1、用Word 2002虽能标注正确的拼音，但对多音字往往只能有一个默认读音，有时默认的拼音是错误的，如给“呆板”二字注音为例，正确读音为“ái bǎn”，但“拼音指南”标注的拼音却是“dāi bǎn”，改起来不方便；

2、在语文试卷中，有时我们要故意输入错误的拼音让学生辨别正误，如何实现？

3、对于大批量输入汉语拼音仍然不方便，比如要打出一篇拼音短文。

针对以上问题，我找到了两种解决方案补充如下，希望对给大家的工作带来便利，

1、关于更改默认拼音和故意输入错误拼音的简便方法

以“呆板”二字为例，先输入“捱呆板”三个字，选中后单击菜单“格式→中文版式→拼音指南”，在打开的“拼音指南”窗口中，选中“捱”的拼音，按组合键“Ctrl+c”复制，将光标移动到“呆”字后边，按下组合键“Ctrl+v”粘贴，则“ái”会将“dāi ”覆盖掉。单击确定退出，然后将“捱”字删除即可实现目标。

如此，我想故意给汉字标注错误拼音的办法，不再叙述大家也该会了吧？

2、对于长篇输入汉语拼音的问题

由于Word 2002注音每次只能选中50个汉字，某些语文教师感到不能满足需要。我找到的解决办法是利用自然码来实现。

尊敬的各位老师，同学们： 大家好！（鞠躬）我是清莱府美赛光明华侨公学的陶艳艳。今天我演讲的题目是《学好中国话，朋友遍天下》。

中国话就是汉语。它是历史最悠久的语言，是世界上最广泛、最有活力的语言。通过几年的汉语学习，让我明白了许多做人的道理，也带给我了许多的意想不到的收获和快乐！近几年，泰国兴起了的“汉语热”。在诗琳通公主的影响下，全泰国也已经有上千所学校开设了汉语课程。作为学生，我也是“汉语热”的受益者。记得上汉语课的第一天，老师问起我们为什么学习汉语时，得到的回答可谓五花八门。我认为汉语很美。在我看来，汉语的每一个字都是一幅画，每一个句子都是一段乐曲。” 它开启了通向未知的世界一扇窗，通往未来的一条路。

我所生长的城市是清莱美赛，那是一个边陲小镇，那里有着迷人的自然风光，也有多个国家，多个民族的人们在那里生活。我在那里的光明华侨公学读汉语。在学校里，我结识了不少好朋友，有的是土生土长的泰国学生，有的是中国华侨的后裔，有的是缅甸人的孩子，还有的是来自中国的汉语老师。大家为了一个共同的目标——学习汉语走到了一起。我们一起学习，一起游戏，一起成长。我因此有了很多来自不同国家，不同民族，有着不同文化背景的好朋友。汉语，使我拥有更多。我曾经参观过清莱的皇太后大学，那里有不少大学生会说汉语，而且说的标准、流利。

作为一个新老师来说，经验的匮乏和缺少实践经历是最大的难题，这也时常让我深感困惑，肩上的压力着实不小。特别像我是从小学转入到中学工作，面对一群大孩子时感到十分茫然。当获悉延安中学为我们这些新教师安排了师徒带教时，我感到非常高兴，也非常珍惜这次难能可贵的机会。从中让我感受到了各界领导，师长对我们年轻老师的关心，也愈加激励了我，让我加倍投入地做好我的工作。

上一学期开始，我担任了预备4班的副班主任工作，由白梅老师担任我的德育带教。初次见到白梅老师，她就与我聊了不少，她那平实的语言，听起来倍感亲切。在之后的交流中，她分别就学校班级的日常规范，如何管理班级，如何针对不同的学生展开个性化的教育等等与我交流探讨，她还经常与我分享了自己以前的带班经历。与那些泛泛而谈的空洞说教不同的是，她还给了我许多丰富的教学实例，甚至连自己在刚当老师时的失败与挫折都毫不避讳，我从中也获益了不少。这半年来的带教，的确让我学到了许多，更加速了我的成长。

白老师曾告诉我：班级是学校的最小分子，学校各部门一切与学生相关的事情都是以班级为单位进行处理，班级的正常运作与否直接影响学校的发展，因此，班主任工作的重要性不言而喻。

