一、引言
近年来, 外语研究者正试图从学习者自身的角度来研究学习者学习外语成败的因素。自我概念, 作为一个重要的内部情感因素, 已经成为外语研究者的一个热点话题。然而, 关于高职学生的英语自我概念研究却不多。
二、研究方法
1、被试
笔者考查了江西某高职院校59名大学一年级新生, 其中女生31名, 男生28名, 他们的年龄都是18岁到20岁之间, 学习英语的时间都超过6年。
2、测量工具
该调查采用了1个测量指标:英语自我概念问卷得分。
英语自我概念问卷, 笔者采用了张志宏 (2005) 硕士学位论文中的问卷, 以防学生理解有困难, 笔者特将其改编成中文。该问卷主要考查我国大学生对自身英语学习能力与成绩的自我评价。问卷分两部分, 一部分是被试的相关信息, 包括姓名, 年龄, 学习英语的年限, 高考英语成绩;另一部分是英语自我概念量表, 有7个分量表, 即英语整体自我概念, 英语词汇自我概念, 英语语法自我概念, 英语听力自我概念, 英语口语自我概念, 英语阅读自我概念, 英语写作自我概念。
3、调查过程
在做问卷之前, 笔者仔细解释了问卷的说明, 并强调问卷的结果不分正误。在进行数据分析之前, 英语自我概念量表中所有否定选项的得分都要反过来, 以便高分对应更高的自我概念。然后, 每位被试的英语整体自我概念的总分, 英语词汇自我概念的总分, 英语语法自我概念, 英语听力自我概念的总分, 英语口语自我概念的总分, 英语阅读自我概念的总分, 英语写作自我概念的总分分别输入电脑, 并用SPSS13.0统计软件做了相关分析。
三、结果与讨论
注:GESC指英语整体自我概念;LSC指英语听力自我概念;SSC指英语口语自我概念;RSC指英语阅读自我概念;WSC指英语写作自我概念;VSC指英语词汇自我概念;GRSC指英语语法自我概念 **p在.01水平上显著;*p在.05水平上显著
如表1所示, 高职学生的英语整体自我概念与其他6项具体方面的自我概念的相关系数均大于6项具体方面的自我概念之间的相关系数。这表明英语听力自我概念, 英语口语自我概念, 英语阅读自我概念, 英语写作自我概念, 英语词汇自我概念及英语语法自我概念的独立性。这一研究结果与马冬梅 (2003) 张志宏 (2005) 的研究结果相符。其中, 高职生的英语整体自我概念与其词汇自我概念之间的相关系数最大, 这意味着高职生在英语学习过程中最注重词汇知识的学习, 然而这一研究发现不同于马冬梅 (2003) 的研究。造成这一差异的主要原因也许是高职生在高中阶段英语水平不高, 常常被告知, 词汇知识是英语学习的基础。其次, 高职生的英语整体自我概念与其阅读自我概念之间的相关性较大, 这表明高职生也很重视阅读的学习。至于这一点, 可能是由我国英语考试试卷的结构设计所决定的, 因为阅读理解部分在我国英语考试试卷中所占比分最大。
至于高职生的6项具体方面的自我概念, 它们之间也具有显著相关性, 其中听力自我概念与语法自我概念之间的相关性最大。众所周知, 高职生的英语水平普遍较差, 他们在听英语时, 必须要先弄懂每个句子的基本语法结构, 然后才能掌握句子的确切意思, 尤其是对于那些冗长而复杂的句子, 否则他们很可能会误解其意。其次, 口语自我概念与词汇自我概念之间的相关性也较大, 这似乎表明高职生的口语能力可以通过扩大其词汇量来提高。

学校介绍学生自我留学是否合法 篇3
我是山东省××学院01级学生,2001年12月校方组织赴俄留学一事,分公派与自费两种。当时在全校各班内都作了宣传,我争取到公派名额,当时对公派生的条件是这样的:
1,公派生赴俄后只准备自己三年的生活费。学费与住宿费按学院各系标准交给学院,本人当时交了三年学费和住宿费共13200元,大一的学费在开学时已交;
2,赴俄前在本院读9个月的俄语预科 (实际7个月)交培训费9000元,中介服务费3000元,境外服务费500美金(实际200人民币足够),书费100;
3,赴俄后直接读大二,俄校58个专业可任选。与当地学生一起上课。(实际不足58个专业)!!
2002年9月24号我们10个公派生与8个自费生一起从学校出发,26号到俄罗斯学校,然后我们才知道了实际情况:
1,所谓的公派生其实与自费完全一样,要自己支付所有的费用(学费和住宿费共1500美金/年),还必须与俄校签订交费合同;
2,不论公派还是自费,一律从大一开始读,不能随便选系和专业,也不能与当地学生同班,我们中国留学生只能一起读经济;上课、住宿一律和中国学生一起,根本就不叫留学;
3,我们从一出了学院校门,学校就把我们交给了中介机构,一路上全是中介给我们带路,学院根本没有派代表和我们同去;
4,俄校在全俄排名100名之外,(当时在各班宣传时学院吹嘘说此校在全俄排名前十位)对此,学院根本不负责任。无奈之下,我们现在已有4个公派生和4个自费生回国了。
我有几个问题:1,作为国家正式的大学,学院公然在全校宣传,介绍本科生自我留学,是合法的吗?2,学院打着公派的名义,通过中介机构将我们骗至国外,然后让我们自费上学,合不合法?(实际上,后来我们知道我们并不是正式的公派,而且所有的中介都是不合法的)3,整个事情过程中,学院有哪些做法是不对的?4,我们能得到什么赔偿?
这件事学校不但不给我们一个合理的交代,反而连大三、大四的学费都不退(我现在正读大二)。我们大部分人都是农民家庭,每个人损失的2万多块钱,对于学校来说,算不了什么,可是对一个农民家庭意味着好几年的血汗钱呐!那些钱都是父母千辛万苦借来的,家里因为学校的欺骗,已欠下好几万元的债!难道就没有人来管管他们吗?

