一学期结束了,对这一学年度的教学工作,每个教师都有各自的教学方式,每个老师都会作下工作总结,为了更方便今后进行教学工作,特总结如下:

一学期的英语教学工作即将结束,其间我不断地思考着如何提高整个班级学生的学习成绩,如何拔高优生,如何提高差生等等问题。总结归纳有两个问题至关重要:一,原有的英语基础和学习英语的习惯都较差,这大大影响了初中英语的学习习惯;二,优生与后进生之间差距较大所造成的学生接受能力参差不齐,对班级授课的质量有一定程度的影响。因此,我从学生实际出发,遵循教学规律,抓课堂教学的同时也下更大的力度于学生的个别辅导上。另外,在教学实践中,我想方设法帮助学生学会学习,以激发和保持学习动力,培养学生的自学能力,培养良好的学习习惯,把优化课堂教学当成教育的主渠道,尽最大可能为学生创造运用英语的情景,指导学生积极地运用语言,在学中用,在用中学。

一、强化课堂教学交际化运用

⑴课前会话。每堂课前安排几分钟左右时间进行会话:有值日生汇报、自我介绍、家庭情况、谈论天气以及熟悉的歌星、影星和运动员等。让学生自由用英语交谈,允许学生模仿课文内容适当增减,自由发挥。也可以根据课文内容,通过问答形式作简要的复述。由单一的讨论内容过渡到综合内容,把几个不同内容的话题串联起来,既复习旧知识,又开发了学生的求知欲。还特别注意,轮到中差生会话时,鼓励他们大胆实践,有点滴进步就给予表扬肯定,以增强他们的自信心。

⑵注重语感教学。加强听说训练,努力做到视、听、说同步,培养学习兴趣。每篇课文的生词、句型和文章都是朗读的好材料。要注意创造情景,让学生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的语感,显示不同的语言心理。同样,语调的不同,重音的移动,也体现了说话者不同的心理状态。经过训练,学生在以后朗读中也就注意了正确使用语音、语调和重读、弱读及升调,朗读也会绘声绘色,津津有味了,课堂上学生们兴趣盎然,学习积极性也大大提高了。

⑶对话使用,角色表演。结合课文内容,每教一个情景句型,让学生用当天所学的,到讲台前来表演。如学到 Family Tree这课,我告诉学生都带一张“全家福”照片,根据自己的全家福来用英语介绍。有能力的学生在根据实际情况在黑板上画出图表。整个课堂就是欢乐的海洋,在热烈的气氛中学生们学会并运用所学单词和句型,提高了运用语言交际的能力。

⑷运用直观教具为了进一步激发学生学习兴趣。我充分利用多媒体,图片、图表及实物、录音机等现代化教学手段及教具,生动形象地开展教学和交际活动。利用实物和图片教单词,学生能更好地记住词义,并能反复利用它们复习,其趣味性、直观性较强。例如,在学习Would you like to go for a picnic? 这一课时,我联系实际让学生们模仿课文内容,假设我们班周末要到黄河游览区去野炊,让大家考虑各项事宜,MAKE A PICNIC PLAN,而且用学生们自制的电话用英语打电话邀请朋友们来参加,以次来操练电话用语,学生们积极性很高,很负责任的制定计划,很快熟悉电话用语的特殊之处。一堂课学生们在快乐中学习,又在快乐中结束了。学生们经常会说,啊?下课了呀!

二、注意课堂容量,狠抓后进生的掌握情况

一方面突出知识重点,狠抓基础,一方面面向全体学生,注意容量,把握节奏,备课先备人,平时注意了解和分析每个学生的具体实际情况,因材施教,有的防矢,合理安排好40分钟教学内容和进程,课堂上,让每个学生都参与学习活动,学生实践面较广并在同一水平基础上对内容从多视角理解,多角度开展操练运用,即在互相理解的基础上从听、说、读、写不同角度展开,在教学“时态”这个既是重点也是难点时,自始至终利用多媒体的引导,设置不同的情景,在情景中进行教学,学生们不知不觉地学习了知识,突出了时间状态和不同的谓语动词,让学生练习理解运用,并设疑释疑、解惑,让学生积极思考,改变过去以教师为中心,满堂灌的状态,利用现代化教学手段,走出一支粉笔盒满黑板的例句的教学模式。形象的教学手段和彩色的多媒体教学手段使教学走向希望。

