大家下午好！
欢迎大家参加我们英语世界组织的素质拓展。本次活动的主要目的是“陶冶情操、完善自我、熔炼团队、增进沟通”。在快乐中体味生活。通过有趣的小游戏，希望大家能够了解彼此，有爱团结，共同铸就英语世界美好明天。首先，我们用热烈的掌声欢迎到场的主席董潇潇，副主席李斌、李海南、接下来，让我们来听首音乐暖暖场，大家跟着歌声 high起来！请听《一个像夏天，一个像秋天》
谢谢。
精彩演唱过后现在开始破冰、团队组建。(1)．队员们以小组为单位站成一圈。每人相距约一臂长。
(2)．选定一个人开始。大喊出自己的名字，然后将手中的球传给自己左边的队友。接到传球的队友要说XX旁边的自己的名字，然后把球传给自己左边的人，第三个人说XX旁边的XX旁边的自己，从第一个人开始依次说一直到自己，这样一直继续下去，直到球又重新回到第一个人的手中，第一个人再重复一遍全部的人。还可以在名字之前加上一个形容词，一项特征，增加难度和印象。
(3)．第一个人重新拿到球后，开始改变游戏规则。接到球的队员必须要喊出另一个队员的名字，然后把球扔给该队员。
(4)．游戏结束后，各组推选出一人（可以是接球失误的或说错次数最多的），让他在小组内走一圈，报出每个人的名字。
惩罚：1.找在场的一位异性情歌对唱。（邀请，三次失败罚单独表演）

3.学大猩猩
4.找异性表白
小组内交流心得，分享经验。
第二步：团队组建（15分钟）
将全部同学分组以后，选出各自队长、队名、队歌、团队口号、队形变换，制定培训目标，并向全体展示成果，进行PK。做指导的人员将要求每位队员深刻明确集体精神和团队的概念。
注意：展示的时候需要喊出队名、团队口号，唱出队歌，并进行队形变换的展示，各组进行PK，赢得掌声最响亮的队获胜。具有对后面的部分游戏选择优先权。
团队组建完了之后，现在即将开始我们的游戏环节，此次活动主要以闯关过级，游戏共分为五关，每关游戏的分值都是第一名
10分，第二名9分依次递减,....每关实行积分累计制，最后对积分前3名的队伍进行奖励。下面，我们的游戏就正式开始了，希望大家放开玩，玩的开心，同时也要注意安全。15:10【人椅.地面项目】
所有的队员手拉手围成一个大圈，同时向前迈进一大步，再迈一小步，直到大家密集到肩贴着肩为止，全体队员向右转，每位同学将他的手放在前面同学的肩上；听从指导人员者的指挥，然后每位队员都徐徐坐在他后面同学的大腿上；坐下之后，指导人员可以再喊出相应的口号，例如齐心协力、勇往直前。
注意：本环节以小组比赛的形式进行，看看哪个队可以坚持更长的时间，获胜的队可以要求失败的队表演节目；而最先倒下的队伍，要在惩罚项目中随机抽取接受残酷的惩罚。
17:20【激情鼓掌】所有学员面向圆心站成一个圆圈，左右间隔30厘米，全体学员要呼喊的口号为：“我们是最棒的！”。操作方法：活动开始时，所有学员先向左侧轻拍队友的肩膀1次，同时喊“1”；然后向右侧轻拍队友肩膀1次，同时喊“1”；然后面向圆心，胸前击掌1次，同时喊“我”。紧接着向左侧轻拍队友肩膀2次，同时喊“1-2”，然后向右侧轻拍队友肩膀2次，同时喊：“1-2”，然后胸前击掌2次，同时喊“我们”。以此类推，直到喊完：“我们是最棒的！”为止。

学员在拍打队友时避免拍打头部等危险部位不许故意开玩笑 16:10【盲人方阵.地面项目】
活动前先发给每人一个眼罩，请所有队员被蒙上眼睛，顺时针、逆时针分别转三圈，此时，组织者可以将队员的顺序打乱。要求在四十分钟内，将一根绳子拉成一个最大的正方形，并且所有队员都要均分在四条边上。这时候可以选出领导人带领大家一起完成。这个项目教会所有队员如何在信息不充分的条件下寻找出路，大家耗用时间最长、最混乱、所有人最焦虑的时候是在领导人选出、方案确定之前，当领导人产生、有序的组织开始运转的时候，大家虽然未有胜算，但心底已坦然了许多。而行动方案得到大家的认同并推进，使同学们在同心协力中初尝着胜利的喜悦。
