(d)外汇账号的申办;

(e)公司外贸财务工作的准备;

(f)其它,如工厂与贸易公司之间的具体配合安排等

(公司品牌名称尽可能统一化)

第三:产品方面:必须明确产品在国际市场中的基本定位

(a)英文目录;

(b)产品图片;

(c)产品英文说明;

(d)产品的系列化和体系化。

2)推广(外贸业务拓展平台或渠道初步规划):

第一:调研了解同行业竞争对手的业务推广方式和渠道,吸取经验,减少正式起步阶段走弯路的可能;

第二:增加1个如阿里巴巴同水平的知名B2B电商平台;

第三:从长期发展的角度看,谷歌关键词付费推广需要从现在做起,实现公司知名度数据的长期沉淀,为外贸业务的长期发

展打基础,积蓄力量;

第四:在进行相关基础工作的同时,应提前寻找与产品匹配的专业性

行业展会。待相关基础工作完成,进入主攻业务阶段,可适时

参加展会,拓展外贸业务。

第五:前期准备,预计在基础工作完成后,可适时考虑针对不同国家

的市场,利用当地本土电商或搜索平台,进行产品推广。

3)外贸部人员配置预案:

第一:前期第一阶段,招聘约3名外贸业务人员,负责基础

开建工作并同时负责初期业务拓展任务;

第二:完成基础工作建设,并待外贸业务开发工作进入发展轨道后,可适时增加外贸部人员数量,细化外贸部工作职责分工,做到

专岗专责;

第三:根据公司规划和外贸发展情况,适时对外贸部及其工作进行调

整改进或扩大。

4)1~2年发展目标:(以下时间仅供预测参考)

第一:3-6个月内完成相关基础工作的建设,6-12个月内进行必要的 改进调整;

第二:1-3个月内为外贸部入职人员的适应学习期,2-6个月为外贸

部业务人员最艰难的业务拓展探索阶段;6-12个月为外

贸部外贸业务起步发展阶段,目标是实现一定的业绩目标,建

立业务基础,验证基础工作;

第三:12-18个月后,为外贸部业务初步完善并走向成熟阶段,此时

可适时考虑增加相关人员和业务拓展渠道等问题;

第四:关于具体业绩目标,暂无法做出数字化目标。但正常情况下第 一年业务员应实现业绩收入达到基本工资水平的70—100%

左右;次年应该至少在原有基础上提高50%-100%。

5)远期展望及初步规划:

第一:预计1-2年后,实现外贸部的成熟,外贸业务拓展的持续发展

提升;

第二:远期发展目标及规划是2-5年内,实现外贸部及其业务阶段性

跨越。具体暂无法做出,个人认为需要与公司整体发展、产品

等具体情况另行规划。

6)潜在风险预警:

第一:1-2年内的前期起步阶段,需要公司在财务、人员等方面做出

首先我们看看外贸客户和我们之间的关系,有些人可能会说不就是买卖关系吗,并不是这样的。由于立场和动机的不同,所以业务员和客户之间看似冲突不断,其实呢是相互依存的。

从业务员角度看,外贸客户关系具体又有哪些?

最基本的,外贸客户决定了你应该卖什么样的产品。在不断强调外贸客户群的今天,产品越来越跟着外贸客户走了,范围不断缩小,甚至到了客户要什么,我们卖什么。由此外贸客户必然成为了业务员选择产品的一个踏板,必须经过客户选择产品。

因此我们寻找外贸外贸客户的过程中呢,要注意不要只销售产品,还要注意客户信息的收集,并且做好客户的维护,争取从每个客户身上得到最多的信息,来及时调整自己的产品或者销售技巧。

再往深里讲,客户能帮你宣传。一个聪明的业务员,应该不单单把客户当成客户,更不能只做一锤子买卖。你产品的销量靠什么?熟练的销售技巧还是便宜的价格。这些和一个客户亲自的宣传是无法比拟的。要把外贸客户维系好,培养成你的“销售助理。”

如果一个外贸客户已经直接或者间接为你宣传产品了,那么你又会多出一群外贸客户。此时要注意客户的关系维护,也就是该客户介绍的客户,再介绍的客户,长此下去可以形成产品销售的弧形网络,这中间要区分客户的大小,根据大小来给予不同的关注。

从产品方面讲,外贸客户能够提出产品的改善意见。

产品好不好,只有用过的才知道。谁用的最多,自然是买的人。更重要的是从客户身上挖掘竞争对手的信息。

由此可见外贸客户对于业务员来说不仅仅是购买产品的人,更加是合作伙伴。

外贸业务员对待客户又该注意哪些技巧呢

第一,不要一味向客户认低;本着客户是上帝的原则但不能真把客户捧成上帝,要做到产品上客户听你的.第二,要和客户取得更深层次的关系;不要将自己和客户强行分开,要把客户当成你的一部分。在不欺骗客户的基础上,有的选择的让客户知晓一些必要信息。当然了,客户也是要经过选择的。