三、温故知新,注重课下辅导

注意在课堂上经常复现旧知识,让学生反复操练,由易而顺利地完成一个个学习目标。具体方法是:学习—复习—再复习。复习时做到系统性、针对性、综合性。用以前学过的词语操练新句型或已学过的句式学习新单词。每堂课有它本身的教学难点,而每个学生也有不同的学习难点,所以,在自习课上,针对每个学生的薄弱环节进行课下辅导。国际音标是初中学生教学的基础知识,学生感到拼读困难,针对这一个问题,我将英语的音标知识动画片每一堂课前都放上几分钟,既有趣又反复的复习了音标,效果很好。

四、当堂巩固,注重反馈

教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用,要以学生的参与程度和教学评价的得失作为课堂教学成功与否的尺度,所以,在学生经过一段学习活动后,让学生自己进行归纳分析,然后教师以鼓励表扬为主,满腔热情帮助学生,及时处理反馈信息,当堂巩固,如果时间许可的话,还可引导学生对一些易出错的地方,如人称变化,谓语动词的形式变化、某些习惯表达的异同进行归纳分析,让学生学有所得。

五、注意培养自学能力

“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔”教是为了学生的“学”,是要让学生“会学”。因此,我重视对学生的课外学习的指导,帮助他们养成良好学习习惯和自学能力。

⑴早读课,每天两名学生领着同学们坚持听课文录音,加强听力训练,让学生模仿地地道的英美人语音、语调。

⑵指导学生订出学习英语长期计划和短期安排,每天坚持搞好课前预习,我给每一位学生家长一封信,讲明我的想法和做法,发动家长帮助督促实施。

⑶搞好课外阅读,对一些有自学能力的学生,给一些课外读物来扩展他们的指示视野。每周两遍日记,给他们面批一次,持之以恒。

⑷强调作业的独立完成,培养学生克服困难的意志。帮助学生认识到,做作业实际上是新旧知识的运用过程,一定要养成自觉独立完成作业的习惯。

1. thank 感谢

thank 可作动词,也可作名词,它的形容词形式是thankful。

thanks to 由于,幸亏;thanks sb./thanks for help 为某事而感谢某人。例如:

2. one 一;一个

one可作基数词,也可作代词,它的序数词为first, 意为“第一”。例如:

I dont like blue socks. Please give me white ones. 我不喜欢蓝色的袜子,请给我一些白色的袜子。

【注】one 可用来代替上文提到过的一个人或物, 如果是两个或两个以上可数的人或物,用ones代替。

【注】one与it的区别:one指同类中不确定的一个事物;it指上文提到同一个事物。例如:

—Do you have a red pencil? 你有红色铅笔吗?

—No, I have a green ______. 没有,我只有一只蓝色的。(one)

3. family 家;家庭

family 意为“家;家庭”。作“家庭”讲时被看做一个整体,表示单数概念;作“家人”讲时,表示复数概念。例如:

Here is my family photo. 这是我的家庭照片。

根据汉语意思完成句子。

【注】 home, house, family 这三个词都有“家”的意思,但是含义上有所不同:

home 指家庭成员在一起生活居住的地方,意为“家;家乡;本国”。例如:

His home is in Hunan. 他的家乡在湖南。

house 主要指建筑物,意为“住宅;房子”。例如:

New houses are going up everywhere. 到处都在修建新房子。

family 指家中成员或子女,如父母、子女、妻子、丈夫、兄妹等,一般不涉及房屋。例如:

How many people are there in Simons family? 在西门的家里有多少口人?

