过原作者的同意，就私自将他们的作品摆上了文库。百度被告上法庭后，法院判决百度赔偿韩寒、慕容雪村等作家共14.5万。但我个人认为这个判决太轻，小小的14.5万对像百度这样的大网站算得了什么呢？

虽然知道了问题的根源，但事情并不好解决。因为我们面临的，是复杂的中国市场经济体制改革的大问题，并没有那么简单。

想要治本，最重要的还是在于教育。生产商需要教育，教育他们应该有责任感；企业员工应该教育，教育他们要有职业精神；消费者需要教育，教育他们要懂得保护自己的权益。但教育又是一种长期效应的东西，短时间是体现不了的。所以，还需要政府、司法部门的监管。

北科大经管学院教授赵晓先生曾这样说道：“好的市场经济，并不在于有无市场、有无交易，甚至不在于有无完美的市场法律，而在于有无健全的市场伦理的支撑。”社会主义市场经济，不只是商品经济，更是诚信经济、道德经济。

商业道德建设刻不容缓。虽然前进之路困难重重，但我相信终有一天我国的经济秩序将会更加良好，市场经济将会更加完善。
