高中英语教学是义务教育阶段英语教学的延伸, 是基础教育阶段课程不可分割的一部分, 对于高中生的学习和成长具有至关重要的作用, 不仅可以帮助学生打好语言基础, 调动学生学习语言的积极性, 还能够丰富高中生的英语素养, 为学生今后的学习和就业创造有利条件。但是, 当前高中生学习英语还存在许多弊端, 如学习兴趣不足、学习动机不明确、口语能力差、阅读面窄等, 成为制约高中生发展的重要因素, 需要高中英语教师给予高度重视。

一、高中生学习英语的现状

(一) 缺乏明确的英语学习目标

很多高中生不知道自己学习英语的目的, 大部分学生只把英语当成一门普通的课程, 认为学习英语就是为了应付考试, 英语成绩好则能够在高考中提升总成绩, 考入理想的大学。这些错误认识严重影响了他们的学习效率。在实际教学中, 经常会出现这样的情况:当所讲的英语内容简单有趣时, 学生的参与热情很高, 能够与教师积极互动;当所讲的内容较为枯燥、复杂时, 学生则表现出厌烦的情绪。还有一些高中生认为自己以后不会从事英语方面的工作, 所以认为英语学不学无所谓。有这样的想法, 学生的学习动力自然不足, 必然会缺乏竞争意识 (谢青2009) 。

(二) 没有养成良好的学习习惯

高中生学习英语常见的问题还表现为学习习惯不正确, 经常出现“三天打鱼两天晒网”的情况, 尤其是英语“后进生”。一部分学生在初中阶段英语基础相对较弱, 进入高中以后, 适应不了快节奏的教学模式, 一时间摸索不出正确的学习方法, 不能够自觉进行英语预习和复习等, 最终形成恶性循环, 导致英语成绩无法提高, 成为英语“后进生”。还有一部分学生, 当英语成绩下滑后, 就会努力学习, 但成绩稍微有所提高后, 就开始松懈, 没有养成持之以恒的好习惯, 慢慢地也成为英语“后进生”。在教学中, 还有的高中生只会机械地背诵, 虽然付出了很多时间和精力, 但是收到的效果并不好, 而且容易使自己陷入僵局, 越学越感到吃力, 甚至害怕学习英语。

二、李阳疯狂英语有利于激发高中生的学习兴趣

当前, 很多高中生对于学习英语有畏难情绪, 需要高中英语教师创新教学策略, 调动高中生的课堂参与度, 鼓励他们全身心地投入英语学习。许多学校将李阳疯狂英语引入高中英语课堂教学后, 学生学习英语的现状明显改善, 对英语的抵触情绪大幅降低。因此, 如何将李阳疯狂英语理念与高中英语教学有效结合, 发挥高中英语教师的主导作用, 实现素质教育目标, 就成为高中英语教师应该思考的问题。通过研究疯狂英语, 笔者深刻认识到, 学习语言就要从口语开始, 而不是先教学生语法, 再教表达。就要遵循语言的自然规律, 让高中生在实践中锻炼自我, 突破自我, 又要改变“填鸭式”的教学方式, 尊重高中生的天性和主体地位, 打破高中生“高分低能”和“哑巴英语”的现状 (卫江丽2013) 。

三、借鉴李阳疯狂英语辅助高中英语教学的有效建议

(一) 优化教学理念, 明确教学目标

新一轮课程改革的深入给高中英语教学带来了新的发展机遇, 高中英语教师应该注重优化教学理念, 摒弃传统英语教学的弊端, 明确英语教学目标, 遵循高中生的发展规律, 选择有价值的教学内容, 突出英语教学的实效, 让高中生在英语课堂上真正活跃起来。讲授苏教版高中《英语》必修三Unit 3 Back to the past时, 笔者组织学生听课文、阅读课文和问答问题, 对文章进行初步理解, 再通过列表比较和复述课文进一步理解课文, 最后通过讨论深化主题。在词汇教学过程中, 笔者结合李阳疯狂英语中的“说是一切”和“脱口而出”理念, 先带领学生大声朗读, 培养学生的英语语感, 然后对词汇进行拓展, 拓宽学生的英语知识面, 如就词组take over (接管, 接收) 给出例句:After his father retired, he took over the company./I took over her job while she was in New York./Our company was recently taken over by a larger one。并在此基础上进行拓展:take somebody in (欺骗) , take something in (理解) , take on (呈现) , take off (起飞, 脱下) , take up (占据) , take away (拿走) , take for (把……误认为) 。