4. take 拿走;带走

take ... to ...意为 “拿去;带走”,指把某物(人)从说话处带到别处,它与bring所表示的地方相反;bring ... to ...意为“带来; 拿来”,指把某物(人)从别处带到说话人所在的地方;carry“提;拿”,不强调方向性,但有负重之意;get “拿来;取来”,与fetch同义,指先到别处去再把某物(人)带来,常用在口语中,强调的动作的往返。例如:

5. some与any

some 意思是“一些;有些”,常用于肯定句中作主语、宾语或定语。作定语时,它可以修饰可数名词,也可以修饰不可数名词。例如:

He wants some water. 他需要一些水。

Some students are playing soccer. 一些学生在踢足球。

some 还可以用于表示请求的疑问句中。例如:

Can I have some meat? 我可以吃点肉吗?

any 意思是“一些;有些”,常用于否定句和疑问句中,也可以用在条件状语从句中,作

定语时,它可以修饰所有的名词。例如:

Do you have any paper? 你带有纸吗?

There arent any cars on the road. 在路上没有什么车了。

此外,any 也可用于肯定句,这时它的意思是“任何”,而不是“一些”。例如:

Any man knows that. 任何人都知道那事。

6. sound 听起来

sound 在句中作感官动词,意为“听起来”,后接形容词作表语;sound like 后接名词或代词,意为“听起来好像……”。

2009-2010学年度七年级上学期语文教学工作总结

这学期我担任七年级语文教学。因此,我对教学工作,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向他人学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况总结。

一、备课 教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。因此我在讲课的时候,不是照本宣科地讲授,而是认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。有时准备好的录象带,让学生观摩学习,学生特别用功,教学效果十分理想。与此可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。

二、培养学习兴趣 语文是一门工具学科,对学生而言,既熟悉又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好语文,就要让学生喜爱语文,让他们对语文产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是尽量多讲一些文化生活故事,让他们更了解语文,更喜欢学习语文。因为只有语文水平提高,他们才能提高同学们的语文写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

三、用全新的教育教学理念,改革课堂教学

从参加新教材培训到实施课程改革以来,我反复学习有关的教育教学理论,深刻领会新课标精神,认真反思自身教学实际,研究学生,探究教法,逐步树立起以学生的终身发展为目的的教学思想,树立起以教师为主导学生为主体的新的教学理念,在教学实践中积极探索焕发语文课堂活力,四、用生动灵活的教学方式,焕发课堂活力

应试教学课堂围绕知识目标而展开,忽视了学生创新的动机、兴趣、情感、意志,新课标要求我们建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,激活学生好奇心,探究欲,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,采用整体感知――

合作探究――反思质疑――拓展延伸的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学。这样教学,课堂上感受到的是一种亲切、和谐、活跃的气氛。学生的个性得到充分的展现与培养。学生的整体素质有了质的提高,语文课堂真正焕发出它应有的活力。

时光如白驹过隙,一学期在忙忙碌碌中戛然而止。回顾本学期的教学工作,感觉收获与遗憾齐飞,欣慰共迷茫一色。为了更好地指导今后的教学工作,有效弥补教学中的缺憾,我特在此对本学期工作做详细总结。

从期末成绩来看,七一班得益于班主任效应,明显好于七二班。从平时课堂氛围来看,七一班学生整体表现积极踊跃,思维敏捷,而七二班的孩子整体比较沉默。从学习态度来看,七一班优于七二班,表现为作业完成质量高,背诵任务完成快。七二班的特点是两级分化比较严重,女生整体不错,但是男生普遍较差。这样的差别让我不得不重新审视自己的教学。仔细思虑,我以为有几点可以继续发扬:

一.用自己良好的状态感染学生。始终精神饱满,激情四射。始终保持幽默乐观的个性,与学生民主、平等交流,视学生的进步为己任。

二.学生是学习的主体。教师不仅要关注自己的教,更要关注学生的学。包括学生学习的状态、上课的反应、学习的方法等等。发现任何一方面的端倪,就要立刻调整教学方法或顺序,以满足不同层次学生的学习需求。

三.及时的跟踪反馈不能丢。从平时作业的布置批改、《学习之友》的讲解、听写背诵任务的完成、单元小测试等等,都要细致入微,不能放松。四.有效的复习可以让学习效果事半功倍。教师要对历年来的考点做到心中有数,明确每一册书、每一单元的考试重、难点,然后进行有针对性地训练。题目设置不在多,而在精。力求不把成绩的取得建立在学生巨大的课业负担之上。

