一、兴趣渐失, 心理准备不足

首先, 学习一门语言本来是一件让初学者饶有兴趣的事情, 因为好奇之心、求知之心人皆有之。但是, 事实却是学生在刚刚接触了一种新事物之后, 很多人却没有了进一步学习的兴趣, 甚至有了抵触情绪。究其原因, 是心理障碍让学生在学习刚刚起步的时候掉了队。具体说来, 有如下几个方面的因素:

接受外来语的心理准备不足。学习心理上来讲, 初中学生已经对母语的语言、语法、词汇已经烂熟于胸, 应用自如。而当他们接触一门与母语表达方式迥然不同的新语种时, 起初是好奇心理在驱使他们接触这种语言, 而当这种外来语与其母语的基本要素大有不同的时候, 比如在词汇记忆、句式要求、语法习惯、外来习俗等方面接受出现了困难, 最终使得最初的好奇心理逐渐褪去, 他们在深入接受“目的语”教育时势必会出现一种学习上的接受障碍, 而这种心理障碍往往就是决定学生学英语兴趣下降的主要原因。

1、这种心理障碍首先表现在语言之间思维转换的不适应:

⑴文字基本要素有差异, 心理上产生不适应感:汉语为方块字, 英语为拼音文字;汉语的字有四声, 英语有句调, 词与词之间有连读、失去爆破、辅音同化, 每一的单词有轻重音的要求等方面的问题。很多初学者常常是用学习汉语的规律来接纳英语这门截然不同的语言, 必然产生心理上的不适应, 甚至有一种拒绝感。有的学生会一直以汉语的学习模式去学习, 形成汉语式的学习模式, 最终会无功而退。

⑵母语干扰, 学习思维未能适时转换:

毕竟都是语言, 外来语与母语必然有相通之处, 如果初学者站在学母语的角度去学习一门新的语言, 势必会干扰语音思维的适时转换。而初学者学习外语的过程, 就是他们调整旧的认知习惯, 建立新的认知习惯;学会排除母语的干扰, 归纳学习的规律, 调整学习的习惯, 不断扫除心理障碍, 才能让一种新语言不断被认知, 不断被接纳, 学习兴趣才能逐渐被培养出来。

⑶疏导不力, 学习障碍未被适时清楚

学习是学习的主体与客体之间的关联互动。当学生学习中出现了接受障碍的时候, 特别是在初学阶段, 不扫除出现的这种危险因素, 那么学生的学习心理障碍必然会导致对一门外来语的接受兴趣降低。而适时地从心理上调整学习目标语的心理状态, 帮助学生转换学习思维, 就成了教师帮助初学者培养学习兴趣的重要课题, 而这要比语言本身重要得多。

2、剖析心理障碍的成因, 加强对学生的指导。

教师在整个教学过程中的关键作用不仅在于“教”, 更要在于“研”。

教师不仅要精通本学科的教学内容, 更要了解本学科的学科特点, 精准把握本学科的学习理论, 要深刻研究教授之法, 启蒙之术。

由于教师不掌握学生心理障碍, 单从知识和技能上指导, 收效甚微, 也不能达到预期效果。如果方法不得当, 会使这些本来可以学有所成的学生, 痛失良机。而在一个学科上掉队学生的人数越多, 就越能加强一种强烈的负面心理暗示:英语难学, 大多数人是学不好的也是正常的。这种情绪一旦在班里蔓延开来, 会造成了学生的放弃心理和从众心态, 从而不思进取或主动放弃。

二、教学课业、教学模式与交际环境影响英语教学效果

1、教材课业繁重, 教学模式刻板。

学生的听、说、读、写四种能力需要在课堂教学中逐渐培养, 每节英语课的任务很重。在课堂上教师既要精心讲解, 又要想方设法引导学生思考与练习, 还要针对不同的学习个体的学习心理障碍等问题进行开解。教学内容相当繁重, 而课时有限, 所以必然会加大了学生对于英语学习的困难。