(二) 优化教学方法, 鼓励举一反三

高中英语教师必须改变固有的教学方式, 避免应试教育对英语教学产生困扰和误导, 优化教学方式, 做到精讲多练, 要在实践中掌握英语知识, 而不是单纯地依靠死记硬背。同时, 英语教师要鼓励高中生举一反三和活学活用, 发挥自身潜能, 构建高效的课堂教学模式。讲授苏教版高中《英语》必修四Module 4 Unit 1 Reading A dvertising时, 笔者充分运用多媒体技术, 以学生喜闻乐见的形式导入, 激发他们的兴趣, 收到了良好的课堂效果;并以播放一则公益广告和一则虚假广告进行对比结尾, 对学生进行了情感和思想教育。笔者在教学中以纯英文开展教学, 一方面增强学生的英语应用意识, 另一方面让学生找到学习英语的氛围。如给学生播放几则广告, 并说:Look at these advertisements.Who are they aimed at?然后让学生自由讨论。笔者提出探究性问题:What’s advertising?有的学生说a form of communication, 有的学生说to persuade potential customers to purchase or to buy a product or service。笔者再提问:How many types of advertising do you know?学生回答:Media, covert advertising, televisioncommercials, infomercials, celebrity advertising, newer media and advertising approaches, 等等。笔者以任务型教学法贯穿整个英语课堂, 调动了学生的学习积极性。

(三) 优化教学材料, 贴近学生实际

当前高中英语教学材料种类较多, 良莠不齐, 需要高中英语教师善于优化教学材料, 注重英语教学材料的实用性和系统性, 使其更贴近高中生的实际。讲授苏教版高一《英语》Module 3 Unit 2 Language时, 为激活学生现有的知识体系, 笔者采用李阳疯狂英语中的“适用性、趣味性、灵活性”理念, 设计了全新的英语教学模式。针对李阳疯狂英语的教科书只停留在句子的层次, 没有大段大段的篇章的情况, 笔者在教学中不仅关注学生对全文的掌握, 更注重学生对文章每句话的理解, 这样有助于高中生掌握英语学习技巧, 培养终身学习意识 (任芳慧2013) 。同时, 笔者围绕单元主题, 提供给学生一个听说训练平台, 帮助他们将思维变成鲜活的、可以使用的语言。本课的设计从日常语言谈起, 逐步讨论了语言的多种形式:有声的、无声的、人类间的、动物间的等, 扩大了学生对语言外延的认识, 进而探讨了信息得以传递的各种途径, 最后将话题缩小到英语语言的学习, 为Reading的导入做了一定的铺垫。

就高中英语考试模式重笔试轻口语的现状而言, 不利于高中生的全面发展, 优化高中英语考试体制势在必行。在此背景下, 李阳疯狂英语既是一场伟大的变革, 又是一场“复古运动”, 因为它既实现了“说”的突破, 又将最原始的“背诵大法”放到了重要的位置。这对于高中生学习英语非常重要, 尤其是在大力提倡素质教育的今天, 特别值得广大英语教师反思与借鉴。因此, 笔者在选择高中英语考试试题时, 通常会经过仔细审核和改进, 设计更加全面的考试材料, 让学生可以通过英语考试掌握知识, 为高考打下坚实的基础。高中英语教师必须认真研读课程标准和考试方针, 避免让高中生陷入无边无际的试题海洋中。总之, 李阳疯狂英语理念在高中英语教学中的实践还有待于完善和提高, 需要广大教师和高中生共同努力, 不断优化教学 (张雪莉2014) 。

(五) 优化课外实践, 提升英语素养

他的诀窍。就是“疯狂”!后来，他把自己学英语的经验总结出来，称为“疯狂英语”……他就是大家熟悉的“疯狂英语”创始人——李阳。

生来胆小的李阳

1969年，李阳出生在中国大西北的乌鲁木齐。小时候，李阳与大多数的男孩子不同，他性格内向，胆子非常小。家里来了客人，他就会从窗户逃到外面去；家里的电话响了，他不敢去接。他不敢去看电影，不敢跟同学打交道；妈妈领他去医院治疗鼻炎，理疗仪突然漏电，灼伤了李阳的脸，可他却只会忍着疼，不敢像别的孩子一样，大声地喊出来：“大夫，疼死我啦!”