明眼人一看就知,这是学校和中介“合作”的结果。作为国家正规的高等教育机构,学校的这种做法显然是不合适也是不符合规范的。
第一、如果是作为两个国家学校之间的交流项目,应该是在两所学校之间签署协议,且报上一级教育主管部门批准备案。其间所发生的费用除学费和本人生活所需费用外,不应再向学生收取其他费用。
第二、如果不是学校之间的正常交流项目,则学校在学生中宣传并出面组织自主留学的做法显然是不妥的,它造成了本校正式注册学生的流失。由于实际情况与所宣传的不符而造成对学生时间和金钱的损失,对学校的声誉造成极为恶劣的影响。即使学校从中能获取到一些利益,而这种利益的获取总是有限的。至于提到以公派的名义实为自费留学的不实承诺,学校实际上是在非法中介的欺诈行为中扮演了极不光彩的角色。
第三、如果是通过中介自费留学,留学者本人应与中介签署必要的合同,由于学校的介入,致使这一步被忽略,以至于发生后来一系列的问题。

一、及早学习加减乘除法, 使学生感到英语和数学课程本来关系就密切
新目标英语《Go for it》Book 1A第一单元“My Name’s Gina.”第二部分Section B的主要内容是数词0、1~10及其运用。说起运用主要是让学生或朋友了解彼此的电话号码 (Book 1A第十一单元What time do you go to school?表示时间也用到这一部分的数词) 。在教学时, 我还学习了加法、减法、乘法 (考虑涉及被动语态, 除法在本部分暂不介绍) :
2+3=5Two and three is five.
10-6=4Ten minus six is four.
2×4=8Two times four is eight.
趁着学生们的兴趣正浓, 我顺势引入数词11~19以及20、30、40…90, 这样一下把数词从10扩大到100, 他们可以在1~100范围内随意地进行加法、减法、乘法运算。另外, 又引入equal、plus两词, 通过两个句子Three and four is seven.Three plus four equals seven.启发学生理解plus意思是and, equals意思是is。至此, 在1~100范围内比较随意地进行加法、减法、乘法运算, 学生学习的兴趣一下被激发起来了。
二、适时引入分数, 让学生认识的数的范围扩大
《Go for it》Book 1A第八单元“When is your birthday?”学习用日期表示生日或重要的节日。表示日期既涉及英语的January、February、March…也用到序数词, 而序数词是其中的重点和难点。在本单元结束时, 学生逐渐掌握了各种序数词的拼写后, 我又及时地引入分数:
三、学习hundred、thousand、million等较大数量的词, 使学生们认识数的范围进一步扩大
进入初二, 学生认识数的范围继续扩大, 此时有必要引入像hundred、thousand、million等较大数量的词。《Go for it》Book 2A第四单元“How do you get to school?”讲述乘坐某一交通工具到达某一地方, 并根据需要表达距离。表达距离正是适应了这一发展趋势。
四、学习倍数、乘方、开方以及除法, 让学生的眼界继续拓展
初二下学期, 学完课本内容进入复习阶段, 不妨学习一些新内容, 譬如像倍数、乘方、开方以及除法。学习这些内容, 一方面使教学内容有了新鲜感, 另一方面, 又让学生的眼界继续拓展。

一、中职英语教学现状和新课标之诉求
中职生由于英语基础薄弱, 产生了逃课、抄袭作业、上课睡觉等不良学习习惯。同时, “情感饥渴”困扰并妨碍着英语教学。教师主观、单向的教学方法也影响着教学效果。久而久之, 学生对英语产生了厌倦, 甚至放弃了学习。《中职英语课程标准》中明确指出:中职英语课程不仅仅是为了让学生掌握一些语言知识和会说几句外语, 还要“不断提高语言运用能力和人文素养, 为其职业发展和终身教育奠定良好的基础”, 培养学生“较为有效的学习策略;学习兴趣和自信心”。
二、学生自我情感策略的实践
情感策略是指学习者在学习过程中调整和控制自己的动机、兴趣、信心和意志等情感因素的策略。学生自我情感策略是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素, 构建积极的自我情感策略是中职英语学习成功的关键。
1. 积极的情感策略能激发动机和培养兴趣
