小作文回顾与展望
从2010年全国研究生入学考试开始出现英语（二）以来，考研英语（二）的小作文曾考查过感谢信（2010年）、建议信（2011年）、投诉信（2012年）、告知信（2013和2014年）和启事（2015年）。但一种在现实生活中对大学生非常实用的信函—求职信—到目前为止还没有考过。求职信的写作与其他书信迥然不同，考生如果不是事先有所准备的话，在考场上遇到这种书信可能会写得不正确或是不专业。下面笔者以一道模拟题为例，与考生谈谈求职信的写作要领。

You are graduating this summer. Write to an electronic equipment company to apply for the position of a sales manager.

题目分析
这道题要求考生写一封求职信。求职信是一种写给招聘单位的公务信函，目的是就某一职位向收信人提出应聘请求。考研英语的书信作文首先讲究格式正确。考生在写书信时应从称呼写起，称呼顶格写，以示尊重。对公务信函来说，称呼一般可以用Dear Sir or Madam，后面用逗号。
求职信的正文一般分为三段，可以用传统的缩进格式，即每段开头空两个字符。在第一段，考生需要首先说明自己是如何获得这个职位空缺信息的（这是求职信的独特之处），然后表明自己的写信意图—求职。在第二段，考生一般可以从两三个方面阐述自己为什么能够胜任这个职位，比如可以从专业背景、工作经验、英语水平等方面推销自己。第三段是写一些客套话，如请求对方优先考虑自己的申请，并期待对方给自己一个面试的机会等，言辞要恳切有礼。

自从2010年以来，考研英语（二）的大作文一直采取图表作文的形式，考过的话题包括如下几个：发达国家与发展中国家手机用户增幅比较（2010年）、国内轿车市场部分品牌市场份额变化（2011年）、某公司员工工作满意度（2012年）、某高校学生兼职情况（2013年）、中国城镇人口与乡村人口变化（2014年）、我国某市居民春节假期花销比例（2015年）。
回顾往年真题不难发现，考研英语（二）大作文的命题趋势是写作话题与中国的社会现实联系越来越密切。而在当今的中国社会有一个巨大变化，那就是随着电商的发展，网购异军突起，改变了很多人尤其是年轻人的消费习惯。对于中国社会的这一变化，考研英语（二）的作文试题必然不会漠然不顾。因此“网购”也许会成为考研英语（二）写作题目的一个命题方向。下面笔者将结合一道模拟试题，与备战2016年考研的考生们一起探讨如何应对网购这个写作话题。

