娱乐记者吴能正坐在椅子上翘着二郎腿在打鼾。

电脑里正放着催眠曲《月亮代表我的心》。

摄影师黄鸣正对着美女记者何静不停地拍照：“一二三四，再笑一次，换个姿势，再来一次！OK！”

何静扭着腰，向镜头献出飞吻：“亲爱的，这是我的初吻哦！我把它献给你！”

黄鸣按下按扭：“OK！你太迷人了！”

周围的同事多半耳朵里都塞着耳机，听着音乐。

主编叶水（走了过来）：“你们都在干什么！干什么！不好好工作就知道听音乐，你们以为这里是唱片公司吗？”

安丽摘掉耳机：“主编，你有事吗？”

叶水一见到美女，语气温柔了起来：“你们能不能下班后再听音乐啊！现在是工作时间！”

安丽指着酣睡的吴能：“他天天睡觉，打呼噜的声音都超过我耳膜的承受极限了！主编，我们生活在水深火热之中啊！如果再不让我们听音乐，我们只有放弃这块土地了！”

叶水瞪着吴能，走了过去，猛地拍拍桌子：“起床了！猪吴能！”

吴能：“别叫我，猜我梦见谁了！我梦见迈克尔杰克逊了！他教我跳太空舞，哈哈哈哈！”

叶水猛地揪起吴能，用最大的嗓音吼道：“我就是迈克尔杰克逊！睁开眼！看着我！”

吴能睁开眼，尖叫着：“不！你不是！”

叶水：“我是上帝！我现在命令你立即出去工作！要在不找到有爆炸性的娱乐新闻，我一定让你去见迈克尔杰克逊！出去！”

场景别墅

明星江静正在保镖张虎的保护下走进别墅，旁边的娱乐记者一拥而上。

张虎：“退后！退后！”

吴能挤上前：“张虎，看在咱俩这么多年的交情上，你就通融一下，让我采访一下这位演艺界的影后江静小姐！我是她的铁杆粉丝！”

张虎低声说道：“我会安排的！不过我的报酬可不能少哦！”

吴能：“你和我的友谊是无价的，怎么能用钱来衡量呢？”

张虎：“少废话，江静一个月只给我5000，你给我1万，你想采访她一点问题也没有！”

吴能：“算你狠！成交！”

记者们蜂拥而上：“江静！江静！”

张虎：“退后！退后！”

张虎：“外面的记者都被我轰走了，大明星，现在你可以放心了吧！”

张虎：“江小姐，你就放心吧！有我在，你一定安全！”

江静：“你是不是跟一个娱乐记者很熟啊！刚才你们俩在嘀咕什么呢！”

张虎：“他想对你进行独家转访，而且我跟他很熟，他一直都是你的影迷！可不可以给他一个机会！”

江静：“你的名字叫帐户还是叫张虎？你的眼里只有钱吗？你收了他多少钱？”

张虎：“我们的关系怎么能用钱来衡量呢？我是看他是你的铁杆粉丝才给他一次与你近距离接触的机会！”

江静：“你给他一次机会？他万一是色狼呢？”

张虎：“有我在你身边，你怕什么！”

江静：“我很怕，万一你们俩串通起来，我一个弱女子怎么办？”

开展校园DV社团的经验总结篇2

校园是一个才华横溢的大舞台，同学们都可以在这个大舞台充分地展现自己的青春才华；校园生活则是人生中最纯真美好的时光，每一天都会有不一样的新鲜事发生。同学们的青春才华和美好的校园生活该用什么形式来记录保存？校园DV就是一个很好的记录形式。

我把开展DV社团的想法告诉了团委书记林峰弟书记，得到了领导的肯定和支持，并获得了开展校园DV社团的批准。随之的工作就是为社团的开展做前期工作。

前期工作

宣讲：作为指导教师，首先自己一定要了解DV录影和制作知识，所以自己特意利用下班时间去学习如何操作机器和后期制作的软件。接下来的事情就是在学校做宣传宣讲，学校给了我一个很好的平台，就是在全校大会上，我代表DV社团指导老师向老师和同学们进行了宣讲。宣传了开展社团的理念，和参加社团的益处。并特意为DV社团做了详细的介绍，以它的趣味性和实践操作性作为吸引学生的有力保证。

