该课是谢老师选修课程《跟小品学语文》中的一节课,属知识拓展类课程。在教学内容上,谢老师将“陡转”定为这节课的主要任务。其课堂按小品视频———陡转表现———概念内涵———推进深化———写作训练的程序展开,主线明显。考察其教学,笔者觉得选修课的课堂应该具备以下四个特点。
一、趣味性
之所以把这个特性列为第一条,是因为这是决定课程有没有必要存在的首要因素。必修课程因为其课程的性质,具有规定性与强制性,每个学生不管主观意愿如何,必须参加。而选修课程则不然,如果缺少相应的趣味,吸引不了学生参加,该课程就无法存活,也就没有了相应的价值。相反,有了趣味,学生可以在趣味的引导下投入而高效地学习,课程也就有了课堂坚实的根基。谢老师在这点上做得非常成功,其选择的语料《昨天·今天·明天》是小品的经典,赵本山与宋丹丹的打扮、表演,崔永元的适时穿插,乐队的巧妙配合,使得现场观众爆出一阵阵笑声;纪晓岚的祝寿词属波浪式的陡转诗,让与会者的心绪就像坐了回过山车,活画出了纪晓岚的幽默和智慧;《喜乐街》的陡转是发生在导演的命令之下,考验的主要是应变能力和表演能力,有很强的喜剧效果;《扶不扶》除了令人发笑的幽默之外,更有一种对社会现象(问题)的批判,令人深思,是一种含泪的笑……众多典型的材料,给人欢笑的同时,也引人深思,别具一种趣味性,整个课堂紧紧吸引了学生的注意力。
二、拓展性
选修课程作为必修课程的拓展,注定了其需要在必修的基础上,从多个维度加以拓展,让学生开阔视野,加深对事物的认识。这种拓展应该包括认知的拓展、思维的拓展、审美的拓展等。谢老师在这方面下足了功夫。
1. 认知的拓展
学生看完小品片断《昨天·今天·明天》,笑得前仰后合,但这种笑仅停留在感性层面。谢老师很自然地引导学生探究“笑的原因”,将学生的目光引向两个片断。

学生经过细细品味,明白了引人发笑的原因所在:当人们顺着小品思路往前走的时候,表演者突然突破观众的心理预期,产生陡转,出人意料,这种状况如奇峰突起,给人以一种全新的快感。而这,正是陡转要义所在。这样的安排,让学生由感性到理性,对陡转有了一个相对清晰的认识。
2. 思维的拓展
在必修课堂上,学生的思维更多表现为直觉与灵感,并有一定成分的联想与想象。作为选修课,需要在前两者的基础上,作些必要的深化与拓展。这方面,谢老师的课堂较为突出地注意了学生思维的辨识与批判上。同样是幽默小品,谢老师着重让学生探讨了《喜乐街》与《扶不扶》的不同点。在激烈的质疑、讨论、交流中,学生逐渐明白:《喜乐街》陡转(反转)的方法贯穿始终,但只是导演控制下的表演者应变能力和表演能力的考验,其陡转的频频运用,只是为了造成意外,产生幽默效果;而《扶不扶》不同,除了令人发笑的幽默之外,更有一种对社会现象(问题)的批判,令人深思。相比之下,这个小品的陡转更深刻,更有内涵。换言之,两个小品同样使用陡转,同样都有出人意料之效果,但在内涵上,却有深浅之分。这种探讨,对学生思维的拓展与深化,有着非常积极的意义。
3. 审美的拓展
曾有教育研究者指出,中西方教育其中一个较为明显的差距是审美能力的培养。由于长期以来功利主义的盛行,我们的审美教育少得可怜,即使偶有涉及,也仅仅停留在体验与感悟阶段,这对学生的全面发展是非常不利的。选修课程在这方面应该有其较为广阔的施展天地。
谢老师的课堂在审美的品位与鉴赏上花了不少工夫。师生通过视频与文字的呈现,学生生活的回顾,课文内容的勾连,相关讨论的回忆,对不同形式的陡转做了美学意义上的品位与鉴赏,对陡转手法有了较深切的体验。同时,师生还总结出了陡转的几个关键词:意外、内涵、情理,这种审美的升华,是当下选修课中较为稀缺的。
三、探究性
理想的课堂,是教师创设一定的情境,引导学生主动参与课堂,运用科学的方法对问题进行思考、研究、交流,从中获得实践能力,获得思维发展,自主构建知识与能力体系的一种学习方式。综观谢老师的课堂,主要有三个版块的探究:概念的探究、内涵的探究、技法的探究。
概念的探究由小品《昨天·今天·明天》引出,其间学生谈了自己平常学习中的陡转运用,联系了课文中《破阵子·为陈同甫赋壮语以寄》与纪晓岚的祝寿诗,生活中清明节的《烧钱》等内容,通过求同思维,最后得出了“陡转”较为准确的概念。
内涵探究部分,教师播放了小品《喜乐街》与《扶不扶》片断,学生对两个视频进行了思索、研究、阐述,在交流中展开激烈的交锋,辨析了异同,得出了优秀小品不仅要让人发笑,还要让人在发笑之后留下深刻印象,这就是小品的内涵所在。
技法探究则结合写作进行。教师在课前发下一篇去掉结尾的小说《笔记》。大致的内容是:教授自我陶醉于自己“非常精彩”的上课,但有一个学生,却漫不经心地看窗外的一只蝴蝶。于是教授很生气,要这个学生把笔记本递给他。作文的要求是让学生根据前文相关暗示,续写150字以内的结尾。课堂上,老师要求学生讨论自己的续写,哪些用了陡转手法,哪些没有,如果现在修改,你会怎么修改。这是整个课堂的高潮部分,学生的答案异彩纷呈,在不断的碰撞中,学生在明白陡转内涵要求的基础上,还学到了陡转的一些技法,并尝试着运用到自己的写作实践中。这样,课堂的探究很好地实现了理解到内化的过程,实现了课堂质的飞跃。
四、综合性
只要是学习,必然伴随着知识的学习,这种知识包括主体性知识与非主体性知识。当然,就知识性比重来说,必修显然要超过选修。选修课对知识的序列要求相对淡化,这使得其课堂往往带有其他元素,体现出更浓的综合性。就这节课而言,从内容的选择看,有小品、有诗歌、有小说、有生活感悟;从媒介看,有视频的、有纸质的、有新媒体的(微信);从学习方式看,有研读、有对话、有探讨、有写作……整个课堂,打通了课内与课外,突破了时间与空间,形式灵活、内容厚实,较之必修课的中规中矩,显示了一种大开大合的大气与灵动,而这正是选修课堂综合性的优势所在。

