2000年~2016年,考研英语(一)大作文连续考的都是图画作文,想要有意外基本是不可能的,考研大作文涉及的主题贴近社会生活,针砭时弊。在这给大家引用一下《京华时报》记者对原考研英语命题组组长、北京大学英语系王继辉教授的专访片段,以便大家对考研写作命题有个总体认识。

首先,针对作文命题的规律,王教授这样说:“考研英语的作文题目通常以一幅图画或一个图表给出。在话题选择上,命题人不会刻意贴近社会热点话题,基本会选择大家相对熟悉的话题,消除因背景知识不同带来的差异,以确保考试的公平。”

由此可知,写作要拿到理想的分数,简单而言,包括两个方面:一是要切题,写到要点;二是别一写句子就犯低级错误,也别写来写去都是简单句。话不多说,先给考生看一下真题到底长什么样。下面就是2013年考研英语(一)大作文真题的图画。

那么,图画作文整体应该怎么写呢? 从历年真题的Directions部分,考生可以看出来,图画作文的写作包含三个方面:一是描述图画(description);二是解释含义(intended meaning),即图片反映了什么问题;三是发表观点(comment),指出某种现象产生的原因、利弊以及改进的建议等。每个方面可写成一个段落。本文就先来介绍描述图画的段落如何写。

简单而言,考研大作文的图画描述段落包含“一个引入句型”+“具体描述”,“具体描述”一般写清楚图片中的人在做什么事就好。引入句型的基本意思就是“如图所示……”, 其实这个意思的各种句型考官都看滥了,所以大家不必纠结此句,简单明了地写就行。下面笔者列出可参考的三个句型。

这些都是可接受的版本,笔者认为它们没有孰优孰劣之分,考生只要在用词方面新颖一点就不错了。考生不要在这里写一些“又长又臭的模板句”,例如: 啊!多么有趣的图啊!/这张图初看很有趣,含义很深刻!/最近网络上的一张图片吸引了我的注意……这些句子除了给评卷人留下凑字数的感觉外没有多大意义。

写完引入句之后,考生就要开始“具体描述”了。描述的内容是什么呢?对于绝大部分图画,考生都可以围绕“谁(主体)做了(动作)什么事”来写。比如,对于2013年的考研写作真题,考生可以这样描述:“一群毕业生(主体)站在(动作)四个不同的选择面前,在思考(动作)自己该如何选择。”在具体描述的时候有几个注意点,务必引起考生重视。

图画中某个主体做的动作不止一个,出现多个动作时该如何处理其他与图片主题相关的元素如何处理

一幅图画不仅能够反映出“谁在做什么事”,而且能够反映出人物的表情、心理,图片中某个元素或事情甚至还有象征寓意。对于这些元素和内容,考生可以作为补充来写,并非必须要写。仍以2013年真题为例,考生可以从以下几个方面来写。

图画中出现多个动作时,考生就需要考虑如何连接不同的动作。如果考生的英语基础较为薄弱,就不要为了句式多样化而使用自己不懂的语法,可以老实地使用and、but、so等并列连词连接几个动作。同时需要注意的是,however、therefore、then等词是副词,考生使用这些副词连接分句时,不能在写完第一个分句后用逗号断开,而应该使用分号或句号断句。对于2013年考研英语(一)大作文的图画,考生可以这样写。

基础较好的考生可以用从句来获得更高的分数。因为一个简单句里有且只能有一个谓语动词(使用并列连词连接动词或句子的情况除外),所以,当考生要表达多个动作时,其可以用主句表达一个动作,而其他的动作用从句来表达。在写从句时,考生切记,从句也是句子,因此考生写的从句不要没有主语和动词。从句中比较常用到的是定语从句,下面仍以2013年真题为例。

想要获得写作高分的考生也要学会熟练运用非谓语动词。对于图画描述而言,考生首要掌握的就是分词作伴随状语的用法。简单来说,考生写句子时,在保留一个句子的谓语动词的同时,可以把伴随发生的动作用分词形式表达:若动作是句子的主语主动发出的,动词变为现在分词;若动作是句子的主语承受的,则变为过去分词。比如针对2013年的图画,考生可以用非谓语动词描述。

