婚内财产协议没有公证有效吗
婚内财产协议只要是双方真实意思的表示，不违反法律规定，均有效。
双方自愿签订，不违反法律的禁止性规定，对双方发生效力，当事人可选择是否公证，公证与否不影响合同的效力，除非双方明确约定公证生效。
公证的作用有二，一是公证协议内容的合法有效性，二是公证双方无威胁、胁迫等情形，是自愿签署。如果有条件，建议进行公证。
夫妻签订的婚内财产协议书并非以公证为生效要件。很多人认为，婚内财产协议需要公证;如果不公证，婚内财产协议就不能成立或不生效。其实这个观点是错误的。我国法律从来没有规定婚内财产协议要以“公证”作为生效的前提条件。也就是说只要当事人的意思表示一致，协议的内容并未违反法律规定，无论该书面协议是否作了公证，均具有法律效力。只是，经过公证的婚前财产协议在证明力上更高一些而已。
协议公证不公证并不重要，重要的是把婚内财产协议的内容约定好。慎重一点的话最好委托律师根据双方的具体情况起草，完全没有必要花钱去做婚内财产协议公证。