“小品剧教学法”教学模式在具体实践中,主要由四个步骤构成,即“整合教材——创设情境——尽情表演——知识检测”。
教学步骤一:整合教材
小品剧剧本来自于教材,但又不拘泥于教材。通过它在教材基础上进行重新整合和创新,从而起到吸引学生、教育学生和更易于学生学习英语的作用。在重新整合教材时,首先要认真分析每课的知识点和整套书的知识网,熟悉教学目标和教学重难点。了解教学内容分清重难点是得以正确处理教学材料的前题,正如我们的常规教学一样,正确分析清楚教学内容是学好一节课的前题;其次初步选择情境主题编写剧本,拟定情境的主题及故事发展路线。突出的教学内容,体现学生的主体地位,让学生在学习小品剧和表演小品剧的过程中愉快地体验英语,有效率地学习英语。另外,针对教学内容选择或编写戏剧内容,要在学生所熟悉的范围内,应易于学生理解,故事情节要清晰化、简单化、有趣生生动化,这些因素都会直接影响到学生对小品剧的兴趣与课堂教学效果。最后,小品剧的语言要针对小学生的认知水平而进行适当调整,难度是否适中,长度是否恰当,语言要简洁,重点掌握的词句要多次重复。
笔者通过设置有趣的情景,把枯燥的对话编成有趣又教育意义的戏剧,在表演过程中,反复出现本课要掌握的句型。学生在表演的过程中,愉快地学习了本课的新知识。
教学步骤二:创设情境
创设小品剧相对应的剧情背景是引导学生进入角色的催化剂。在剧情背景的创设中,可以没有复杂的道具,没有美丽的背景,也可以没有华丽的装束,重要的是在课堂中学生自创的生活化的语言、激情大胆的表演和本课的重点知识,课堂中所有的东西都可以是课堂情境剧的表演资源。正是有了这个展现自我的平台,学生才能够在其中挖掘自己的潜力,充分训练学生的语言综合能力。
如在PEP 五年级下册Unit2 My Favourite Season.PartBLet's talk中重点让学生学习这些句型:What is your favourite season?Which season do you like best?Why do you like…? Because I can…笔者通过把讲台设置成一旅游公司的服务前台,学生是旅客,老师是导游,在课室的不同的角落贴上图片设置成不同的地点,带着“旅客”们开始了旅行社推出的国际旅行路线的旅游套餐。这是本次小品剧的剧情发展中的起因部分,剧情发展到高潮时是通过课件和道具呈现“旅客”们碰到了天外来客——外星人,然后和外星人一起去环球旅游,在旅游的过程中经历了四季的变更并操练要掌握的语言内容。在戏剧表演的过程中,调动了学生参与课堂教学的认识,学生由被动听转变成主动学,使全体学生都参加活动,培养合作精神,让每个学生都能学会,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习的独立性,突出了学生的主体地位。同时也培养了学生热爱自然,保护环境的美好情操。
教学步骤三:尽情表演
“小品剧教学法”围绕的是教学这个中心,主要以学生的参与为主,通过剧情表演把学生带到富于童话色彩或生活的英语学习世界。让学生在情景中操练英语,教师作为学生的“引导者”要从台前退到幕后,从“演员”转变为“导演”或“观众”,引导学生尽情表演。这样一来,教学的语言输出与输入才可以达到平衡,学生掌握的语言技能才能得以锻炼、发挥和巩固,充分培养学生的语言综合能力。如在PEP 五年级下册Unit 3 My birthday Part BLet's talk中教学的重点是:Who has a birthday in ……?Me.