第一段的可写点可以列出至少两个:一个是“如图所示,一群毕业生正站在四条不同的路面前(四条路分别是……)”;另一个是“他们感觉很困惑,不知道该选哪一条”。在这两个可写点中,我们可以用类似“What arouses our attention is”(引起我们注意的是)等过渡表达来连接两个可写点,请看下面的例句。

技击方法:平扫刀以攻击对方腰部以上部位或拦截其手中器械(图13)。

二、裹脑提膝藏刀

1.上体向右转,两腿屈膝半蹲。同时两手臂分别向左右两侧展开,右手持刀使刀刃领先向右平摆,手心向下;左掌向左平摆,拇指侧向上。目视刀尖前方(图14)。

2.上体向左转,身体重心向右移,左脚前掌着地。同时右手持刀臂向外旋转使刀向上举起,刀背贴近身体后背向左绕行至左肩部外侧,刀尖向下;左掌随之向下、向右屈肘收至右腋下,掌心向下。目视左前方(图15)。

3.右腿直立支撑,左腿屈膝向上抬起,小腿向内扣,脚尖下垂。同时右手持刀向下、向右后抽拉,刀身贴近右腿外侧,刀刃向下,刀尖向前;左掌随之向左直臂平推成立掌,掌指向上。目视左掌前方(图16)。

动作要点:刀向右斩出时刀身要平直,做裹脑动作时刀背要贴近身体后背绕行,做藏刀动作时右手持刀直臂翘腕,使刀尖翘起,上体可略向前倾。

技击方法:做裹脑刀动作以拦截对方手中器械(图17)。

三、弓步分手扎刀

左脚向前落地,右脚随之向前上步,右腿屈膝半蹲,左腿伸直成为右弓步。同时右手持刀向前立刀扎出,高与肩平;左掌随之向下、向后平摆,拇指侧向上。目视前方(图18)。

动作要点:刀向前直扎时上体略向前倾,但不要低头弓腰。

技击方法:扎刀以攻击对方躯干部位(图19)。

四、左右抡劈刀

1.上体向左转,身体重心向后移,右脚提收继而向左前方画弧落地,右脚尖向外撇。同时右手持刀使刀刃领先向下、向左侧上方抡举,刀刃向上;左掌随之收至右小臂内侧,掌指向上。目视前方(图20)。

2.上体向右转,身体重心右移,右腿直立支撑,左腿屈膝,左脚向后摆。同时右手持刀使刀刃领先向右前斜下方抡劈;左掌向左上摆,掌心向外。目视刀尖前方(图21)。

3.上体向右转,左脚向右脚前绕过落于右侧,两腿交叉。同时右手持刀向右、向上、向左抡刀下劈,刀尖向上翘;左掌随之屈肘收至右小臂内侧,掌指向上。目视刀尖前方(图22)。

4.上体向右后转,右脚提起向前进半步,右腿屈膝半蹲,左腿伸直成为右弓步。同时右手持刀随转体向右、向上、向前方抡刀下劈,刀尖向上翘;左掌随之向左斜上方摆起,掌心向上。目视刀尖前方(图23)。

动作要点:整个动作要连贯、协调,弓步劈刀时上体可略向前倾,力达刀刃。

五、跳步提膝截刀

1.上体稍向左转,身体重心向后移,左腿直立支撑,右脚向左脚后退步,脚前掌着地。同时右手持刀手臂向外旋转使刀刃领先向上、向左侧抡刀劈出,刀尖向上翘;左掌屈肘收至右小臂内侧,掌指向上。目视刀尖前方(图25)。

2.上体向右转,右脚向右前方上步,随即蹬地向前起跳;左腿屈膝抬起,小腿向内扣,脚尖下垂,身体腾空。同时右手持刀使刀刃领先向下、向右前方截出,刀尖高与腹平;左掌直臂向下、向后摆出,拇指侧向下。目视刀尖前方(图26)。