热身阶段：明确考试内容，
做到有的放矢
每种考试都有自己的考试大纲和特定考试内容。在做备考规划之前，就必须做到知己知彼，有的放矢。
纵观历年考研英语试题，笔者认为，考研英语主要考查内容在宏观上大致可以分为词汇能力、阅读能力、语法能力、解题能力四大部分。准备参加研究生英语入学考试的考生，在复习过程中都应注意培养这几种能力。那么具体应该怎样做呢？
1、 词汇能力的培养
词汇量之庞大，常常是让考生在复习过程中产生挫败感的重要原因之一。近年来，随着词汇部分单独考查模式的取消，除阅读部分外，考研的翻译部分和完形填空部分已加大了对词汇考查的力度。对此，考生在考研英语复习的三个阶段(下文将会详细介绍)中，都不能忽视对词汇的积累。笔者建议大家平时除了记背考研大纲规定的单词之外，还可以准备一个笔记本，随时将自己在做阅读、完形、翻译等练习时遇到的常见单词用法分类整理、记录下来，持之以恒，方能见到成效。
2、 阅读能力的培养
在考研英语中，对阅读能力的考查力度仅次于对词汇能力的考查。很多考生往往错误地认为，阅读水平的高低只会影响到阅读部分的得分。其实，考研英语的各个部分，大都与阅读有关。笔者建议考生在复习的三个阶段中，每天都要保证一定的阅读量，以培养自己的语感，同时逐步提高自己的阅读能力。值得一提的是，如果考生能够在阅读的同时记忆一些单词(哪怕每天仅记背几个单词或句式)，久而久之必定会取得相得益彰的效果。
3、 语法能力的培养
目前考研英语试卷中已经没有单独考查语法的项目了，但细心的考生一定会发现，其实语法总贯穿在解题的方方面面之中。例如，完形填空中依然会出现为数不少、涉及到基本语法知识点的试题。此外，由于缺乏基本的语法知识，很多考生作文中的病句也会层出不穷。
复习语法知识自然不能占据与复习词汇和阅读部分相同的时间。笔者建议广大考生在第一阶段抽出一定的时间将基本语法点复习一遍，以建立起一套完整的语法体系；在第二阶段复习中辅以一定量的语法练习即可。另外要提醒大家注意的是，在复习语法的过程中不必仔细研读过细的语法教材，这样做尽管精神可嘉，但是从复习成效方面来说，却是事倍功半的。
4、解题能力的培养
所谓解题能力的培养，当然要以大量的练习作为基础，这个过程是一个将基础知识点融会贯通，并将对其的掌握程度体现在答题中的过程。笔者建议考生在第一阶段复习中重点培养前面三种能力，而在第二阶段复习中进行大量练习，在做题中不断总结自己所犯下的错误，分析错误产生的原因，归纳解题方法，以提高自己的解题能力。在这一阶段所做的大量练习最好以真题为主，以便大家熟悉出题模式，培养解题思路。
阶段性复习
第一阶段复习(6月～8月)：
苦练基本功，有基础才有未来。
第一阶段的复习重点主要在词汇、阅读和语法几个方面；而提高解题能力并不是这个阶段复习的主要目标。
在这一阶段中，很多同学经常抱怨各部分所花时间很难安排。例如若将有限的学习时间用于做阅读，就很难再有时间背单词，语法学习更是无从谈起。其实，对词汇、阅读和语法这三种能力的培养并不矛盾，而且还是相辅相成的。大家可以每天达到一定的阅读量，同时留心阅读文章中出现的词汇和语法现象，甚至可以背诵一些阅读文章中的经典语句，为日后写作能力的提高打下基础。
需要提醒的是，第一阶段的复习必须强调一个词——“全面”。“全面”意味着对词汇、阅读和语法部分的复习应该“面面俱到”。例如，每个单词的意思几乎都不止一个，在第一轮复习的过程中就必须将其意思、用法全面梳理一遍。现在大家来看一道新东方考研教材中的例题：

在进行大量实战练习的同时，词汇和阅读的复习应该一如既往地坚持下去。尤其是对单词的记背，必须长期坚持，否则很有可能功亏一篑。这一时期有一点是考生们需要注意的，即教育部通常在每年的7月公布下一年考研的考试大纲，其可谓整个复习过程中最重要的参考资料之一。因此笔者建议考生在第二阶段的复习中参照大纲中指定的考试内容，逐一找出自己的弱点和不足，及时解决问题。
第三阶段复习(12月～考试前)：
调整心态，笑到最后。
临近考试，考生应该做的事情无非是调整心态，以自己的最佳状态迎接即将到来的考试。放松心情之余，笔者建议考生可以将前两阶段里自己标注的难点与重点，以及自己做错过的题进行归纳汇总、查缺补漏，再次复习。这样做，一来巩固了自己的知识结构，二来也加强了自己的信心。
此外，每年的这个时候，市面上往往会出现大量所谓的最后冲刺试卷。各家都会标榜自己曾经成功命中若干考研试题。稍有常识的人，就可以很轻松地识破这些谎言。但是笔者认为，虽然商家的广告的确夸大其词，但同学们可选1～2套权威机构出版的试卷做几次模考。在考试前夕，通过做整套试卷(不必过多在意所得分数)，了解自己的解题速度，对参加实际考试大有裨益。因为很多同学在实际考试中，由于心理压力过大，解题速度明显下降，自己还全然不知。如果在考试前就特别留意自己每半小时的大致答题数量，自然就不会出现这样的问题了。
总之，考研之路充满艰辛，大半年的备考时间无论对考生的体力还是意志力都是很大的考验。笔者坚信，无论成功与否，考研的日子一定会成为大家生命中一段最有激情、最振奋人心的岁月！最后希望广大立志考研的同学都尽早出发，坚持到底！祝大家考研成功！