众所周知，班主任的工作量是非常之大的，为了帮助我尽快提高，尽管白老师本身的教学工作十分繁重，但她还是利用课余时间来帮助我了解学校下发的 “班主任职责”和“班主任工作一日常规”，了解学校对班主任老师的要求和每天的工作流程，及每步工作要注意的事

项。其中特别是对“班主任工作一日常规”进行了细致的学习，为了帮助我更好地将学到的工作要求落实在日常班级管理中。她还教我要学习现代教育理论，阅读德育书籍，并利用课余时间与我交流阅读心得。一学期以来，我的师德修养有了明显提高，对班主任的工作意义和内涵也有了深入的理解。

在接手预备4班后，由于刚开始对班级的每位学生还不了解，于是白老师在与我平时的交流中，我们的话题常常围绕每位学生的特点展开，每天她都会抽空与我一起讨论如何按照学生特点来管理学生。在对班级的管理工作中，白老师一条经验是： “有规矩，成方圆”。班级管理制度要严，执行要有始有终。在班级管理方面，她给我提了许多宝贵的经验，给了我很大的帮助。

在选拔、培养骨干班委的工作中，白老师一贯坚持“广开言路”，而反对独断专横；主张“全面评价学生”，反对“一点定论”（例如：反对成绩不好的一律不准担任班委干部的做法）。在竞选班干部的时候，班级里曾有一名上课纪律不好，非常喜欢插嘴说话的男生要参与竞选，但白老师没有任何的犹豫，虽然他的票数不高，但白老师毅然决定给他这次机会参与竞选，并当上了副干部。事后我问了白老师，白老师告诉我：作为一位教育工作者，特别是班主任，不应该歧视、抛弃他们，而是需要更多的爱心和热情做好细致的工作，促使他们的转化。果然，在后来的课堂中，该男生以身作则带领全班同学，不再经常插嘴说话了，表现十分良好，课堂纪律也有了很大的提高。

为了增强学生间的感情，调动他们的兴趣，本学期预备班的活动有许多，如：主题班会、英语节的合唱表演等等，每次活动，白老师都会事先给予我一定的指导，并在一旁积极的配合我。如上学期的英语合唱节，白老师在每次排练的时候都会来配合我一起训练及管理班级，还会帮助我来纠正学生的英语读音。为了扩大学生的视野，增加他们的团队合作能力，在上一学期学校还开展了阅读领航活动，给予了同学们自主研究自主学习的大好机会，让学生踏上社会去接触了解社会。虽然本学期的阅读领航我带的班级不是4班，但每次阅读领航之前，白老师总会找机会提醒我有关社会实践要注意的点滴与事项。每次活动结束也总会抽时间与我总结实践活动的心得。

如果说社会是个赛场，那班主任绝对是个全能型选手，她既是台前领导者，领导着学生朝正确的方向前进，又是幕后工作人员，琐事最多，每天最早到校最晚离开。她既是导演，指挥着班级个部门有条不紊的进行，又是演员，要应对每个不同学生与家长和他们沟通交流。

在白老师的带教下，我的收获颇多，我深深记得白老师的话：要想成为一位好的老师，前三年非常关键。我会好好地把握眼前每一次的学习机会。感谢白老师，让我能够在这短短半年中，收获了如此多。但是这还远远不够，我知道未来的路还很长，我会将白老师的话记在心间，总结经验教训。要使自己能在最快的时间内成长起来，首先 ：我会加倍做好自己的教学工作,作为一名音乐教师,在教学上我要更加精益求精,在有限的时间内将知识点准确地传授。其次：作为一名副班主任，我要利用自己年轻的优势, 更好地与学生沟通,成为学生的朋友，将白老师传授的经验发挥出实际的功效，做好家校互动，关爱每一个孩子，与孩子们共成长齐进步，将班级管理得更好！

当班主任工作很累，当好的班主任更累，而要当好延安中学的班主任更是累上加累，这需要付出很多的心血。每个星期班主任总有开不完的会说不完的事，每次活动总能见到各个班主任辛劳的背影。在这么高强度高压力的工作下师傅们还要来带领我们这些新老师，我觉得非常感激，在此我要向各位师傅，特别是我的师傅白老师说一声谢谢！