动作要点:身体腾空向前跳跃求远不求高,并与截刀动作协调一致,上体略向前倾。

技击方法:截刀以拦截对方器械或攻击其手臂部位(图27)。

六、马步分手扎刀

1.右左脚依次向前落地,左腿直立支撑,右腿屈膝抬起,小腿向内扣,脚尖下垂。同时右手持刀使刀尖领先经左侧向上抄起,随之向前反手下摆至右腹前,刀尖向前,刀刃向左;左掌屈肘置于右小臂内侧,掌心向下。目视刀尖前方(图28、29)。

2.左脚蹬地向前跳步继而落地,随之右脚向前落地,右脚尖稍向外撇,两腿屈膝半蹲成为半马步。同时右手持刀向前直臂立刀扎出,刀尖高与肩平;左掌向左直臂平举,拇指侧向上。目视刀尖前方(图30)。

动作要点:刀在身体左侧立圆抄摆与右提膝的动作要协调一致;向前跳步求远不求高,扎刀时两臂伸直平举。

技击方法:平扎刀以攻击对方躯干部位(图31)。

七、歇步下砍刀

1.左脚提起向右脚后退步,两腿交叉。同时右手持刀屈肘向外旋转,使刀从右肩外侧向身体背后绕行至左肩外侧,刀尖斜向下,刀背贴近身体;左掌屈肘收至右腋下,掌心向下。目视左侧(图32)。

2.两腿屈膝下蹲成为右歇步。同时右手持刀向右斜下方砍出,刀尖向前;左掌随之向左斜上方摆起成亮掌,掌心向上。目视刀刃前方(图33)。

动作要点:退步、裹脑刀与歇步、砍刀的动作要连贯、协调。砍刀的着力点是刀刃中前部位。

技击方法:砍刀以攻击对方下肢部位或截击其手中器械(图34)。

八、虚步平抹刀

1.上体向左转,右脚向右侧迈步,两腿屈膝。同时右手持刀屈肘向左绕至左肩外侧,刀背贴近身体,刀尖斜向下;左掌屈肘向下落至胸前,掌心向下。目视左前方(图35)。

2.身体重心移于右腿并屈膝半蹲,左脚前掌着地成左虚步。同时右手持刀向身体背后绕行经右肩外侧向前平摆抹刀,手心向上,刀刃向左,刀尖高与肩平;左掌随之向前、向左后平摆,掌心向上。目视刀尖前方(图36)。

动作要点:缠头刀与抹刀的动作要连贯、协调,缠头刀时刀背要贴近身体运行;抹刀动作时两臂平举,左手略高于右手,腰向左转拧。

技击方法:抹刀以攻击对方手臂或拦截其手中器械(图37)。

九、震脚上步扎刀

为备战中考,大课间往往也只有不到十分钟的休息时间,让我不禁想起了一年前。

那时候的我们还显得轻松自在,不为成绩担忧,不为前途奔波。大课间时,教室里瞬间就空了一半。同学们三三两两地外出,三三两两地归来,带着大包小包的零食,被众人争夺着。我常常是陪着“村长”去买他的早饭,回来一路上威逼利诱期盼着能从他口中分得一杯羹。漫步到校园角落的池塘,静静得等待潜游的金鱼露面,又在上课铃响时惊慌失措地飞奔到教室门口“报告”。

那时候的我们酷爱“游荡”。常在大考后聚集四五个朋友,爬上石夫人山、虎山;或是干脆就在小城里骑着自行车漫游,到温中、锦屏等地放松心情;或是到朋友家打游戏。记得一次到“小胖”家里,路过校门口,正是九年级市统考结束。我们嬉笑地看着他们零零落落地走出考场,想着自己的.将来。