教师要努力的改变教学策略, 思考教改新思路, 要辅之以科学的方法和心理上的疏导, 让掉队的学生逐渐树立起学好英语的自信心。

2、缺少日常用外语交际的环境。

能学好一种语言的重要因素之一就是语言环境。一般情况下, 学校中的外语课堂教学只是模拟了一种交际环境, 而周围缺失了一种大环境。所以, 如何创设和建设好课堂小环境一个课题, 特别是对于教师来说意义就特别重大了, 同时对于初中生来说, 这是一个非常重要的模拟环境。因此, 创设学习英语的课堂小环境, 科学指导学生的方法, 积极调动学生的兴趣, 不断激发学生的学习兴奋点, 以保持学生的学英语的兴趣, 久之必会逐步提高学生的学习技能, 从而使之坚定学好英语的信心。

三、大纲是指导外语教学的基础

教学大纲, 是指导外语教学的灵魂。深研大纲, 读懂其中对于教学、教师、学生习得知识和能力的规范和要求, 就能防止教学的无目的性、无规范性。全面准确地贯彻教学大纲的目的就是“打好初步的基础。把中学阶段的英语教学视为实现真实交际的准备阶段, 而不是要求学了英语立即用真实的交际。

中学英语教学有其自身的规律和特点, 这就是在初级阶段要重视听说训练, 在高级阶段要重视阅读训练。

柴油机冷却水消耗过快的处理 篇8

1. 初步检查

初步检查发现:该柴油机水温表显示在白色区域60~80℃(正常);用手触摸进、出水管感觉无明显温差;取出节温器进行加热升温实验,开启良好;水泵工作正常,无泄漏;高速运转时水散热器液面有明显下降(正常);进、出水管连接处无泄漏,水散热器外表黏有少许杂物但不影响散热通风;风扇胶带松紧度及风扇叶片良好;机油液位正常。

但是水散热器加水口外侧有大面积铁锈痕迹,且在该车固定车位下有大面积红铁锈水痕迹。

初步判断水散热器腐蚀泄漏是造成柴油机冷却水消耗过快的原因。更换新散热器,柴油机怠速运转2 min后,发现散热器液面有较多的气泡;拧紧水散热器盖后,发现水从溢流管缓慢流出并夹带着气泡;松开水散热器盖时,瞬间有卸压声。由此确定问题出在柴油机内部。

2. 解体检查

解体后看到汽缸盖总成、汽缸垫及活塞顶部有积水,3只汽缸套成棕色,进气门堆积大量积炭,喷油嘴座总成及预热塞安装孔螺纹锈蚀,喷油孔大量氧化层脱落。经过仔细检查,汽缸盖I~Ⅲ缸喷油孔有多处长短不一的裂痕(见附图),但汽缸盖十分平整无翘曲。

更换汽缸盖总成、密封件并研磨进、排气门,在确认汽缸套机械性能符合使用要求后进行组装。经过72 h磨合,水温80~90℃时无气泡出现,使用后未发现任何异常。

引发这起故障的原因:在柴油机高温缺水的情况下,操作人员急于向柴油机加入大量冷水,造成汽缸盖开裂,可燃混合气从细小的裂缝中进入水道,导致冷却水消耗过快。

3. 治理方法

秋是一个婆婆——慈祥而又唠叨。每当秋风“呼呼”地吹过时,你总能听到她那句熟悉的话语:“孩子们,赶紧造个温暖的新家,多储存些粮食,为过冬做好准备吧!”要是谁还在偷懒,她准会严厉地批评道:“小懒虫,难道你想当寒号鸟吗?”就算你做好了准备,她还是会不厌其烦地告诉你:“小窝还可以搭得更暖和些,食物还可以多准备些。”

秋还是一个有些马虎的通讯员。你看,空中竟然还飞着几只小燕子;你看,光秃秃的树枝上竟然还飘着几片绿叶;你看,山脚下的稻田已披上金黄色的秋装,山谷中的玉米竟然还穿着绿色的夏装……我想一定是她被美丽的秋景迷住,忘了通知吧!

啊!秋,真是一个千变万化的季节!我有道不尽的喜欢!