报名：宣讲会的成效是相当的大的，很快，就有一大批的同学来跟我说有报名的意愿。但我知道，其实并不是靠有一腔热情就可以的。作为DV社团的成员，除了兴趣外，还必需有一定的DV知识基础和基本技能。所以在这之前，我找到了学生会和广播站3个能力不错的学生，亲自动员他们加入。学生一旦认识到自己被重用，积极性就调动起来了。对这3名学生，我特意找时间对他们进行培训，如：DV的使用和维护、语言表达能力……。我把他们定为DV社团的元老级人物，赞扬和鼓励他们开垦了DV社团这片新天地。核心人物定下来后，社团的招新就全权由他们负责了。但我给了几点建设性要求：1、成员数目控制在16人以内（人多不好操作）；2、成员要求积极向上，动手能力、语言能力、组织能力强；3、公平、公正、公开。经过面试，从报名的40多名同学中精选出13名同学，加上3名面试官，一共16人。为了让没有入选的同学不至于那么失望，承诺以后邀请他们为活动嘉宾。

内部组建

社团组织人员定下来后，马上通知他们召开会议商讨内部组建问题。这是第一次会议，我非常的重视，首先在通知方面，我事先通过广播通知，然后是正式写了通知函邀请组员参加会议。当他们在同学们面前拿到这通知函时，他们是相当的开心的，当然其他同学也是非常羡慕的。最为指导教师，我主持了DV社团的第一次会议。会议一共分为两部分内容：一、新成员见面交流，介绍DV社团和新成员；二、安排一周内所要开展的事项，包括1、竞选DV社团社长一职，分配各项任务。2、确定社团宗旨、章程和活动方式。3、确定社团的活动时间，会议地点和成员的联系方式。

会议结束后，他们陆续完成了需要开展的事项。通过竞选人演讲，成员投票选举选取八（3）班黄恩奇为DV社团首任社长。在老师的指导和社长的带领下，确定了

社团理念：影像记录成长历史，镜头穿越尘封往事；

社团口号：团结一切力量,做DV创作人!

社团章程：（见本文附1）

在召开第二次会议的时候，由社长黄恩奇主持，我在现场做指导。社长公布竞选结果以及向组员展示了我们的社团理念、口号和章程。得到了在场组员的一致认同和好评。在社团章程里明确了我们的组织框架主要分为采访部、编辑部、摄影部、后期制作部。所以，接下来的重要任务就是组员的分工。由于各部门的要求不同，因此对人员的分工需要慎重把握。比如：语言表达能力好，反应机敏的同学适合到采访部；有创造力、文字功底厚的同学则建议到编辑部；对于观察能力、操作能力强的同学，摄影部是一个不错的选择；后期制作部则需要电脑操作好，懂得影视剪辑的同学。经过能力测试，明细分工，最后确定采访部6人（两人一组，共三组），编辑部3人，摄影部3人，后期制作部3人，社长主要协调各部门之间的日常工作。内部组建完成后，展开了主持人、小记者、DV操作、影片编辑的培训，培训期为两次活动时间。培训的效果是相当明显的。从一开始的宣讲到内部组建的完成大致持续了两个月的时间，由于临近期末，大家需要准备期末复习。所以在学期结束前两周的时候中断了DV社团的活动。大家都在期待下个学期的社团开展。

社团的开展

新学期开始之前，我联系到了我们的DV社长黄恩奇同学，安排了她这样的一件任务，也是DV社团的第一个任务：拍摄西丽二中开学第一天，采访老师和同学们新学期的感受。接到任务后，她马上联系组员，安排小记者、编辑和摄影。第一天的早上，我去巡视他们的拍摄情况。发现他们把机器架在了校门口，小记者也很有架势，瞄准了对象就上前去采访。我在旁观看了十几分钟，发现大多数同学都不愿意被采访，有愿意被采访的同学或许因为紧张或许因为没有事先准备，拍摄过程中出现一次次的NG状态。在这种情形下，他们向我发出了求救。我给出的指导是：1、在拍摄前先跟被采访的同学打好招呼，征求对方的同意；2、得到同意后，告诉对方我们需要访问的内容，叫对方做好应答的准备；3、镜头一定要对准小记者和被采访的同学，镜头的移动要平缓有速。得到指导后，他们重新开始工作。按照我的指示，他们顺利完成了第一个同学的采访，成功的喜悦让他们更有信心把这个采访做下去。他们采访完同学们的新学期感想和计划后，他们奔向了老师办公室……没有想到的是，采访完老师后，他们走向了校长室，得到了校长的许可。校长认真的接受了采访，并高度赞扬了他们。这是他们的第一次社团活动经历，这次经历也让他们收获很多，后来我们的小记者王蕾同学就发表了她的《第一次采访的经历》（见本文附2）。

DV社团的第一次活动就得到了大家的好评，这正好鼓舞了成员们的士气。在每周二、五的社团活动时间里，成员们的积极性非常的高。在这期间，他们拍摄了有《如何预防甲型H1N1流感》、《做好阳光体育》、《正确上下楼梯》、《遵守交通规则》等小短片。还现场报道过“阳光万里行”心理活动和校运会的概况。