那时候的我们还不用担心离别。每每在网上看到“致初三党的一封信”,咧嘴一下就把它们略过。现在往往带着忐忑不安的心情点开,把那些条目一条条看过,就被唤起了过往的回忆,心中充满了惆怅与感伤。不敢再闹矛盾,生怕再也没有和好的机会。可那时候的我们只是一味地玩闹着、嬉戏着,亦或争吵着,“分别”似乎永远不会到来。时光就那么慢慢地流淌,阳光照在窗外碧绿的树叶上,映着每一张年轻的脸庞,平淡而温暖。

宋濂给我们讲述了他在求学过程中的种种困难,令我们每个人感到心痛。首先宋学士讲了在一个冬天去拜师旅途中的经历。他说:“当余之从师也,负箧曳屣,行深山巨谷中。穷冬烈风,大雪深数尺,足肤皲裂而不知。至舍,四支僵劲不能动,媵人持汤沃灌,以衾拥覆,久而乃和。”在一个寒风凛冽,雪花飘飞的冬日,宋濂又踏上了求师的行程。他自己一个人顶着刺骨的寒风,踩着过膝的积雪,背着那沉重的书箱。可怜宋濂身上的衣服是如此的单薄,那双单鞋也已经漏了底,只能半拖着走。就这样走啊走,宋濂全身都已经失去了知觉,尤其是那双脚已经被冻裂了。百里行程过后,宋濂终于到达了目的地的一家旅馆,这时他全身已经不能动弹。旅馆的仆人们用热水给宋濂擦身子,然后用被子把宋濂裹起来,过了很长时间才苏醒过来。真是为了求学,自己的性命也可以不顾。再看看宋濂吃的是什么呢?“寓逆旅,主人日再食,无鲜肥滋味之享”,因为条件差,宋濂每天只能吃两顿饭,并且肯定没有鲜菜肉食。再看看同住的那些学生吧, “同舍生皆被绮绣,戴朱缨宝饰之帽,腰白玉之环,左佩刀,右备容臭,烨然若神人”。这些为了功名求学的富家子弟们一个个比着穿戴,穿着绫罗绸缎,帽子上顶着红色的缨子,腰中佩戴着白玉的腰环,挎着刀,戴着香囊。相比之下,我们的宋学士却是“缊袍敝衣处其间”,多年的棉衣,破袄在身,真的是有点格格不入。可是我们的宋濂没一点羡慕,反而是醉心于学习,乐在其中。正是“以中有足乐者,不知口体之奉不若人也”,至此宋濂把自己艰苦的求学经历展现在我们面前。此中表现出的种种精神值得我们去学习。

他背着书包,站在操场的另一端。秋叶悄然地落下,落在眼前的地上。我悄悄地走过去,欲要开口,却被他春风般的眼神所震撼,我慢下脚步,望着他远去。

在我的心里,他一直是一个谜。班里有个人针对他,当他一开口便争锋相对,话语间的嘲讽让我听了都想打他。可是他却永远似没听见一样,继续做他的事,或是不卑不亢地走开,一点儿也没受干扰。他嘴角勾出的那一抹弧度,似是春日里的一抹暖阳,心中的一切严寒几乎化开。我在一旁看着,心底不免生出好奇:是什么,让他对这样的冷嘲热讽不以为然,一笑了之?

将近傍晚,天色渐暗。街边的路灯已经亮起了一抹抹的红晕。我与他站在街头,等待家人来接。

站在操场上,空荡无人。似是想起几周前的他也是这般地站在这里。他的心中,是无奈,是惆怅,还是什么呢?我的嘴角动了动,一抹惨笑。

突然记起那双眼眸,那仿佛随时都在笑,充满生气的眼睛。那双眼睛似在诉说,似在歌唱,似在辩证……但其实,那双眼睛什么都没做。它只是笑着,散发出灵气。

我慢慢走回去,沿着鲜红的跑道。身旁的青草依旧葱郁。微微侧头,是纯白的瓷砖。我伸手拂过。风吹过,草木摇曳。

一笑而过,世界如同你来时那般美好。

能笑时,何必哭?