五.发挥信息技术对课堂的支撑作用,让师生互动更顺畅。凡事只要去积极地尝试,就会发现它并没有之前想的那么难。因为两次晒课的原因,我学会了西沃白板的操作,并在平时的教学中,进行了恰如其分的使用。白板当中各种有趣的课堂活动,让英语选择题做起来不再那么枯燥;白板的拖拽功能,让学生参与课堂活动的可能性无限增大;白板中的计时器小工具,让课堂活动因为有了时间限制而具有了挑战的乐趣;白板中的视频、音频功能,帮助教师创设了真实、富有趣味性的情境,让英语知识的学习变得更加生动而且生活化,极大地调动了学生学习英语积极性;白板的蒙层功能,帮助教师创设了丰富的具有信息差的活动,学生思维的灵活度、深度、广度等品质因此得以被培养;西沃白板助手的拍照上传功能,让作业的反馈更及时、高效。白板的功能还有很多,篇幅有限,故不在此赘述,我还要继续钻研,让信息技术与课堂教学有效整合,力争进一步提高教育教学质量。

说完了优点,我来总结本学期做得不到位的地方。以此为镜,让它照亮我今后的教学之路。

一.对于七二班的学生,特别是男生,我关注不够。自我感觉他们升学的希望不大,故而疏于对他们进行严格督促。下一学期,我会从平时的一点一滴认真抓起,将听写、作业完成等常规落到实处。不怕他们学得慢,相信日积月累,必有收获。

二.在教学目标的设定上,梯度不够,对一部分后进学生的学习需求度关注不够。有悖于关注全体学生的初衷。在今后的教学中,我会尝试设置不同梯度的学习目标,让每一个孩子都能有所得。

三.从考试反应出学生语言综合应用能力较弱,最明显的表现就是阅读理解题得分不理想。除了阅读课要渗透阅读技能外,课后的限时训练不可少。毕竟,没有一定的阅读量做保障,阅读技能地提高便无从谈起。

紧张而忙碌的一年教学工作即将结束,回顾这一年,感觉特别充实。这一年让我更加认识到一份耕耘一份收获。我勤勤恳恳,扎扎实实,脚踏实地地做好一个教师的本职工作,认真完成学校领导交给我的任务,虚心向各位老教师和优秀教师学习先进的教学经验,并注意不断阅读有关教育教学理念和实践的书籍,充实自我。

七年级学生大多数是13、14岁的少年,处于人生长身体、长知识的阶段,他们好奇、热情、活泼、各方面都朝气蓬勃;但是他们的自制力却很差,注意力也不集中。总之,七年级学生处于半幼稚、半成熟阶段,掌握其规律教学,更应善于引导,使他们旺盛的精力,强烈的好奇化为强烈的求知欲望和认真学习的精神,变被动学习为主动自觉学习。下面我谈谈这一学期来我对七年级生物的几点体会:

一、思想方面

积极参加政治学习,关心国家大事,拥护党的各项方针政策,遵守劳动纪律,团结同志,热心帮助同志;工作认真负责,关心学生,爱护学生,为人师表,有奉献精神。

二、教学工作

三、个人学习

坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,使我明确了怎样的课堂才是有效的课堂。坚持参加教研活动,认真与老教师们备课,吸取他们的长处,改正自己的不足之处。

积极学习各种教育理论,以充实自己,以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导,更好地进行教育教学。我还利用业余时间认真学习电脑知识,学习制作多媒体课件,为教学服务。为学生服务。