第三,管理好自己的心态;最终的结果是客户和你一起创造的,你不能一味只追求自己的利益,不要忽略客户单的感受和利益。你应该为主导,兼顾顾客,争取双方都有利。

业务员与外贸客户之间关系本来就多元化,大家已经习惯从单一方面去定义双方的关系,但是,如果想要从客户身上的到更多,必须认真对待客户关系。认清自身和客户的位置,在捻清双方的价值以及各自的收益,争取找到和谐共进的道路。

一、定期举办业务培训活动。

要通过培训和学习,有效提高保护区从业人员的业务素质,促进对保护区职业道德重要性的认识,增强保护区人员的使命感和责任感。新信息的不间断接收,新、旧理论知识和实际经验的归纳、融会贯通,形成较完整的知识体系,保护区人员的视野不断拓宽,全方位地提升保护区人员的思维能力,从而使保护区人员自觉遵循职业道德规范,提高综合素质,加强品德修养,保持良好的社会形象,要真正做到“诚信为本、操守为重、坚持准则”,客观真实地反映全县生态环境的保护情况。

二、积极举办各种竞赛活动。

年初,元江自然保护区管理局决定举行会计知识问答竞赛活动,局领导亲自抓,局长担任大赛组委会主任,对大赛

各个环节秉持客观、公正、严谨的态度,认真做好大赛各项组织协调工作,力保每个环节不出纰漏。要通过保护区知识问答竞赛,强调自然、保护区对自然环境健康运行的重要作用,要进一步促进保护区知识和法制意识的宣传和普及,提高自然保护区工作的社会影响,为全社会理解和配合自然保护区工作做出贡献。

三、开展“我为保护区发展献一策”为主题演讲比赛活动

为了大力弘扬爱岗敬业精神,培养职工良好的爱岗情怀,继承和发扬中华民族的传统美德,促使干部职工树立正确的道德观、价值观、人生观,促进良好风气的形成。今年,我局组织开展“我为保护区发展献一策”为主题演讲比赛活动。参加比赛的职工,要经过层层选拔推荐。通过比赛,要充分显示干部职工的才能和技巧。

通过开展丰富多彩的业务知识培训、业务技能竞赛、演讲比赛活动,要使干部职工成为业务上的能手,工作上的强手,领导的好帮手,并在理想信念教育上要有新起色,爱岗敬业上要有新突破,创建学习型单位上要有新进展。

第二步:我们自己内部的操作

当与客户落实定单后,一般情况是下生产计划.同时要跟进客户的定金(如果是T/T付款的时候),或者信用证(如果付款方式是L/C的时候)的状况.拿到客户单子的时候,就要仔细研究了,查看相关的产品信息(是否需要商检,是否需要办理出口许可证,是否需要预核签章等).如果需要办理以上的相关证件的,待发货的时候这些东西是必须准备好的,否则报不了关.这个怎么确定?

输入产品信息,查产品的H.S.编码,然后根据H.S.编码查该产品的监管条件.如果你对产品相当熟悉的话,这些是不用一一查阅的.哪些件要怎么样,这些你都是很清楚的.所以这个是需要时间来积累.第三步:单据准备,以便报关.如果需要商检的产品,办理商检之后就会取得:通关单/换证凭条.在本地报关,商检局会发通关单,在异地报关,则是换证凭条.对我们而言,所谓的异地,即是除了重庆以外的其他任何口岸.如果需要办理出口许可证的,提交相关单据之后,会取得出口许可证.所谓的预核签章,是以前对摩托车发动机零件的一种监管条件,现在取消了,即是说:不用办理预核签章了.取得以上相关证件之后,就将其于该票货的报关资料资料一起寄到货代指定的保关行.其他报关资料还包括 sales confirmation, commercial invoice, packing list.如果是零件的,报关的时候还需要detailed packing list.以及核销单,报关单和代理报关委托书.总结一下报关单据这一部分哈,报关单据如下:

1、出口许可证,2、通关单,3、sales confirmation,4、commercial invoice,5、packing list,6、detailed packing list,7、核销单,8、报关单,9、代理报关委托书。其中1、2、6在需要的情况下才办理,不需要的时候则没有这些单据。

同时还要注意,与准备单据平行进行的还有以下事宜:待货物基本备好的时候,应联系货代,传托书(货运委托书),以便于货代定仓,安排船期。

这就是报关前需要准备的事项。

报关后的事项:催货代寄回提单正本(一般是在报关后一个星期的样子,就可以问问货代什么时候把提单给你了)。同时准备客户单据(这个是根据客户的要求而定的)。

提单是不是退税用的?

退税的时候也需要提单,但只是复印件,是税务为了核实出口公司出的货是否属实。但提单的主要作用是客户提货用的。

那提单还需要用航空邮件寄给客户哦?嗯。

一般是退税之后再寄?不是的。是发货之后,只要你的所有客户单据都准备好了,就可以寄了。当然要及时寄,最晚要在货物快到对方港口前半个月寄。