有一次，妈妈让李阳上街买酱油，这对李阳来说可是一次挑战。他站在小卖铺的柜台前，犹豫了好久，才低声说出这么简短的一句话：“阿姨，我要买酱油。”

从灰色的生活中突围

中学时，李阳的学习成绩并不理想，曾对学习失去信心，几次想过退学。但他最终坚持了下来，在1986年勉强考入兰州大学。升入大学后，他的生活并没有什么变化。在第一学期的期末考试中，李阳的学习成绩名列全年级倒数第一名。英语连续两个学期考试不及格。到了大学二年级上学期即将结束的时候，李阳已经有13门功课不及格了。面对这样的学习成绩，李阳很恼火，他发誓：“不能再这样下去了，让自己赶上去，从灰色的生活中突围!”

经过一番思考，李阳意识到，英语将是未来社会不可缺少的工具，他决定先以英语做突破口，发誓要通过将在四个月后举行的国家英语四级考试。

李阳怕自己坚持不下来，就找到了班里英语学得最好的同学。这个同学是一个学习非常刻苦的人。李阳认为，通过互相督促可以把英语学好，可坚持了三天后，李阳又不想学了。那个同学对他说：“李阳，你要记住你三天前说的话!”对呀，李阳三天前还发誓要考过四级呢。

听了同学的提醒。李阳真的不好意思了。为防止自己半途而废，李阳当即与他约定一起学习英语。此后，他们每天中午一起顶着凛冽的寒风，扯着嗓子喊英语句子。

“喊”出自信和成功

李阳尝到了成功的喜悦。从此迈上奋发进取的人生道路。他发现，在大喊的时候，自己的性格发生了变化，内向、自卑、害羞等弱点，都在大喊的过程中消逝得无影无踪，而且精力更加集中，记忆更加深刻，自信也逐渐建立起来了。“大喊”是一种多好的学习英语的方法啊!李阳想，既然它在自己身上取得了成功，就应该把这套方法系统地总结一下，传给那些还在苦苦挣扎学习英语的同学。于是，内向的李阳做出了一个惊人的决定——开英语讲座。他请同学贴出海报说：有一个叫李阳的家伙，在学英语方面有些体会，希望与大家一起分享。

海报贴出后，李阳又害怕了。他很想打退堂鼓，甚至想干脆在黑板上写一个通知：“李阳病了，讲演取消。”尽管李阳在演讲开始前的一两个小时还在这样犹豫，但同学们的热烈掌声，却让他无法再退缩了。于是，李阳只觉得脑子里一片空白，跌跌撞撞地走上讲台，还几乎摔了一个跟头。这也难怪，因为李阳当时实在太紧张了，但同学们却没有嘲笑李阳。

这次讲演，让李阳找到了挑战困难的勇气。讲演结束后，200多名同学的笑脸和掌声使他找到了自信，甚至还有同学找他签名呢!

1990年7月，李阳大学毕业后，被分配到西安的西北电子设备研究所。从宿舍到办公室，有一段黄土飞扬的马路，李阳每天都从这条马路经过，他总是手里拿着卡片，嘴里念着英语，同时，还每天坚持跑到单位的楼顶上喊英语。

站着也喊，躺着也喊，坐着也喊，跳着也喊……李阳就是这样坚持每天大喊英语的。

1992年，李阳来到广州，从1000多名竞争者中脱颖而出，考入广东人民广播电台英文台做播音员。工作后，他才发现人选的播音员中，别人都是北外、广外的研究生，只有自己是非英语专业出身的本科生。

语言最重要的功能是交流，而交流的重要形式是口头表达。长期以来，也许是受应试教育的影响，初中英语教学只注重语法的讲解，能做对题目才是硬道理，忽视语言能力的培养，尤其是说的能力培养。在我教的农村初中，更是如此。专业教师的匮乏，语言环境也不够，以致于出现学生学了几年英语，却不愿开口，不敢开口，开口说不出的“哑巴英语”的尴尬局面。面对这种情况，应如何培养学生的口语能力呢？我从这几年的初中英语教学中总结了以下几点心得体会：