四、取得的成绩

回顾过去的一年,我所任教的七年(5)班,取得了不错的成绩,学生的知识也得到了相应的提高。

五、努力方向

1、加强自身基本功的训练,不断提高自己的教学水平和教学能力。

2、争取让自己所带的孩子成绩都得到提高。

3、在自己的教学经验总结方面还得加油。

在这一学期中,取得了一定的成绩也发现了一些自身的不足,争取在下一学期的工作中能够使自己得到进一步进步和完善。

本人本学期继续担任龙门中学七年级语文教学工作。不觉间,一学期结束了。回顾本学期自己在七年级语文教学中所走过的路,感慨良多。虽然学生在期末考试中取得了一定的成绩,但缺点和不足更是不容回避的,现将本学期工作总结如下:

一、教学目标完成情况:

在本学期七年级语文教学中,本人依据开学初制定的教学计划及质量目标,和学生一道经过一个学期的努力,大多数学生掌握了一定的语文学习方法和技巧,情感上得到了熏陶,思想上有了很大的进步,成绩也有了相应提高,但总体成绩仍然很不理想。主要原因是本届学生自入学来语文基础普遍很差,两极分化严重,优差分化更为明显。本次期末考试,本班参考44人,及格44人,及格率不到100%,优秀5人,优秀率11%,人均分72.4。就试题整体情况来看,学生成绩普遍偏低。对此,本人深感任务之艰巨,责任之重大。

二、课堂教学方面

本学期,本人始终坚持认真提前备课,不但备教材并根据学生特点因材施教。上课时认真讲授,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,培养学生有举一反三的能力。培养学困生的学习兴趣,教学方法力求受到学生的喜爱,能够和学生积极的融合在一起,教学任务顺利完成,学生的学习效果比较理想。

同时,本人还利用早自习时间对学生进行背诵指导,并进行了听写和默写。让他们对古诗文熟练掌握并强化训练。通过午休时间对学困生进行辅导,耐心讲解,及时查缺补漏。

学生的作业做到了认真及时批改,依据学生的自身情况,有区别的书写评语,认真书写评语,使学生在评语中可以知道自己的不足,帮助他们树立学习的自信心,端正学习态度,明确学习目标。

三、个人提高方面

1.业务方面:本学期内,本人积极参加学校组织的各项活动,定期或不定期听取学科领导和专业导师和相关学科教师的课共27节,以学习他们好的教学经验。同时按照学校要求,利用闲暇之际坚持强化“三字一话”,尤其是粉笔字书写的练习。

2、读书方面:我利用课余时间进行了自我充电,更新教学观念,树立课堂效率意识,向课堂45分钟要质量。每天确保了半小时到一小时的读书时间。按照学校要求定期撰写学习笔记;研读了教育刊物;保证了读书的效果,并学以致用。本学期阅读的书目如下:《做最好的老师》(李镇西)、《给教师的100条新建议》、《尽心就是完美》、《爱心与教育》、《细节决定成败》、《教育学》、《有效教学的基本功》、《中小学语文教学大纲》。

3.培训方面:在本学期开学前,本人提前四天到校,积极认真参与县教育局组织的继续教育培训。本学期十月份,又参与了学校要求的网络研修培训。培训过程中,本人时刻坚持认真听课,认真笔记,积极思考,踊跃交流。取得了极大收获,得到诸多肯定。

四、正视自我,明确今后努力方向

本次期末考试,七年级语文成绩虽然较好,但学生整体素质仍然存在很大差距,本人认真进行了反思,原因主要有以下几个方面:

1、在部分课堂教学中为了充分调动学生学习积极性,尝试杜郎口教学模式,对学生基础知识的训练不够,致使课堂教学效率不高;

2、对知识点的检查落实不到位;

3、对差生的说服教育缺乏力度,虽然也抓了差生,但没有时时抓在手上。

4、教学中投入虽然投入很多,但对学生和教材依旧缺乏深入的挖掘和研究。

针对以上情况,下学期本人的改进措施如下:

1、进一步加强对新课改的认识,在推广先进教学方法、利用多媒体调动学生学习积极性的同时,努力提高课堂教学的效率。

2、狠抓对学生作业的检查,落实对知识点的掌握。将差生时时放在心上,抓在手上;

3、加强学生的阅读训练,开阔学生的视野,拓宽学生思路,提高学生解决问题的能力;

4、采取措施,加强训练,落实知识点。培养大语文教学观念。
