一、球技训练 (开始阶段)
1. 运球技术包括身体姿势、手臂动作、球的落点和手脚协调合四个环节。每个环节体育教师在训练开始阶段都应该详细讲解, 让学生基本掌握要点, 在实践中慢慢体会。
2. 训练方法:
拍起放在地上的球———把球静止放地上, 用手指不断拍球, 直到把球弹起再把球拍至静止重复练习, 熟练结合其他运球。蹲着运球———下蹲后右手在身体体侧向前运球, 运至正前方后, 换左手运球, 反复进行。坐着运球———坐在地上两腿向斜前方分开, 运球者沿腿的内外侧进行运球练习躺着运球、胯下8字运球、胯下反8字运球、半蹲胯下手指弹拨球、单手体侧和胸前提拉球、原地做高或低运球左右手交替进行等, 目的是让学生对篮球产生手感, 黏得住球, 以便后阶段综合运用篮球组合技术。建议:高三学生训练时间是有限的老师可以教给学生方法, 让他们主动练习, 教师定期检查, 发现问题及时纠正;充分利用好体育课, 让体育考生在体育课上练习, 从而既能个别辅导督促训练, 又能避免体育考生发生意外受伤情况, 影响正常的全年训练。

高考专项综合考试部分主要是考核变向运球、背后运球运球转身、行进间单手投篮等动作的合理运用, 每次课都要练习。跳投技术是篮球比赛中得分的重要手段, 其动作方法是 (以右手投篮为例) 两手持球于胸前, 两脚左右或前后开立, 两膝微屈, 重心落在两脚之间。起跳时, 迅速屈膝, 脚掌用力蹬地向上起跳, 双手举球至肩上, 右手持球, 左手扶球左侧方, 当身体接近最高点时, 左手离球, 右臂向前上方伸直, 手腕屈, 食中指拨球, 通过指端将球投出。落地时, 屈膝缓冲, 准备做下一个动作。它由起跳、原地投篮、跳起投篮三部分技术组成, 大多数学生往往不容易准确掌握, 所以应该运用多种训练方法提高教学质量。下面我推荐一种系统化的训练方法, 该系统化训练分三步。
1. 起跳训练。
起跳分为原地起跳、一步急停起跳、二步急停起跳三种。无论哪一种起跳, 都要有爆发力, 突然快速, 要充分蹬伸踝、膝、髋三关节, 以摆臂带动起跳。练习方法如下: (1原地蹬伸练习。练习者原地站立, 两脚相距同肩宽, 半蹲, 两臂自然放于体侧做提踵练习, 要求充分蹬伸膝、髋关节, 上体要保持直立。 (2) 原地持球摆臂蹬伸练习。腿部动作, 同上。两手持球位于腹部中右侧, 左手在下托球, 右手在上按球, 右小臂贴于腰右侧。在蹬地的同时, 左手快速向上托举球, 右手保持球的稳定随球上举到单手肩上投篮的位置, 自然翻转右手托球, 两手和球均不能挡住视线。要求右手托球时, 五指自然分开, 掌心空出, 用指根以上部位托球, 大拇指与小拇指控制球体;球移动过程中要注意近贴腹部, 右臂贴着腰部, 从下向上托举球。 (3) 持球原地起跳。在2的基础上, 要求跳起腾空, 在空中仍保持直立持球姿势, 保持球的稳定性, 不出手。 (4) 一步急停起跳。在原地起跳的基础上, 增加向左或向右一步急停起跳, 其他动作要求不变。 (5) 两步急停起跳。左腿向右横迈的同时, 右脚主动有力快速蹬离地面紧跟左脚落地, 使两脚几乎同时落地, 落地后两脚主动蹬地起跳, 要求同4。
2. 原地投篮训练。一般采用由易到难的训练法, 主要有以下几种练习方法:
(1) 徒手模仿练习。要求上下肢要协调用力, 伸臂充分。 (2近距离投篮练习。在徒手模仿练习的基础上, 强调动作技术要正确, 应用手腕前屈和手指柔和拨球将球投出, 注意肘部一定要顶上去。 (3) 中远距离原地投篮。在增加距离的情况下, 保持整个身体的稳定性, 尤其是强调正确的投篮手法和投篮后的手形。
3. 跳起投篮的训练。
跳起投篮, 主要是掌握起跳与投篮技术统一。其难点是怎样掌握好投篮的出手时机, 一般掌握在当身体即将达到最高点时出手, 其训练方法有:
(1) 帮助跳起投篮。持球队员做原地跳起投篮准备动作另一队员从后面用两手扶住持球队员的两腰下部, 当持球队员起跳的同时两手用力将其托起。当持球队员跳起接近最高点时, 再出手投篮, 使队员体会空中出手的时机。
(2) 近距离跳投练习。可原地起跳, 也可运一次球一步急停或两步急停起跳, 目的是起跳协调, 保持正确动作及其在空中的稳定性。要求蹬地要充分, 起跳举球要同步。
(3) 中远距离跳投练习。在增加距离的情况下, 先把动作做好, 尤其是投篮手法和出手后的手形稳定, 达到动作定型, 再调整投篮力量的大小, 逐步改进手法, 提高投篮的命中率。
(4) 在比赛和对抗中练习跳投。在消极防守的情况下进行练习, 巩固跳投的动作定型, 逐渐过渡到强烈的对抗比赛中得以实践。
三、摸高的训练
摸高, 一般是有一只脚作为主要用力, 身体侧过来, 一只手向上够, 那么重心比之双脚跳稍底, 但是摸高最高, 从物理学角度来说, 原地跳是机械能转化为重力势能, 而助跑是动能+机械能转化为重力势能, 再加上身体是斜的, 中心高了, 所以当然助跑跳得高。助跑跳要注意以下要点: (1) 使用助跑的冲力跳的, 是向上跳, 不是向前跳。 (2) 在助跑过程中不能减速, 如果有足够的空间就可适当加速。 (3) 跳的瞬间, 要用小腿、脚腕、脚掌共同协调用力。 (4) 在起跳的时候, 摸高手要尽力伸展。 (5) 在下落过程中, 要适当屈膝缓冲, 避免受伤。