一、创造气氛，培养兴趣，鼓励开口。

教学过程是师生情感交流最主要的过程，要培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们愿开口，敢开口，首先教师要以饱满的情绪、和蔼的教态，亲切，热情洋溢的教学方式去点燃学生的激情，努力营造民主、和谐、轻松、愉悦的课堂气氛，让学生无拘无束；其次，充分开发课程资源，巧设话题，利用新目标教本中的环节，创设语言情境，搭建学生使用英语的平台，这样，学生会自然而然地产生用英语表达的冲动。课堂教学也将不会是一潭死水，教师也将不会只唱独角戏。兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣，学生一定会拒绝说英语。

二、口语表达的基础：语音观。

要学好英语，首先要过好语音观。也就是我们英语中间的音标教学。我们的中学生多半不能开口说英语，而不能开口说英语的学生十之八九是语音不过关。如何过好语音观呢？

一是要抓好音标教学，力求使学生能根据音标拼读单词，同时帮学生掌握读音规则及发音技巧，即重音、语调等。尤其在初中的初级阶段，新目标教本中有详细的音标知识。我发现很多老师从来没有涉及或者说很少涉及音标学习。但是恰恰我认为音标学习在学英语的初级阶段应该重点学习。这样我们教出来的学生，一定不会只做题，而是能很好的运用，很好的跟人交流。同时也能提高他们学习英语的兴趣，促使成绩的进步。为他们学习英语打好坚实的基础。

二是要重视听力练习，听是说的基础，听录音、听老师示范、多听、听清，然后模仿。反复听，反复模仿，大量积累，然后会有较纯正的语音。在我的几年教学中，我把听力和口语的锻炼分为两大部分，一部分，校内。利用早自习或者上课时间充分的发挥教师的作用，纠正学生发音，督促学生多讲英语。另一部分，家庭作业。要求学生每天回家听磁带跟读英语半个小时，家长必须监督并签字。这样，把学生，家长，老师三方面结合起来。既有利于英语学习的进步，又加强了学生与家长的亲子交流。让家长明白学生学习的辛苦，也让学生明白英语的学习是无时无刻的。语言的学习就是应该坚持无懈，持之以恒。这样初中三年坚持下来，学生会读，语音纯正，那么开口说英语会水到渠成。据以前的学生反映，这样的学习方式，能坚持下来的学生在高中的英语学习中也有很不俗的表现。

三、强化口语教学，丰富口语活动形式。

1、课堂是口语活力主阵地

要把培养学生口语能力落到实处，就要进行大量的口语活动，让

学生在活动中交流与合作，锻炼听说能力。尤其是课堂教学中间。一节课四十五分钟，五分钟复习前课知识以及新单词的学习。二十分钟学习本课重难点，语法知识，只有有了不错的语法知识，学生说出的句子才能符合英语的表达方式。后二十分钟是学生的自主练习，消化吸收的时间。五分钟自由练习，十五分钟，采用竞争，比赛的形式，让学生主动自觉的开口说英语，上台表演对话，既锻炼了英语口头表达能力，又锻炼了学生的胆量，增强他们的信心。在几年的实践中间，我发现这样的课堂，学生不仅爱学，也爱讲了。

当然，课堂口语活动形式是多样化的，除了常用的情景对话，口头复述，回答问题，小组讨论，还可采用角色扮演，记者采访，甚至采用独白形式，如讲故事，演讲等。也都可以适当在安排在我们的课堂教学中间，是其多元化，多样化，更能引起学生的兴趣，让学生爱上上英语课，更爱上你上的英语课。

2、创设课外交际活动。

课外活动是巩固课堂学习的重要手段，根据英语学科的特点，我们在课外适当开展活动，以培养学生口语能力。①组织英语兴趣小组，组织英语广播。②组织英语口语竞赛，如讲故事、演讲等。③趣味活动，如游戏、迷语、英语剧等。我们学校每个学期都会有形式多样的英语活动。比如，英语广播站。每周一次的英语广播，在学生中间产生了不错的效果。每学期一次的演讲比赛，也涌现出了一大批口语相当不错，口头表达能力强的学生。每年一次的英语剧比赛，以班为单位，多种多样，学生自己做编导，自己做导演，自己做演员，很好的

锻炼了他们的能力。每期一次的单词竞赛，为他们开口说英语积累了词汇量。丰富多彩的课外活动，对学生的口语表达起到了相当大的促进作用。
