4.1 加强产科医生的医德教育和专业知识的培训。

这些热词很好的抓住社会事件的重点，让人们更清楚的了解到到底发生了什么，在这个热词中，包含的到底是褒义还是贬义，人们对这个事件的想法到底是如何，显而易见地表达出大众对热词所反映事件的明确态度，表达了民意，。这是普通民众对现实问题的民主意识的觉醒，对政府，对社会监督意识的提高，体现了民间话语权的苏醒与争取。