试填后,要把全文再通读一遍,注意看所选答案填入空白处后能否做到文章意思通顺、前后连贯、逻辑严谨、结构完整、首尾呼应。
三、完形填空解题技巧
解题时除了遵循以上几个基本步骤外,还须讲究解题的一些技巧方法。
1. 充分利用文章的上下文和前后句,找到对选择有提示作用的词或句。这些词有可能是同义词或反义词。如:
根据转折连词but的提示,所选的词应与shallow相反,因此选A。

2. 注意固定搭配,包括动词与介词的搭配、动词与名词的
搭配及形容词与名词的搭配等,同时要根据内容选择正确的短语。

四个选项都可以表示时间。while强调一段时间内进行的动作,常与进行时连用;till表示的是动作持续到某时或到某时才开始;for表示的是动作持续了一段时间;as连接的是一个与谓语动作几乎同时发生的动词。答案应选D,表示他一边向船靠近一边大声喊。

有时,选项中所给的四个词为表示上下文逻辑关系的连接性词语,它涉及文章的起承转合、上下连贯。这类题主要考查考生对上下文逻辑关系的理解,如转折关系、让步关系、因果关系、递进关系、增补关系、比较关系及对比关系等。
常见的承接语有and, but, however, so, therefore等。其中for one thing...for another...等连接词表示列举;First...and then, First...Next...Then...Finally...用来按次序描述时间发生的过程;anyhow, still, though, although等表示让步关系;therefore, so表结果;because, since, due to, owing to...表原因,等等。
6. 根据生活常识以及相关知识确定选项。