笔者通过设定天鹅妈妈根据生日找孩子的剧情,让学生表演的过程中学习句型。在剧情呈现阶段,教师是演员,把生动有趣的故事表演出来,让学生在图片、老师的表情和身体语言等方面理解剧情。在学生对剧情初步认识时,教师带领学生一起表演这个小品剧,待学生对剧情有进一步的认识后,教师要从台前退到幕后,把课堂的自主权交给学生,让学生在表演中学习与他人合作,并在表演过程中学习目标语言。

英语戏剧小品表演大赛活动计划
一、活动宗旨
旨在营造全院浓厚的英语学习氛围,丰富同学们的课余文化生活,我们以英语短剧这种新颖的形式来增强同学们对英语学习的兴趣,充分发挥和提高同学们的英语口语水平,在轻松娱乐的气氛中体现英语的魅力。同时也能让同学们在舞台上充分展现自我,不断的进行自我超越。
二、活动时间、计划及流程
(一)日程安排:
10月8-9日:英语短剧大赛初步宣传
10月9号:通过学生科召集各班班长,说明比赛流程、奖项安排,确定联络方式。
10月16日—17日:各班参赛队递交剧目、演员名单和剧目,每个参赛队确定1名负责人(负责人不参与演出)并留下联系方式。
10月26 日:初赛,由学生会组织学生干部参加评选,选出4支队伍参加决赛。10月28日:张贴决赛海报。
10月30日:送出邀请函,邀请本学院领导,决赛嘉宾及评委等。
11月2日:决赛在我院学术报告厅113举行。
(二)评分标准
口语水平、表演水平、创意指数、感染力等。
(三)比赛规则
英文喜剧、悲剧等都可。每个参赛队表演时间为15至20分钟。
由评委老师打分,根据平均分数高低,确定一二三等奖及优秀奖。
第二部分 活动影响
本次英语短剧大赛面向外国语学院全院学生。为了使比赛的形式更加新颖,使更多的同学能够参与到比赛之中,真正体现此次比赛“贴近生活,寓教娱乐”的宗旨,我们给予他们一个完全自由发挥的空间,没有任何限制,并积极尽力的满足同学们提出的要求。本次决赛仍将尽力安排在我院多功能学术报告厅113,外国语学院“第二课堂”活动
在比赛中我们会穿插一些小游戏,令观众也能够互动起来,并邀请校新闻中心进行现场摄影。同时,我们将联合各个班级进行海报宣传。
决赛期间,我们将邀请我院相关专业教师进行指导,并作为评委对现场比赛情况进行评分。更好的将学生活动与社团活动联系起来。此次大赛还将邀请各大院系部分同学参加,其影响范围必定向其他各院系辐射。更使此活动展示出外院学生的风采,影响面更加广泛。

manson was our oral english teacher in the middle school. when he came to the classroom for the first time, the canadian man gave us a very deep impression: aged about 40, hook-nosed, brown hair, a little fat. he greeted us with a big toothy smile which sounded exaggerated. but we were all amused by his exaggerated smile.
his classes were fresh and interesting. in the course of teaching, he told us a lot about his strange merchant life in canada. he also described to us the picture of people crazily shopping during the christmas season. he often selected various unusual topics for us to discuss in class such as: will you marry or stay single in future? do you want to have a boyfriend or a girlfriend?
what would you do if it was the last day of the world? we were so interested in the topics that we all dared to speak the truth with different funny answers in class. this kind of communication aided much pleasure to our dull life. not infrequently, he organized us to perform role-play in class. we tasted much freshness when we played different roles. we all found that we had learned a lot from his classes.
manson often acted like a youngster. whenever he saw the boys playing football in the field, he would join them. he was not a good player, but he would try his best to perform well. he also practiced “taiji”----a traditional chinese exercise in his spare time. he even performed it in class occasionally, which resulted in a burst of laughter.
manson seemed to have no trouble in his life except for weight. he told us that he never stopped struggling to lose weight. one day when he entered the classroom, someone mentioned to him that he looked slimmer. "really?” he responded promptly, smiling with his shinning teeth. to confirm the truth, he stepped onto a chair and danced in a circle. he looked like a lovely panda at the moment. we all burst into laughter.
